Sibba ~

Kids were everywhere, I almost didn't have space for my coin. I walked a little further and then turned to talk to Christopher, to my surprise he wasn't there. I was about to turn around when two kids stopped in front of me and the boy looked offended and looked at the girl "What did you call me?" He said with a hatred in his voice "I called you an a*shole." The girl smiled like she was proud of herself "First you ignore and shove a girl out of the way at the sign in table. Now you're basically telling me to get lost. You ever think that you're gonna need friends here?" My mouth fell slightly open but my only thought was that something exciting was happening.

For a moment I thought it was over until the boy spoke again "Friends? What are we, five?" His voice was starting to rise and a few other people were stopping to watch "You think friends actually care about each other? You think people care about each other? No one cares about anyone but themselves, I just don't pretend I care like everyone else does,". I felt a little sad about that comment, it took me a little time to figure it out but he had been talking about me as well. Well not me personally but as another human who went about living life in pretense.

I walked between them and said "Wow wow wow, lets not do this here" I looked around and saw that almost everyone had now stopped. I grabbed the other two by their arms and dragged them outside where no one was around "Okay, what is the problem here" I couldn't help but smile, I was actually acting like a teacher. "Ohh how weird I can be" I thought to myself.

Blaze-
Some chick pulls us outside and demands to know what the problem is.
"Mind your own business!" I yell at her, "I don't need some brat to play teacher. There's enough annoying teachers in this world as it is."

Blaze flips out but I don't regret calling him what i called him until another girl is brought into this.
"Just shut up!" I shout over him. "Just zip it! I didn't want a reaction, or I would have asked for one!"
I try to push past them back into the building.
"Especially if I knew you'd overreact." I mutter as I pass.

"Now who's being an a**hole!" I shout at her and storm off, glaring at the other girl

I whip around before I reach the door, sizzling with anger.
"Still you!" I scream.
I bolt into the building and find a closet or something, locking the door behind me. Tears from the overexaggerated emotions burn behind my eyes. I cross my arms across my chest and try to keep myself composed.

Marissa -;

"Hey," Noah said softly as he jogged to catch up with Marissa.

She kept on walking and instead of trying to strike up another pointless conversation, he simply fell in step beside her, falling into a more comfortable silence. They arrived at the office.

"Pretty confusing around here, huh," Noah attempted to strike up yet another conversation as she grabbed a pen and signed her name with a flourish.

"It certainly is." She sighed and tossed the pen to him.

He nodded slightly and signed his name below hers. "I miss home."

The sudden comment, plus the sentimental tone behind it, surprised Marissa. She hadn't pegged him to be the type of guy who was honest about how he felt. She assumed he was the type who shrugged everything off and acted like, well, an asshole. "Me too.."

Blaze-
I'm done with this stupid school, I'm just done with it all. What's the point? My feet pound on the pavement as I pass the city line. Once in the country, I find a spot by the side of the road and do the only thing I know how to do right. I build a fire. I clear a nice big circle, then drag branches and pile them up. I pull out my lighter and light a few branches until it catches and the mountain of branches become a mountain of fire before me, licking at the wind, tossing and rolling in the strange dance of the flames. It's far more beautiful then I remember it. I have to step back for the warmth to be comfortable, then I sit on the ground and watch the flames, tears rolling down my face. Stupid, stupid girl. The flames are like dreams, taunting me with the memory of happier times I can never go back to, times when two little kids would come running up to me when I got home from school every day, and a fire burned every night I could escape out my window without my parents noticing.
"I'm sorry, Ember," I whisper to the flames, "I'm sorry I couldn't save you. I'm sorry, Spark. I'm sorry I couldn't protect you." The fire, burning hot and angry, dies out within an hour, and I know I must go back. With a sigh, I stand, brushing dirt from my pants, and throw some water over the last embers before heading back, ready for Adora to bite my head off as soon as I walk into the building.

"Well I tried" I thought but I felt a little hurt by the boys words. The bickering couple had gone their separate ways and I followed the girls league and went inside were the stuffiness would eat me up.

Well looking at the man that just entered the room I was thinking I'm so done for he is going to get so mad. "Hello, Cami ,Alen" the man said warmly and waved at us.
“Hello, Mr. St. Pierre.” Cami said shyly. I offered a slight wave and I inched head politely.
I looked at Cami looking confused "are you a mind reader or did the lady in the office forget to tell me who was my teacher?"
Michael looked at Cami and me "can you please call me Michael I would like to be not just a boring teacher but maybe your friend too." Michael smiled then turned around and faced his desk that for some reason was not touched by all the wind we made.“So, tell me, how experienced are you two with manipulating the air?”
I looked at him and said "well what you just seen when you walked in was the first time I used it before because I never know anything about it."
"What about you Cami?" Michael asked.

I start to panic and start to think that they for got me and didn't give me a teacher so I start to run to the office to check. As I'm rounding the corner again I bump into someone for the second time today then I look up and see. A woman with blond hair and is wearing a forest green dress she has shock written all over her face. I'm so sorry I'm just seeing if a have a teacher at all because the room they sent me to room two" i said.
"Well you are going to be happy because I'm your teacher so you can come with me and wait for your classmate to arrive and my name is Iris D'souza" the woman explained happily.
We walked back to the Earth room and I asked "what is this business about I'm a earth student and...."
"Well Amy you have the power to do things with the earth like bring dead plants back to life like this" Iris picked up a dead plant and waved her hand around it and it came back to life "see!"
"Wow that is so cool and you are saying that I can help nature?" I asked excitedly.
"Yes Amy that's what I'm saying I'm glad to see someone else so happy to use this gift and help nature" Iris smiled

He asked me a question and I shrugged. "I'm pretty experienced. I'm most experienced with making torandos. Stuff like that." I flashed a smile and sat at one of the desks.

Noah Hastings - water

"So where do you live?" I said, eager to keep the conversation flowing. I found a crack in her cement wall and was hellbent to find what was on the other side.

She looked around, and found my eyes again, narrowing her's suspiciously. I tried to keep my face perfectly open to gain some trust, but that was going to be hard. I just had I feeling it would be.

"Well, I'm from Canada," I said, grinning, "You know, where we live in igloos and ride polar bears and all."

She stared back blankly.

"Well, like you know...how people think it's so cold there and...uh, nevermind," I finished lamely.

I ran a hand through my dark hair and tried to forget that awkward attempt at a joke. I was usually the one laughing at ones than actually making them.

Carnelian Blake - fire teacher

I looked at the woman in front of me with the blue highlights and scrutinized her.

"Water teacher, huh? Almost drowned once when I was a kid. Never really did like going near water after that," I said casually.

There was just something about her that set me off. Must be natural instinct. She, in turn glared at me and crossed her arms. I smiled back coyly at her and waited for her reaction.

I calm myself and make sure there's no residence of tears before opening the door. Blaze is just walking back into the building as I step out. Groaning, I turn away and cross my arms, pretending he didn't exist.

Kyra

"I almo-" I stopped myself from telling the red haired woman in front of me that I almost drowned too.

"What's Your name? You know, so I can ignore you?"

"Carnelian Blake. You?"

"Kyra Jacobson." Then I turn and storm out of the room.

I turn into my classroom and sit on the desk. Marissa comes in, followed by Noah.

"Okay, guys come here." I tell them

They gather around the bowl and I dip my hand in. When I pull it out, it is dry.
