The Gift (Started!)

Ryder

Flareix Hem... I think, the name sounding slightly familiar. Hayden kept looking at me for some reason and I flashed my award-winning smile at her before turning back to Falreix.

"Well," I start, " You gifted?" I ask, curious. He nods, I could sense he was too. Powerfull.

"What's your gift?" I ask.

"Nature," He replies, somewhat confident.

I nod, "You're going to stay with us alright?" I ask.

He nods quickly and I stand, Hayden looking up at me. "You should get some sleep," I tell her.

She sighs. "When are you sleeping?" She asks.

I shrug. "I have to get this planned for where we're going next, so not sure."

She nods, leaning against the wall. "Can yous stay with me though?" She asks, looking at the floor. "I don't feel good being alone when the Order are looking for us."

I sigh and nod, sliding next to her and glancing at Alyxa in the process. She seemed to have met a new friend. Harrison. I dissmis the thought and look at the ceiling, thinking of where to go next.

Hayden
He sighs and nods. I hope I did not sound too needy. He slides down the wall next to me and we sit together. He is so close to me I can hear his heart beating. I was not lying when I said I did not feel safe with the order looking for us, but I do feel safe when Ryder is here. He is so selfless and caring. I know he would not let anything happen to any of us. I lean my head against the wall and shut my eye. “I am going to be okay.” I say to myself. I begin to feel sleepy and slowly drift off.

"Well,are you gifted?" he ask, curious. .

"What's your gift?" he ask.

"Nature," I replies, somewhat confident.
Then he turns to the girl that healed my leg and left me in the middle of the room in every ones eyes. Then something feels different like I was getting a warning that's people where close by. Then I try to go for my bow but then I realize that is gone it must have been taken when I was bond up by the invisible force.

Ryder

Something about her... I glance down at Hayden, sighing as she falls asleep against the wall. I take my notebook and start writing down ideas.

1) Run for our lives.
2) Keep hiding
3) Turn ourselves in
4) Get killed...

I think, coming up with the worst ideas a guy could ever think of. I quickly kiss the top of Hayden's head before standing and walking to the cash register, watching as everyone fell asleep.

~Seven Hours Later~

I've stayed up all night, the light shining in on us. Everyone was starting wake up, my eyes drooping. I've stayed up trying to think of ides, killing myself in the process. I run a hand though my hair before making my way to Hayden, waking her up so we could get on the road.

Hayden

Something is shaking me. “Hayden wake up.” Someone calls. I slowing open my eyes. The light shines bright, so I close them quickly. Someone grabs my hand and pulls me off the ground. I open my eye again and see it is Ryder. “Time to go.” he says.

I sigh. “I will be ready in five.” I say. I quickly run get a change of clothes and a water bottle. I change and brush my hair into a pony tail. I get bottles of water for everyone and head back into the room. I throw one at Ryder and he smiles, making me smile. I tap everyone on the shoulder, waking them up. I lay the bottle of water beside them and go stand next to Ryder. I had a dream he kisses me. I wish he would do that. I smile at him and already know I am blushing.

After what seemed like 3 seconds of sleep a girl woke me up I think her name is Hayden. I just sat up and looked at her with a blank stare for i was trying to get updates on my surroundings.She said something but I blocked her out then I remembered something they still have my bow and arrows.
"I'm can I ask you something?" I whispered in her ear half expecting her to say no.
"Well since your are with us wait are you with us?" she asked.
I nod my head.
"Then ask away" she said.
"I was wondering where you put my bow and arrows I seem to not have them and there very important to me" I said.
"I don't know I will have to ask Ryder about that" she said. Just before she left I said "there here" to her

Alyxa

Harrison isn't so bad, I come to find. Soon comes time to rest and I look for Ryder. Not finding him, I lay down in a corner and try to fall asleep. When I awake, the older kids are bustling around getting ready to leave. I notice a new face but make nothing of it, knowing that Ryder has a reason for everything.

Sighing, I fully wake and set off to find Relm. She's still asleep when I come across her, so I decide to get her up.

"Relm, it's time to get up," I say quietly, gently shaking her.

She wakes and yawns, stretching. I take a step back and crouch to her level, still thinking about what happened the day before.

"Can I walk with you instead of Ryder when we set out again?" I ask, "He doesn't talk to me much with the others around, and I don't like talking around people I don't know as well as you, him, and Harrison..."

Hayden

He asks about a bow. I have now clue what he is talking about, but I go to ask Ryder. I here him mumble something and quickly turn around. “What?” I ask.

“There here.” He says.

Assuming he meant the order the order. I turn around and run to Ryder, almost knock him to the ground. “We have to go. Now!!” I almost yell at him.

Harrison

I'm laying down on a couch that I found playing with some legos in the air above me with my telekinesis. I'm completely spaced out for almost an hour before I hear Hayden yell

"We have to go! Now!" he must have yelling at Ryder. I immediately drop the legos and run over to where I heard the yell. Hayden is on top of Ryder.

"Guys! What is going on?!?" I yell. I hear Hayden yell

"They're Here!" for a moment I'm not sure what he's trying to say.

I wait for Ryder to respond, a mask of fear and astonishment over his face.
