once upon a time there was a magical unicorn name princess she was white witha long tale and big beutifull blue eyes. One day someone came in in her magical forest and tried to steal her horn from her. The unicorn was very upset and to punish them she pointed her horn in their faces and they instantly tunred to stone.

After that, no one dared to rob the unicorn of her horn.

Wow ... words cannot describe how much this story means to me. It's profound, y'know? You've managed to convey the emotional conflict of the characters, the depth and complexity of the plot, the brilliantly insightful social commentary, in a few well-penned words. I'm impressed. I've spent a few hours pouring over the story, again and again, trying to find something to critique. But to be honest, it's perfect. Gorgeous stuff.

I hope I can write as well as this someday ...
"He yanked himself free and fled to the kitchen where something huddled against the flooded windowpanes. It sighed and wept and tapped continually, and suddenly he was outside, staring in, the rain beating, the wind chilling him, and all the candle darkness inside lost."

I don't understand why people are dissing this. It's such an insightful cultural and social commentary. It's so BEAUTIFUL! :D

Ditto what Mesh said.

Fraser: You're an Arctic Wolf, for God's sake.
