When he presses his face deeper into my neck I swallow, remembering how painfull it was to get changed...I shifted to another position, not liking the idea of his accidentally biting me and close my eyes.

Kira Nemesis

"Come look." I said.

Alyx comes over and looks out the window as the vampire hunters look at the evidence from before. There fellow hunters were dead at my hands, a man who seemed to be the leader order's the other two to check the houses he goes to a neiaboring house breaking down the door.

"There looking for the vampires who killed the unit, they'll kill everyone involved with both the vampires and the unit's killer's. So even now I endanger the humans here with m mere presence." I said.

Alyx

I look at her, swallowing.

"And I don't suppose you're up for leaving then?" I sigh.

Someone sobs, apologizing in my dream. Whoever is laying with me shifts so my face is out of their neck. In an attempt to reground myself, I pull them back and pin them down, nipping at their neck but not breaking the skin to feed.

Brooklyn

He pulls me back and pins me down, nipping at my neck. My heartbeat grows faster and I swallow, tensing.

Kira Nemesis

"I'll have to hold the front here, I assume the ones I killed before were only rookies, now these are probably elites people who have done the dance of death before and came out on top." I said.

I turn and leave the room, and headed downstair's to meet the oncoming hunters Alyx comes down with me and I soon turn to him.

"Go back up stairs it's not safe for you here." I said.

Jamie

I smile and slowly come out of my dream, feeling her tense.

"I could never hurt you," I whisper, kissing the side of her face, "No matter how thirsty the scent of you makes me."

Alyx

Not safe for me...Bah. Nothing is safe. I watch her leave before walking back up the stairs and checking in on Riley and Logan. Lo isn't in his bed. I hear someone in the fridge downstairs and swallow, closing Riley's door and silently heading down to him.

"Lo, back upstairs," I grab him by the collar and pull him to the steps, "Now, lock yourself in Riley's room. Let her sleep. I'll - "

Brooklyn

I flash a smile, nodding. "I make you thirsty?" I ask, sitting up, bringing him with me. "You make me thirsty too..." I grinned, chuckling.

Kira Nemesis

I walk out side to meet two of the three vampire hunter's, they draw swords and guns but it would not help them. I go after the guy with guns first my pure speed and strength giving me the power I need to end this quickly, my hand goes right though the gun wielder's chest taking him down as I crush his heart in my hand. I put my foot to his stomach and pull it out my hand and arm bloodied. I turn to the guy with the swords and lighting crackles around me, I sway my arms in the air slowly, curling my finger's and having my index and middle finger pointing out. Lightning charges up and I release a stream of lightning on to the man, he dies seconds later, I quickly look around for the third one unable to find him, I see the door to the house left open and I quickly run back in and see a man with two swords strike another. And before I knew it my hand was though the second man and Alyx was dying.

Logan

I don't have the time to call out and warn Alyx before a man sends a sword through his torso from behind. His eyes water and glaze over a little, holding his breath. I cry out for him and catch him as he slides off the blade and to his knees, keeping him from falling the rest of the way down the stairs.

"No!" I scream, tearing up as I look up at the man.

The woman from before comes in and kills him before he can do anything more and I look at her.

"Fix him!" I demand, "He can't do this to us!"

Riley comes running to the top of the stairs and freezes.

Jamie

"I do, huh?" I smile, leaning in to kiss her.

Someone screams and I jump up and out of the room, recognizing the voice even if I can't remember. Logan holds Alyx, a slit in his torso, and Riley threatens to break down on the stairs.

"No," I whisper, my eyes burning with emotion as my head spins a little.

Brooklyn

Things happen and I jump up, trying to find my inner Rayah. I run downstairs and freeze when I see Alyx on the floor blood all over his shirt.

I search deep within me to find a power that I had when I was Rayah...Healing. Hopefully it would work. I keep searching, but soon find it. I try to keep with it, trying to keep it going. My body right now isn't hers, so it might not work.

"Will Rayah's power work on him?" I ask, still keeping concentrated to keep the power going.

Kira Nemesis

"No, the scent of death is in the air. Hes bound for death." I said.

I sit down next Alyx and take him in my arms, the blood didn't bother me. What did was the fact Alyx was crying and I couldn't protect him like I should have been able to. The scent of death almost overwelming me as I slowly lawl Alyx into a deep sleep. Where he would only feel joy, happiness, pleasure and his other joys. I prepare to sing as the others gathered around me and Alyx.

I don't bite into him yet seeing as how I haven't been urged to yet, I repeat the verse over again to him waiting for when it's the right time to.

Jamie

My eyes water as I watch her take him in her arms, leaving Logan on his own. She lulls him to sleep and all color and feeling drains from me.

'Just give love to all'...

I fall on my knees, images clicking the last remaining pieces of the puzzle together, and I can't stop watching. A sob chokes me but I keep it down, covering my mouth with my hand.

No...No! That couldn't have been my end! That couldn't have been how I left!

Logan

I watch as she sings to him, cradling him like a child. He stops crying and falls asleep, his breath short and uneven. I wipe my face as an eerie silence takes over. The song sounds so familiar... She picks it up again and I bolt up the stairs and into my room, locking the door and sobbing as I bring my knees to my chest.

'Remember this, Lo: No matter how bad something seems, there's always a way out. There will always be an exit. No matter what happens, your mother...your father...and I will always be in here,' He taps my chest, 'and in the stars'...

Brooklyn

My eyes water as I remember the song. Riley apparently does too and breaks out crying, running to her room. "Riley!" I run after her. Once I get to her room, I find her on her bed, sobbing her heart out.

"Rye...Please don't cry. I-It's going to be alright," I tell her, trying to hold back my own emotions.

"No, Rayah! No it's not!" She says. She calls me by...Rayah...and I freeze, walking out of the room and shutting the door, shaking. I walk back to where Jac-I mean Jamie is and sit next to him, letting him cry on my shoulder as I let a tear escape my eyes myself, not able to look at the almost dead body on the floor. More images flash through me and I remember that's where Rayah died....Right there.

Kira Nemesis

Alyx finally bleeds out, the passing of life has been done, I pick him up, one arm under his neck on under his knees. I take his body outside out into the brightening darkness. Dawn was quickly coming and I had a few minutes only to mourn there loss. I lay him down in the grass and put his hands on his chest. I was one one knee, my hair alling over my shoulder's and one arm resting on my knee.

"Rest peacefully comrade, Anubis please guide him into a peaceful and eternal rest." I said.

I get up and back off, and soon move back into the house as the sun dawns over the horizon. The beams of light disinagrate Alyx's body and is spread into the wind. I see the others all crying there eyes out.

Jamie

She comes back in from letting the dawn turn him to ash and I stand, composing myself the best I can.

"Why did you do that to me?!" I demand, "Why did I go the same way?! Why wasn't I saved?!"
