The Moosehead Tavern [2]

Kalen makes a face to cry and Sai brings him into a hug, comforting him. Joseph stands with Kelly.
"What happens then?" He asks, Nic standing behind him.

My head bolts up, "Incomplete? What do you mean?" I asked standing, holding Jace's hand, still shaken up. Jesse walks in and sits at the bar. Me swallowing hard, watching her. "J-Jesse?" I asked slowly walking towards her. She spins around and smiles. I gulped hard again, Jace trying to pull me back. "Do you have something to tell me?"

Kelly Myers

"5 visions, I only had two.
5 visions, A monster, three warriors, Me blasting Katie and Rayah, Them surviving, and greving over the dead."

"The person who the monster took on is dead and probably wouldn't be standing here." I say in one big breath.

I looked around the room and began to talk.

"You guys need to figure out who's not here." I said all seriousness taking over my voice.

Joseph swallows, taking a step back. "Do they have to be related to someone in the photo? Or someone in the vision?"

I turned around, forgetting about Jesse, "My sister Just got killed." I said Crossing my arms. "She was little though." I shrugged, "Does that count? She was murdered by who knows what."

I walk over and grab the photo from the table, and hold it for everyone to see and point to the couple.

"See these two? Thats who the monster is hunting. Because it knows once it finds these two, it'll find me and when it does, it'll try to kill me and then all involved with these two." I said still serious.

I swallowed hard, "T-Thats me and Jace." I walked closer to Jace and stopped. "He's after me and Jace?" I started, My eyes closed.

"It's after you two, to get to me. If jace is here he's lucky if I wasn't there the beast would probably kill him." I said

Joseph swallows before hardening himself and looking at his son. Could he leave now? Could he be safe?
He glances at the brothers, then the girls, and he knows he can't. Instincts were to take him over once again.

Kelly Myers

I sat down in my seat, pulling the hood over my head.

"No one related to those to is safe not as long as it hunts them." I said grim despair filling my voice.

A tear ran down my cheek, "Jace? Are you okay?" I turned to him, my face worried.

My eyes widend, And I felt like fainting. I've seen the monster before. In the war. I fought it. I started crying.

I felt broken. "No. Where is it? I'm gonna beat its ass. Just like I did Hades." I stated and Was about to walk out the door.

Jace forces a smile at Rayah, truly terrified, and kisses her.
"We'll be fine." He whispers, eyeing Joseph with hope.

Kelly Myers

"I believe so, the photo I got the visions from suggest only two. But I could be wrong and it could be hunting both peoples families." I said drinking the rest of my drink.

I started crying again, "I-I'm..." I rested against the wall again. "Why me? Why me and Jace?"

"Rayah, you know of the beast?" I ask.

Just as I ask Jesse darts though the door screaming "I'm baaaack!"

I dart awat from the door away from the invading sunlight.
