Secrets Left Unknown (closed/started)

I'm not sure if you still need people for the story and I'm not even that positive I know how this works. But I'll give it a shot and you can always say my character died or disappeared if I'm doing it all wrong.

Name: Katcintra (pronounced ka-sin-tra. Kate for short) Vienna
Age: 14
Gender: Female
Appearance: Short with coffee coloured skin, pointed ears and sharp, pointed teeth. Short black hair with one red streak on the right hand side. Maroon eyes that turn bright red when she's angry or exited. Usually wears a red or white T shirt or singlet and black pants with dirt coloured, white shoes.
Personality: Wary. Doesn't like contributing to conversation and prefers to listen from a safe distance. Prefers being mean than having to deal with making friends.
Power: Elf.
Strengths: Can manipulate fire to some degree. Often sparks when angry and when severely annoyed, bursts into flames. Also strong for her size.
Weaknesses: Having an affinity for fire makes her vulnerable to rain. Direct contact to falling rain causes her skin to feel like it is burning - can turn rain to steam if necessary but takes up much energy.
Other: Kate doesn't remember her past but is certain that somewhere there is a colony of Elves that she could find if she escapes Nowhere.

Yay! We have ten people now! There's still three of you, I think, who have yet to post your character's profiles, but we can start as soon as you do!

Okay just to let you know, I've never done one of these Story Books so I NEED HELP! AH! Just tell me if I'm doing something terribly wrong. I'm going to attempt making a character anyways, so here goes nothing...

Name: Grey Loraine Sanders

Age: 14

Gender: Female

Appearance: Grey is an average height. She has brown eyes and short blond hair that almost comes to her shoulders. She doesn't seem very muscular but she is, from years of being on the cheer squad. She is always wearing colors that reflect her mood (for instance blue for sad, etc.) Grey is very cute. (Is that enough said?)

Personality: She is usually upbeat and cheery, always trying to make others laugh and smile. Grey is outgoing and competitive, yet sweet. She loves making friends and conversing with others.

Powers: She can control storms, rain and wind and all that stuff. She prefers to make the sun stay out though! Her father is an earth elemental, so Grey also has the slight ability to bend earth.

Strengths: Fast runner, flexibility, strength, making allies, and using the earth and sky to her advantage.

Weaknesses: Doesn't completely know how to control the weather, not good under pressure, she gets very attached to people and things, her competitiveness.

Other: Grey is itching to find out all the secrets surrounding "Nowhere." Doesn't have any particular crush and is open (sort of) to love.

I would like to get started on Tuesday if possible. I understand that you have other things to do - I do too - but it's been a week since you reserved.

Name: Eve Skyore

Age: 15

Gender: Female

Appearance: most of the time--

Personality: Eve is shy at first, but as she gets to know someone, she becomes like a completely different person. But not everyone gets to see that side of her. Eve can't trust herself to trust everyone. But she's a generally nice person... as long as you don't make her mad. If she is mad enough, she will transform into something very much unlike herself.

Power: Eve, when she is herself, can do most anything that falls under the category of psychic power. When she is angry enough to be transformed, her psychic power disappears and she becomes a being of fire, and she creates and controls fire.

Strengths: Eve can control most of her psychic powers and her fire powers. She can also levitate, and teleport from one place to another.

Weaknesses: Of course, Eve can't control all of her power, sometimes her psychic powers will just start themselves up without warning. When she is angry and transformed, if she is furious enough, fire will sprout from her hands, and whether she is in control of her firey powers, during the time of those powers, her hair grows longer and is made of fire. Also if she phsycically leaves her body, it is extremely vulnerable.

Name: Raina Moon
Age: 16
Appearance: A tall girl about 5'6 really pale with long pale blond hair, except for a dark black patch in the back, that reach all the way to her shoulder blades. She wears really dark eye liner and mascara. Normally dressed in white or any bright color. She has pointy ears that stick out of her hair. She has a nose ring. She's blind but can feel vibrations when she's normal, but when she turns into her opposite she is a dark creature. This happens because she is a pixie demon I guess. Her mom was a pixie and her dad a demon. She doesn't consider herself either one and has a hard time accepting who she is.
Personality: Sweet person to everyone she meets, but doesn't have many friends because she like to stay to herself and be with her thoughts. But she is lonely. She loves her parents to death but is torn between which life to live. Her twin brother Ryan ran away and was never seen again( idk maybe he can be part of the mystery). She likes to have fun and laugh a lot.
Powers: She can transform into a smaller form of herself when she's in her pixie form. She has some control over small woodland animals and make plants grow, but when she's in demon form she has control over her fathers whole army, who wants to take over the universe. (her parents are still married and do live together.) She is confused at which side to choose since she is the only heir left since her brother ran away. She can feel the Earths vibrations and can sense earthquakes and people's mood changes.
Strengths: She can change the moods around her. She has the potential to be a very powerful asset to both the good or bad side. She can also be able to stop the fighting and the waring that her father wants to start.
Weaknesses: She's blind and sometimes wonders off by herself into the woods. She doesn't have good control over which side she will change into when she changes or exactly when she will change. She misses her brother and cries in her sleep about him. She can trust people to easily and tends to trust the wrong people. She doesn't accept herself for what she is.
Other: She's looking for friends and love.

