The Gift (Started!)

Alyxa

Relm just shakes her head at my question and parts from me once we reach the building. I stand as Ryder makes his little speech, unsure what to do. He smiles at me and I smile back. Then he turns to Relm with an unpleasant spark in his eyes. What were their problems?

The group separates and I cross my arms, heading over to one wall. Awkward and lonely, I walk up to the boy I'd seen earlier, feeling some sort of connection with him. I don't speak for a moment, just sizing him up as he does me.

"I'm Alyxa," I say in a soft and quiet voice, extending my hand for him to shake, "Sorry about earlier. I was looking behind you for my brother and friend."

Ryder

Hayden comes over to me in different clothes. I flash a smile, and nod while resting my arms on the counter before slipping some cash out of my pocket.

"This place was invaded," I sigh, studying it. "The money I found is highly rare, which is probrably why The New Order's army had seized this place, but decided to leave right after," I suggest.

She looks at me. "You mean we can use that money?"

I shake my head. "This is also illegal. If we use this, we're risking our lives. But it would give us a hell lot of food," I chuckle, slipping it back in my pocket.

She sighs and glances around. "Are you sure this place wont be seized again? What if their spies find us?"

I shrug. "That's easy. We run."

Harrison Cole

The girl from before came up behind me.

I don't speak for a moment, just sizing her up as she does me.

"I'm Alyxa," She says softly,

"Sorry about earlier. I was looking behind you for my brother and friend."


"Oh it's fine, I'm Harrison." I say shaking her hand.

"So your brother, is Ryder." I say

"Yeah," she says laughing.

Hayden

“That’s easy, we run.” He says.

I nod. “Can I ask you something?” I say to him.

“You just did.” He says smiling. “Yes you can.” He says.

“Why are you going to leave me and Harrison in charge when you are busy? What if I mess up? I could never handle that.”

Flareix

After some of the pain was gone I got up and limped alittle to where I heard the gun shot." Ok maybe I should see if there are people I can help me" I think.I got to a drug store but there was a chain on the door so I test it and it just falls off the door. When I open the door and I hear something like some people scramble.

Hayden

Ryder was about to answer when I her a chain fall off the door. “Did you hear that?” He asks. I nod my head. He grabs the gun and I run to get the knife that stabbed me. We race up the stairs. Ryder stops and holds his hands in front of me so I can not pass. He looks at me and holds a finger over his mouth telling me to be siWe creep around in the darkness still not able to see the person’s face. I sneak past counter tops to try to see his face I get to a place directly across from him. A spot of moon light barley casts a shadow on him face. I know him. I have seen him before. He is one of us. I stand up shocking him. “Chill we are rebels to.” I look at his bloody leg and rush over to him. “Did you get shot?” I ask. He nods. “Sit down, I can fix it.”

He sits down and I look at his leg. I roll his jean up and see a huge hole where the bullet when through. “Is it still in there?” I ask. He nods. I put my hand in the hole and pull the bullet out. He screams and kicks. I quickly place my hand on the wound and it disappears. I look at my blood covered hands. I nod at the other and go quickly to the bathroom. I pass a few people on my way to the bathroom.

“Did you kill someone?” Someone asks.

I roll my eyes and slam the door in the bathroom. I wash all the blood off my hands. It turns a shade of pink in the water. I dry my hands with a paper towel and get out of the bathroom.
lent. I nod and we creep up the stairs. We see a person in the darkness.

Harrison

I hear a commotion, me and Alyxa follow Hayden and Taylor to a boy who's been shot in the leg. Alyxa stays behind with him and Ryder, Hayden, and I creep up the stairs into the darkness. There is a person looking at us. I can see that he's about to run, so I use my telekinesis to pin him to the wall.

"I got him!" I yell, Ryder and Hayden walk over to look at him.

Ryder

Once Harrison pins the guy to the wall I scoop Hayden up and hold her in my arms. "Harrison, bring him to the others, Hayden is not good with blood..." I say, walking back to the others as well. I set Hayden down in a blanket and sit next to her, letting her lean against me as I study the other guy carefully.

