Witchhazel Hollows

Witchhazel Hollows, a neighborhood surrounded by mystery where the residence who come reside to live in complete secrecy. Not everyone here is what they seem. One household could be of werewolves, another of vampires or anything else. Above all, every resident in Witchhazel Hollows is a supernatural being.
You can be any supernatural being you want to be- from SBs or from the depths of your mind. Keep the swearing to minimum, romance allowed (no sex please), and don't kill each other. Put the name of your character and creature species at the beginning of your post. Have fun and welcome to Witchhazel Hollows.

Fidelis Nemesis | Vampire

Witchhazel Hollows. Interesting. I found myself almost mesmerized by the mystery within the city. However, I sensed there was something entirely different about this place. Ever since we had to leave from Egypt on account of rogue vampires, Delariva and I somehow ended up here after taking directions from an old mortal man. Something told me there were other species around the city, some of which might threaten the lives of my mate and myself. Hidden in my vest was my ever-present weapon- a mere household skewer- to keep myself ready for any vampire who might try to end my life to steal Delariva or the other way around. Either way, I had my weapon with me, just in case.

Willow/ Banshee

My very existence had scared me. From the start. But, I learned to look at myself differently after ending up here, in Witchhazel Hollows. No matter the crimes and sins I committed when I was alive, I was determined to turn over a new leaf here, no matter how painful, no matter the longing to sing I have, I will never again. I won't kill anyone again. I had learned my lesson since I was now dead too.
But Witchhazel was truly a beautiful place. A safe haven for those of us not wanted anywhere else. No one interacted but it was as if we could talk to ourselves though our thoughts, unconciously. It was eerie, and I felt that it was perfect for me.

Kain - Demon

It was time to have some fun, finally after a few years of work I get some time off to enjoy for myself. I was in my human form for once as I walked though the place looking for my home and bar, I decided to take a swing over at the bar and rest. I see a young man and knew instantly he was not as he seemed, I kooled my heels at the counter and ordered the finest wine there was.

Zoey | Werewolf

This place was perfect for me and San, the shadows gave us cover and each house was our ideal size. Me and San were hoping to have another pup soon. We were expecting. Jaem trotted beside me, nipping at my paws as we slowly made our way through the gates. San was by my side, my ears perked when I heard a pair of two's footsteps. My wolf senses helped me hear things a mortal would never hear.
I stopped for a moment before seeing two figures with familiar auras, one with a weapon. I ignored their scent. Vampires. I trotted to the home we had reserved, Jaem jumping exitedly while nipping at my ears. I grunted before nudging the door open and walking inside.

San - Werewolf

The neighborhood suits us perfectly, just enough room in the house for us. Zoey nudges the door open and leads Jaem inside. I look around protectively before following. Once inside, I pick my pup up in my jaws and bring him into the living room, Zoey behind me. I drop him gently and shift human, starting a fire for him to watch.

Traxis Bane | Warlock/Shadowhunter

Information had made it's way to me that a certain neighborhood was home to some pretty powerful downworlders.

A shadowhunter's playground, especially because it isn't protected by the Accords

I walked into the open street of the neighborhood, scanning the surrounding area for Red-Listed Downworlders.

It doesn't seem like there are any big names, but it will help to stakeout

I throw a quick invisibility charm over myself, not that it will help, and sit on a park bench.

Zoey | Werewolf

San started making a fire and I huffed, shifting into human once I feel like it. When I do, I glance around our new home curiously. The place was bedded in bricks, it was very nice. I smiled and sat on one of the couches, Jaem still mesmorized by the flames in the fire. I layed down and ran a hand over my face, loving how we could just settle down and have another pup and not having to worry about the pack's needs and just worry about us. I

Once she and I have settled in, Delariva went to bed for some rest while I went to get some blood in my system. I went to a bar and took my seat at the table. "Blood, type B-negative. Large with a shot of rat's blood. A long journey's made me thirsty." I waited with undying patience, looking around for any sign of trouble. From personal experience, bars were full of people just ready to pick a fight. At any rate, I had my weapon with me. If my skewer wasn't any good, I had my fangs and physical strength to help me. I was ready for anything, armed or not.

Rothschild Terminious / Human

I stalked into the bar, black cloak wrapped tightly around me. I pulled by cowl down lower over my eyes and nudged my scarf higher up my nose, leaving my face almost completely covered.

There were some powerful presences in the bar... a banshee, a werewolf, a demon, and... could it be? Fidelis the legendary king himself? I also spotted, sitting quietly on a bench in the corner, another humanoid. A tell-tale glow around him betrayed the fact he was using an invisibility charm.

"Who are you, stranger?" Asked a voice. I glanced up and saw the demon speaking to me, seated at the bar. Of course he would be the first to speak to me. "I've seen your likeness before."

"Who I am is none of your concern," I replied, smoothly. The demon frowned and made to come towards me.

Ignoring him, I went to the great King Fidelis and bent slightly.

"It is an honor, Your Majesty," I said.

Willow/ Banshee

The bar was filled with supernaturals but a few unnerving presences stuck out. Like the demon sitting on the bar-stool. And the shadow hunter in the corner who thought an invisibility charm would help disguise himself despite his powerful aura.
Just then, the door creaked as a cloaked figure walked in.
I positioned my chin comfortably on my bony knuckles as I sipped my drink while observing the scene being carried out before me.

I looked at the one who addressed me. The sound of a heartbeat from the person said human, but my ears were not as accurate as my nose. The scent clarified him as mortal. "I haven't been called that in two centuries. From what I've been told, my name and life's story has declared me as a legend. As far as I can tell, no vampire in the world has made it to live as long as I have." When the blood finally came, I sipped from the cup. "Then again, I've lived this long by making a living out of pottery and feeding off the guilty mortals. Crime in the city I once roamed went down steadily in a seven-year period. After I moved out to travel with my bride, I don't know what's been going around." I kept my eye on the mortal. There was no telling what he might do to me, given the chance. I was more than ready for self-defence, mortal or not.

"Such a distinguished member of the vampire community," I mused. "Your Majesty, what are you doing in a slum such as this?" I swept my arm around to indicate the bar

Traxis Bane | Warlock/Shadowhunter

I find my way into a bar, sitting quietly on a stool for quite a while. I can tell that everyone can see me despite my invisibility charm. Not remembering why I threw it on in the first place, I threw it off.

I see a human approach the vampire I had been watching for some time, he praised him.

"Such a distinguished member of the vampire community, your majesty, what are you doing in a slum such as this?"

If he as a distinguished member of the vampire community, then he must know of the Accords. Which means if he violates the law, I have a reason to take offense against him

I sit and wait patiently for the right moment, hoping for a chance to get some action.

San - Werewolf

The fire risen and hot, I leave Jaem to watch the embers. I stand and sit next to Zoey, wrapping my arms around her. I kiss the top of her head and set my hand on her stomach.

"How are you feeling?" I whisper.