Name Kai Will (Kai is pronounced like Ky)

Age (13-18 please) 16

Gender Male

Appearance Kai has long white-blonde hair that reaches the bottom of his back - he usually has something in it (pretty much anything he finds to look nice he'll incorporate in his hair). He has big brown puppy dog eyes entwined with gold. He stands at six feet two inches, is thin, but muscular. Kai never wears shoes and wears earthy colors. His hands are a little too big for his body. He has claw marks starting at his shoulder and going across his chest, from his father when they got in a fight a year ago. His ears are pointed.

Personality Kai is a very peaceful person. He is a peacemaker and doesn't evoke fights..........unless he feels threatend or changes into his werewolf form. He loves nature and he can't stand being cooped up. He's a bit outgoing, and loves to be around people.

Power Kai is a bit of a crossbread. He was born to an elf and a werewolf. No one becomes a werewolf by being related to one, so he was an elf. But at the age of thirteen, Kai's father decided to transform him into a werewolf. So Kai's an elf-werewolf crossbread. He's a water elf - so he has control over water.

Strengths Exceptional constitution and endurance, keen hearing and sight, agile, cunning, great runner, and an even better friend. He is great with water, and he grows stronger in it/near it.

Weaknesses The closer the full moon comes, the shorter his temper gets. Also, sometimes he can't control when he becomes a werewolf. Yeah, he turns every full moon, but if he gets angry or upset he changes.

Other Kai is all on his own. His father lost his temper, and killed his mother. Thus, Kai lost his temper and killed his father - this is where he got his scars on his chest from. He's not a fan of this topic - at.all.

Name- Ben "Blam!" Rivers

Age- 19

Gender- He doesn't really have a sex, but he likes to think of himself as male

Appearance- Imagine one of those full-body male mannequins you see at clothing shops, Ok? Now imagine an electric energy field around it, a brilliant, wispy aura crackling like a taser. Add a grin and you've got Ben.

Personality- Ben is a joker, making references to pop-culture frequently and always making wise-cracks at everything. He may seem reluctant to do things, but on the inside he is extremely loyal and driven. He'll never say it, but's he's also jealous of people with bodies, people who can actually touch and love.

Power- Being literally made from electro-magnetic energy has it's advantages. Ben would like to understand exactly how he does all the cool stuff he does do, but science never really was his strong point. Regardless, he can fly almost as fast as a commercial jet, but not for too long other wise he'll start to "wisp-out". "Wisping-out" is Ben's equivalent to sleeping, he literally let's his consciousness relax enough for him to disperse into a million tiny particles and reform a couple hours later.

Aside from the flying, he can discharge bolts of himself as deadly blasts of electricity. They pack as much punch as two and a half lighting bolts each, but they take a lot out of him. His record is throwing fifteen before "wisping-out" Whatever he touches immediately fries, and his strength is great enough to flip a car in a pinch, but he couldn't really lift one.

It took some practice, but now he can access the electrical impulses in people's brains, allowing him to speak in a weird sort of way. He can also share memories and emotions this way.

Certain radio frequencies appear as colors and scents to him, as he can't smell actual scents, and he see's the world in black and white.

He is slightly electrokinetic, if he is exposed to other sources of electricity he can absorb them, but too much and he'll start to feel stuffed. He needs to discharge it soon, or he "wisps-out" in an explosion and doesn't reform for a long time.

Strengths- His powers are amazing, and his courage massive. He may joke about being selfish, but really all he does is give.

Weaknesses- "Wisping-out" happens at the most inconvenient time, and he can't really touch much without destroying it.

Other- He has tried to fly over the mountains a couple times, but always find's himself "wisping-out" and reforming back in Nowhere.

Camulaeus - what do you mean he has no sex?

I think it means he has no "gender."

Sorry for not being clearer- I meant what Redfang said. Similar to the clothing mannequin, Ben doesn't have any sexual organs, but he has a preference to think of himself as male and when he projects himself in other people's brains he uses a male voice.

Since Reina and Kai are kinda similar can they be like close friends or like cousins fictionfanatic?