Harrison

"Harrison, bring him to the others, Hayden is not good with blood..." Ryder calls,

"Got It!" I say, I walk closer to the guy. I look him over for a second.

I bind his arms and legs telekinetic-ally, I hover him a foot in the air and carry him downstairs. I set him on the floor in the lobby waiting for Hayden and Ryder.

I hear murmers from the crown, I could just make out the voices of some younger rebels.

He can move things without touching them

Relm Solidor

I watch unimpressed of the floating girl show as one of the rebels whos name eldues me, moves her with his mind. I was unimpressed, when your as gifted as I am, you loss that impressed mind state or whatever. I watch careful as I make out two figures in the shadows watching from a distance, I look away pretending to not notice them as I light a small fire in my hands because of how cold it was. Ayxa who was off to my side watches as the guy moves her around, I put out the small fire and go find somewhere to sleep somewhere comfortable. I soon downstairs and see a spare mattress on the ground, it'd have to do. I lay down soon falling asleep.

Toby

In a matter of minutes I'm bored. I look around, playing with shadows to scare a few of the people, wishing I could find something to do. I climb up a wall and walk onto one of the top of the racks, scattering clothes everywhere. No matter. And the rats aren't really a bother, either. I eat rats for breakfast.
I crouch and look around. I can see things much better from here. I see my fellow spy, but I don't know his name, so I just nod my head, then I look around. Hayden. Harrison. Ryder. A few others.
As much as I fight him, I feel Chase take over my body. He's confused and scared, and he's jumpy because of the rats. God, I hated how he was such a wimp. He couldn't learn to just squash the rodents and get on with it. No, now he's all hyperventilating and jumping around, looking desperately for the rats, and every one of his whiny, annoying thoughts echo in my head.

I have to get out of here.
I have to run.
I have to find Mom and Dad.
Nekoda....

With a growl, I immediately shake the thought out of my head. I haven't thought about her in a long time...
Chase is still whining in my head, and I growl again to shut him up.

Climalsi Angelus

I stayed where I was, cutting the crap too soon. Toby didn't seem to care about rats or even bothered realizing I was playing bull with him. He could choke on his little sticks of death for all I cared, but he really needed to take care of his body more than he already was. I was more conscious of my health than Toby of his own, so he could've at least look at the damage he was causing to himself. I made myself a solemn vow that if I ever see him smoking again, I'm throwing ever last one in his possession and make him understand how much damage he was causing to his health and mine.

Hayden

He scoops me up in his arms and I lean on his should. “Hayden is not good with blood.” he says to the others. The room spins as he sets me down on a blanket. He sits down next to me and I lean on him. My body is shaking . He grips my hands. “Hayden there is no more blood. It is okay.”He says. I try to slow my heart rate down. I take really slow breaths.

“You would think I would be use to blood, healing people all the time. I can't stand it.” I say.

Ryder

Just as she starts to calm down she starts talking. Really. I hush her before covering her mouth. "Don't talk. Just focus on calming down," I tell her.

I study the prisioner, or whatever we had, and cleared my throat before looking at everyone, to make sure their okay. Alyxa, here. Harrison, Here. Hayden, here. Relm...here. I sigh and look at the guy. "What's your name?" I ask.

Flareix

Some girl stepped out and healed my leg that was hurting me but after that she was picked up by some guy. Well I got hit by a invisible force that pinned me to a wall and some one i'm guessing the person who pinned me to the wall yelled "I got him!".
they all looked me up and down well I was still pinned to the wall the guy who looked to be in charge said "Harrison, bring him to the others." Which I was thinking was the name to who was pinning me to the wall was. Harrison walked over and bond me up and hovered me down some stairs who some other people. then when the leader guy came down he looked at every one then looked at me and said "What's your name?" calmly but with a little demanding under tune. I could use my power to easily over power but I don't know what they can do so I talk "my name is Flareix Hem."
