Alyx

"You suffocated her!" Jace replies, "Her whole respiratory system should hurt like hell!"

Jesse

I look at Jace, "Don't yell at me," I tell him, looking back at Rayah. I feel her lungs and she stirs, letting out a cough. "Her lungs are swollen." I sighed.

Alyx

I sit behind Jace and cover his mouth to keep him from saying anything else.

"Fix her," I order.

Jesse

I sigh, "I can't fix her lungs. She'll be fine."

Alyx

Jace huffs a sigh and elbows me from behind. I flash a smile but don't let him go.

Rayah

I slowly wake and feel my lungs again, moaning.

Jace

Rayah wakes and Alyx lets go of me, letting me take her in my arms.

Rayah

I look at Jace, sighing. "My throat hurts," I complain. Jesse rolls her eyes, "Rayah, Your throat's gonna hurt..."

Jace

I hold her close, kissing the top of her head.

Rayah

I shoot a look at Jesse and sigh again.

"You shouldn't talk for a while if you don't wanna lose your voice." She says. I shake my head.

"I can talk if I want to." I tell her.

Jace

I trail my fingers up her throat and try to comfort her.

Rayah

He trails his fingers up my throat and I look at him. "What are you doing?"

Alyx

"He doesn't know," I whisper, "He's hysterical."

Jace elbows me in my gut and I chuckle.

Rayah

I chuckle a little bit and flash a smile, "He's my hystarical Jace."

Alyx

Jace smiles and I decide to make things awkward, wrapping my arms around his stomach.
