The Great Review Challenge of 2012

This January The YWS Staff are issuing a challenge to all the members of YWS. It will be hard. It will be dangerous and most of all, it will be fun!

The Challenge

Ten days of reviewing. Staff vs moderators members. Can you, the members, defeat the forces of Big Brother and their legendary allies?

Every review written by a participant will be counted and the winning team will be worked out using weighted averages. This means that the total number of reviews by each team will be divided by the number of members on the team to get an average number of reviews per member.

Who are the teams then? Well it may come as no surprise to tell you that they will be Team Red, Team Blue, Team Yellow and Team Green. Should you wish to take part, reply to this post with anything along the lines of 'Me! I wanna play!" and you will be randomly sorted on to one of the teams. The difference is, you will also be facing an extra team, the great power of 'Team Staff'.

Start: Tuesday 3rd January 10:00am GMT
Finish: Tuesday 13th January 10:00am GMT

The Rules

Sign ups will be accepted until the 5th January. Those who join after the start date will receive no review penalties so should they have written reviews on the 3rd and 4th, but only joined on the 5th, those reviews will still be added to the total.
