I'm just going to go for this, hope you don't mind. And yep, I do like the monsters!

As I don't want to spoil the SB if it's set before the fall of Galbatorix, I'm not going to be a rider. Everything's simpler on the ground. I'll do the character bio as you would a human.

Name: Nar Kurgorix
Age: 49
Gender: Male
Appearance: Kurgorix has 'Old Blood', and has inherited the Kull gene. This means that he stands at around nine feet tall, and has greater strength and stamina than other non-magic users. He has pallid grey skin, yellow eyes, and curling horns sprouting from his temples. Like other Urgals, Kurgorix dresses in leather and hide, with some metal plates as armour, and typically wears numerous bones and trinkets woven into his hair.
Personality: Like other Urgals, Kurgorix is often bullheaded and aggressive, standing up for what he believes. However, he is also intelligent, fair, and an excellent tactician, all of which has served him well in conflicts past. As with all Urgals, Kurgorix enjoys a good story, and is also a skilled storyteller himself.
History: Kurgorix grew up in a small village in the south of the Spine. From a young age, the presence of the Kull gene was evident- he was frequently the one intimidating the older children, and not the other way around. As time progressed, Kurgorix became a skilled user of a multitude of weapons, earning great prestige among his clan. Kurgorix is now influential in a number of clans, as well as being the subject of a number of tales of heroism.

Other: Kurgorix has been instrumental in a number of major battles in recent history, including the brutal butchery of half of Galbatorix' men in the Spine, leading to tales of the terror that lurks there. (That is assuming this is not before Galbatorix's time, of course).

Personality: He is Vrael's voice of reason but is quite a risk taker himself. He often enjoys taking Vrael on what many would consider dangerous flights.

Name: Vrael Aramist

Gender: Male
Species and Appearance: (either Human or Elf) He is a Human but his bond with his dragon took hold quickly giving him the appearance of a Half-breed between an elf and human. He is taller than most humans giving him an even more elf like appearance. His hair is a curly brown mess though helping him to retain a more human look. Vrael has the Elve's speed and strength as well as mental acuity without having gone through the Agaeti Blodhren. This is a fact that fascinated Erahon but allowed training to move quickly.
Personality: He is a risk taker willing to tackle a challenge with a rather reckless abandon. Vrael can have a tendency to pout and wander of to himself for weeks on end. Whne he returns he always seems stronger and more determined. Eragon may have declared him a rider in full but he still always wants to be stronger.
History: Vrael was raised by a musician(his Father) and an actor(his mother) living among the Varden they had remained it the Beor mountains though and had lived with Durgrimst Quan. His parents named him Vrael in the hopes that it would bring the same good fortune brught to Eragon of becoming a rider. While he possessed some talent in music and acting his true interest lied in combat he would train in anything he could learn to use. He was proficient at using a sword, bow, and fighting staff, as well as many other weapons particularly the Huthvir, when Aetherium hatched for him. He traveled to Du Weldenvarden after being declared a Knurlan of Durgrimst Quan and started training hard as soon as he arrived. He soon returned to his clan and found as a reward for him completing his training with Arya a set of dragon armor a set of armor of his own and a belt like that of Beloth the Wise set with nothing but diamonds, in honor of Aetherium's color.

Other: He traveled to Du Weldenvarden much as Eragon had to request a sword made for him by Rhunon. The blade was intended to be unique and perfect for Vrael's fighting style. Designed with a hilt similar to a cutlass the blade was intended to be like a rapier's but thicker and better suited for a long battle when a quick stab or a daring slash may be needed depending on his situation. The name chosen by Vrael was Sverd abr Arget literally meaning Sword of Silver, not very creative he knew but fitting.
