Grayson - Angel

He summons his sword but to no avail. I knock it out of his hands and plunge my own metal into his stomach, not realizing what I've done until it's finished.

Kain

It ended as quick as it started the duel of brothers, had subsided. I nearly double over on Grayson's shoulder as his blade was deep in my stomach, nothing I could do now.

"You've improved, Grayson. I'm impressed." I said in a half dead voice.

Grayson

My heart sinks in my chest like an anvil once I realize what I've done. Kain slumps over on my shoulder, my blade still embedded in his stomach. I know not to remove it, so I don't. I help him to the ground and don't move him off of me, numb and unable to make a sane sounding sentence. My eyes set on his sword and I know what will end this dream for the both of us.

Without moving him, I pull the sword closer and wrap his near lifeless fingers around them. Taking a deep breath, I wonder what in God's name I'm doing as I help him lift it.

"Then impress me," I whisper, bringing the sword between us and resting the tip of the blade against my own stomach.

Kain

I laugh as the dream shatters and I awake on the tavern floor, as Grayson is still on the ground. I feel my stomach and no wound thankfully, I leave while I'm still in tact soon headed back to the underworld for an early restart.

Grayson - Angel

B*stard. He disappears before the dream shatters. I awake on the bar floor, Kain gone along with the vampire. Groaning, I pull myself to stand and sit back on the stool I'd left in tact.

"Give me whatever'll numb," I order, my hands slightly shaking for having done what I did, even if it was just a dream...

Ruby | Angel

I walk into the naborhood, sighing. My wings were open in sight, I soon made them sink back into my tattoo on my back. I walked into the bar at first. I was all dressed in white, my blonde hair covering one of my crystal blue eyes. I slid some money onto the counter, sliding onto a stool.

"Can I have a Tequila please?" I ask. He looks at me. "What flavor?"

I sigh, thinking. "Bubbly. Add a little whiskey in there too," I reply. He nods before taking the money and making the drink.

Grayson - Angel

A girl steps into the bar, sitting where my brother had sat prior, and I sense something different yet familiar about her. Not wanting to deal with anything whatsoever, I don't respond and sip on my drink instead.

Fidelis Nemesis | Vampire

I sat down on a bench, holding my golden cross in my hand. It's been so long since I last clung to it and often made it my duty to find the redemption I deserved from that fatal mistake I made. I put my hands together for the first time in years, covering the cross between my hands. I closed my eyes and silently said a prayer, asking for forgiveness for that one small past sin. After I said my prayer, I opened my eyes, hid the cross under my shirt, and returned to the tavern. Like before I was confronted by the demon, I ordered human blood with a shot of rat's blood. I snuck my hand under my vest and sighed in relief. I haven't lost my skewer, at least not yet.

Ruby | Angel

A man comes in and I see another boy, something familiar about him. I turn back to the bar and take the drink, sneaking a sip. I sigh and think of my sister, how she was in hell right now, and how I had to learn to become friends with vampires. I glance at both of them before running a hand through my hair and swirling my drink around.

Pandora Eris - Reaper

I walk into the bar following the scent of death in the air, it eventually brings me to a young looking man with a golden cross around his neck. His heart wan't beating but yet he was living, I look at him closely as my satanic symbol falls hanging from my neck. My ears narrow on him angrily.


"Your dead, your heart is not even beating, why hasn't my dad come and stopped you from living ? I should probably do him a favor and reap your soul so you can be sent to the underworld!" I said with an angered tone in my voice.

I took my order of blood and looked at the one who addressed me. Just by looking at her face, I could tell she was angry. I sipped the blood to maintain my calm, forcing myself to keep my hand steady. "I would've been in the afterlife by now if I wasn't like this. As for my soul, I left it in the hands of God. You can't reap a soul if it was left in His hands."

Pandora Eris

"If your soul was in the hands of god then why are you alive? Why hasn't my daddy reapped your soul yet?" I ask still angered.

I summon my scyth to my hand and swung taking out his wine glass, he looked annoyed at his wine glass and then back at me with a menacing glare that wasn't so menacing to me.

I picked up the glass and asked for it to be refilled. Once that was accomplished, I studied my arm. I was getting paler, which meant I was beginning to lose my temper. I sipped the blood and returned my gaze to the one I was speaking with. "Let me ask you a question that might surprise you or not. If I were dead yet still walking and talking at this day and age, would I be drinking something like this?" I slit my wrist with my skewer and filled the cup with my own blood to a few drops close to the brim. I sipped it and felt the tranquil bliss and sweet surrender flood my sense, causing my skin to regain its natural bronze tone.

Pandora Eris

"If you want my full honesty you should be dead, vampire or not the scent of the underworld lingers on you. Meaning you have already been killed once and have yet to return to said underworld, now if you don't mine I'ma just-"

I slip my scyth around his neck and was ready to pull it when his red eyes hit me and practcally stunned me, long enough for him to react with that weapon of choice.

I took my skewer from my vest and stabbed her hand, forcing her to drop her scythe. "I'm not going back to the Underworld. That place is hell for all Egyptians. If I die, I rather go to heaven than hell." I got on my feet, growling. "And just because you're female, doesn't mean I'm going to go easy on you. Not like in my brawl with my daughter."
