Secrets Left Unknown (closed/started)

Okay, so I've joined a couple before and they're so much fun so I thought why not try one of my own. Me and dc36500 came up with this idea together.

Plot:
There's a little place called Nowhere. It's a town cut off from other civilization by ginormous mountains. Or so you think. You come across rumors that the mountains aren't mountains at all, that they're walls put up by the government to keep you and the other freaks under close surveillance. A group of close friends gather and plan to escape Nowhere and find out just how deep (and dangerous) the secret gets.

Appearance: Very dark long choppy blue hair
Usually seen wearing short black shirt with white washed skinny jeans and red converse with a small over shoulder bag
Personality: Nice Outgoing Sarcastic Hopeless Romance Family oriented Ambitious.
Power: Half Vampire And can Fly.
Strengths: Very good reflexes
Weaknesses: easily distracted and forgets where she is going.

Name: Jewel Faize

Age: 16

Gender: Female

Appearance: Jewel has a mane of curly gold-blonde hair that always seems to be falling into her eyes no matter what she does. She has big brown puppy dog eyes. Stands at five feet and six inches. She looks completely normal - except for the claw marks going from the right side of her jawline and down her neck, which ends at her clavical. She also has what some would say is a tattoo, but she was born with it. It says Wise One in arabic, which looks like حكيم واحد It is on her right side, and is colored white. It's more of a...birth mark

Personality: Jewel is a very smart, intelligent, wise girl. She finds herself talking in riddles sometimes. She's a really sweet girl, kind and gracious, but she does have a temper on her. She has a great sense of humor that she uses often, and she a cross between outgoing and shy.

Power: Jewel is a sphinx. Yeah, like the animals that guard the temples in Egypt. But different. Jewel can transform between human and lion, but as a lion she is the same exact person she is as a human - she retracts all of her human qualities. But because she's a sphinx, she's rather wise, talks in riddles, and sometimes acts on her bad temper. She also has the power of camoflauge - in other words, she can not exactly dissappear, but she can change her appearance to blend in with her surrounding - make sense?

Strengths: Good humor, wise, intelligent, a sweet heart.

Weaknesses: Acts on her temper.

Gender: Male
Appearance:
Usually is wearing his red and black jacket and greenish t-shirt with black pants and combat boots. He is also almost never seen without his dragon tooth necklace which is a touchy topic for him.
Personality: Ryan is naturally quiet and reserved but is quite the opposite around his closest friends. He treasures his necklace but has never explained how he came across it or why he carries it. He is a hopeless romantic and falls for almost every girl he sees though he usually doesn't have the same effect on them. He is good with his hands and builds gadgets useless in Nowhere but perfect for a greater cause.
Power: Ryan shape-shifts into a blood red dragon with a white zig-zag streak going from the tip of his snout to the end of his tail.
Strengths: He is close to being a genius; designs and builds different things something deep inside tells him he needs; fire and flight; loyalty.
Weaknesses: Water; strangers; attachments to his friends; his childhood (a mystery); shame about what he is.
Other: Up for love.

Okay, so we need three more people/characters and for the few of you who have yet to make a profile to make one and we can get this started.

Name- Renn
Age- 18
Gender- male

Appearance- Long black hair, intense dark green eyes. He's built along the lines of a leopard, tall sleek and lithe with a muscular build. Renn has black wings, and a complete suit of armour that he can summon in open combat, otherwise he can usually be found wearing dark colors, blues, greens, or blacks.

Personality- Impulsive, hotheaded, and headstrong with a reckless disregard for danger. Renn is an adventurous soul and it shows in his refusal to settle down into quiet small town life. He can't stand the thought of being caged and is determined to escape or die trying. Renn is very loyal to his friends but could care less about anyone else.

Renn needs to be faced with constant challenges, intellectual or physical otherwise he goes stir-crazy, emphasis on the crazy part, he just can't sit still. He also hates following other peoples lead but he will if he respects you. There is nothing in the world he values more than his freedom.

Power- Technically Renn is classified as a Nephilim as he is half angel, however unlike most nephilim his other parent wasn't human she was a storm elemental. Giving Renn a strong afinity for the elements. Especially wind, water, and lightning. Renn is also capable of powerful healing, the only problem is that he hasn't learned to access his angelic powers at will. They tend to come and go.

Strengths- Renn is seemingly incapable of fear, nothing every really gets to him. He's the kind of guy you can count on in a pinch.

Weaknesses- Renn's reckless, bullheaded nature means he has a tendency to leap before he looks. And as stated above his angelic abilities have a tendency to come and go.

Name: Nemesis
Age: 18
Gender: Male
Appearance: His hair once was red as blood, but he dyed it jet-black and let it grow to past his waist. His height is almost six feet at best, with the build of a gymnastics boy. His eyes are unusally red, the same natural color of his hair. His skin is very pale, almost like the appearance of white marble.
Personality: Very secretive about his purpose and sly when it comes to sneaking around. He's socially a loner, but has a highly unsatisfiable curiousity that often gets the best of him. He may not talk very much, but that's what he wants people to think. He's actually intelligent enough to trick someone into thinking he's mute and get away with it easily. He loves to solve puzzles and hear a joke or two just to be amused.
Power: He's a vampire, but has learned to control his literal bloodlust by feeding on those who he deems guilty. He's also pyrokinetic as well as telekinetic, but is a little afraid of his pyrokinesis more than the other power. Like most vampires, he's super strong. Unlike traditional vampires, he can walk during the day to make people think he's human.
Strengths: He's very cautious with what he's up against, which comes in handy when he's in battle. Due to his intellect, he's not afraid to speak his mind. Because he's a vampire who can walk during the day, he can't sleep at all.
Weaknesses: His temper that clouds his judgement and gets in the way. You can't really tell what will happen if he loses his temper, but once he does, be somewhere else in case it gets ugly. He also freaks out when he smells blood. Just one whiff will drive him nuts.
Other: Up for love and straight orientation.

Name: Glacies Ventus
Age : 18
Gender: Male
Appearance (a picture would be nice): Has caramel colored skin and long black hair that touches his shoulders but is normally worn in a short pony tail. He has eyes that seem to constantly shift colors and are set high on his face he has shallow cheeks but prominent cheek bones and a very smooth jaw. He is roughly six feet and two inches in height and has a muscular build. He tends to wear light blue jeans and a white t-shirt when around large groups but once away tends to stroll about shirtless and often prefers to wear nothing except shorts.
Personality: He's very easy going but occasionally feels out of place in Nowhere. He's a romantic at heart and surrounds himself in songs a poetry about nature and love. Some part of him though is very cunning and he can easily bend people to his side with just a smile.
Power (this could be anything from having actual super powers to being a werewolf or vampire): He can commune with nature such as speak to animals and plants, he can control the elements and hear the earth in it's many rhythms and tell when someone has disturbed the balance of nature.
Strengths: He isn't easily disturbed and can go for hours at a time with put sleep.
Weaknesses: He can become emotional in certain situations.
Other (any extra information you think could be useful): He wasn't born in Nowhere and feels a deep sense of distrust for some of the aspects of Nowhere still he values the beautiful nature of Nowhere as well as the people.
