What Is YWS Radio?

YWS Radio is really just a live online podcast. We do it through http://www.blogtalkradio.com, and all you have to do to listen in is point your browser to the Young Writers Society when the show starts. While the show is live, you'll be provided with links to listen into the radio show.

During the show, we play a few songs from independent artists. Then in between songs, anyone can call in and do a shout-out. A number will be provided during the show for you to use. In the United States and Canada, calling is free. Outside of the USA and Canada, you can use Skype to call in for free.

Usually, the show lasts for an hour or even two hours. This time, however, it'll only be 30 minutes long. If you want, you can check out the show page:
http://www.blogtalkradio.com/yws/2011/0 ... open-mic-8

What time is it?

The show is at 10:30 pm GMT on August 27th, which is 11:30 pm in the UK and 6:30 pm in New York / DC / Toronto. To see your local time, click the link to the show page:

Alas... T-T

I will be gone, at a theme park, riding roller coasters... *sigh*

Really? As in you don't need to have any Skype Credit at all?
I'd appreciate it if someone tells me 'how' this is to be done.

I've missed the Radio Shows so much! And I don't have to work. At least I hope so. I should really know my schedule better.
But I'll definitely try to be there!

I had no idea there were "half" time-zones.

Also, I should be here! There may be a possibility I'll be at an economics lecture but... well. Surprisingly, I'd much rather be here.

6 a.m. on the 7th for me. I don't know if I can get up then... :/
I shall set an alarm, and leave my laptop beside my bed so I don't have to actually get up. :D
Reader, what are you doing?

Blech! Looks like I'm going to have to call in from work now. But oh well, it's still the radio show! And I still get to listen to it from work. Whoah!
