"Alright, so we are gonna go in and find my father. Group A take the South wing, Group B you take the west, Sophia you're with me okay?" I asked grabbing my stake from the ground.

I threw him over my back and hissed at him when he tried to get out of it. I threw him in the Cell. I fixed my hair and put my sunglasses back down. "Christian." I walked out of the dongeon swiftly.

I nodded. "Where we goin?" I asked her smiling. I practiced my punches and nodded saying I was ready to go in.

Nicholas woke up on a cold stone floor, brushing his dark, curly hair from his face and rolling onto his side. His arm hurt, as well as his head. He felt damp and cold and could barely see in the darkness. But he remembered the attack. He and half a dozen others were on their way back to Boston, to the Library-the headquarters of the human revolution against the vampires-when they were outnumbered and he was taken.
As his eyes adjusted Nicholas looked around, realizing he was in a cell. Other cells surrounded him but they were all empty and the room was silent, except for his heavy breathing. The others were dead, he was sure, but he was here. Captured. It didn't take him long to deduct that he was in the Castle-the vampires' lair set up in Washington DC-and that they would torture and eventually kill him. It was a great victory on their part, to have captured the leader of the human revolution.
He never meant to be the leader. He hated politics and was shit at organization. But after his wife was murdered and the war broke out, everyone seemed to turn to him. He had been a book editor before. He liked fishing on the weekends and he could remember his boat, their house on the Boston harbor, the smell of the sea and the feel of a book.
He thought of his daughter, Aurora, wondering if she knew he'd been taken yet and praying she wouldn't be stupid enough to come after him. He had gone out on a rescue mission near the Canadian border and left her at the Library. Calls for rescues came in all the time, it was pretty routine these days (the rebels took over the police landlines for communication and had managed to gain control of a few satellites for cell phone and internet contact). There were check points along the way, places like the Library that he had help set up, and they were in New York when the group was attacked.
He checked his wrist watch, finding the button to back light the screen. It was daylight still. They didn't like to do much during daylight but he also knew they didn't sleep.
The door burst open, light flooding in, and a vampire girl with red glowing hair came in, an unconscious form hanging over her shoulder. He recognized the uniform on the man to match his own, the rebel insignia on his back.
"Here's an open cell if you want me to put him in here," she said.
"Sure, why not..." another voice came. This time from a blond male vampire.
She opened the cell next to Nicholas' and tossed the man inside. Able to see his face now Nicholas recognized John, a much younger man who kept records of the war on a blog. He was conscious now and tried to get out, but she hissed and threw him back agains the wall before leaving.
All you need is 20 seconds of insane courage, and I promise you something great will come of it.
"Alright Sophia we are going to go down stairs. My guess is they are keeping the in the dungeon." I said strongly, but on the inside I was a scared little girl praying that her father was okay. "Let's go" I said and the groups bursted into the castle and started staking and beheading random vampire. Sophia and I headed downstairs. A vampire popped out of the shadows and lunged at Sophia but I jumped in it's way and staked it. "Thanks," Sophia said still running and I nodded. A few seconds -and dead vampires- later we burst through two huge doors and came face to face with a red-haired vampire.

I shrugged and ran up the hall. A girl ran my way. I stopped about to kill her but then I reconized her face. "Sophia?" I flipped her. I stared at the other girl and she was about to stake me when I grabbed her rist and flipped her too.

*MariaRowlands you can join but it wouldn't be fair if you're human character had special powers only vampire can. But the animals an still listen to her, she just can't be psychic.

"Sophia?" The red head vamp said when she saw my commrade. She flipped her and I went to stake her but she caught my wrist and flipped me too. While I recovered she kneed Sophia and knocked her unconcious. She turned back to me and I spin kicked her and stabbed her stomach with my stake, making her unconcious.

When I saw Brook come around the corner with the girl. My heart dropped into my stomach. The girl was perhaps that most beautiful girl he had ever seen.
"Um... Okay" he took her arm. And led her to the recently occupied cell.
When I saw the vamp the redhead was carrying me towards I could'e breathe or think, he was beyond gorgeous. I mentally kicked myself for such thoughts and struggled in his arms. "Let me go!" I exclaimed taking the pocket-sized stake out of my jeans and trying to stake him with it.
