I get my uniform on and grab my pomb-pombs, putting my hair in a high ponytail and putting blue converse on that match my blue and white uniform. I make my way to the school, hoping the game would help me get my mind off Jace.

My head shoots up at the sound of a scream. Rayah. I wipe my face off and bolt towards the muffled sound of it, finding a bunch of guys dragging her somewhere. Swearing, I freeze and pray that I'll have enough control this time. I jab my fists out and feel the light over come me again, temporarily blinding me as it does.
Don't hit Rayah again. Don't hit Rayah again. Don't hit Rayah again.
I'm never what I like I'm double sided And I just can't hide I kind of like it When I make you cry 'Cause I'm twisted up, twisted up Inside
When I can see again, the guys have been shoved into the building behind them in dents and Rayah laying unconscious on the ground. I bolt to her and take her in my arms, trying to wake her.
"Ray? Ray, please wake up. Please be okay," I beg.
I'm never what I like I'm double sided And I just can't hide I kind of like it When I make you cry 'Cause I'm twisted up, twisted up Inside
She kisses me and I have no clue what's going on. I let her, needing this so much.
"Don't apologize," I tell her, pulling back and setting my forehead against hers with my eyes closed, "Please don't. You scared the hell out of me. Don't let words come in between us again."
I'm never what I like I'm double sided And I just can't hide I kind of like it When I make you cry 'Cause I'm twisted up, twisted up Inside
I flash a smile and kiss her back, "We don't have much of a choice, do we? But...yeah. I always dreamed of having a little boy and a little girl. Just...not when I was a kid myself."
I'm never what I like I'm double sided And I just can't hide I kind of like it When I make you cry 'Cause I'm twisted up, twisted up Inside
I nod, wanting to just spend time with him, and smile. "Can we hang out at your place? Maybe you can invite your brother over or something," I suggest.
