Well, our school library has a webpage, and one of the tabs is "get published" and underneath, there was the link to YWS. Many of my friends joined then eventually I came on too. Now, its getting 'round my school by word of mouth...
Well... I like to write and I wanted to find a website to post my writing... I searched on Google.. This was the 3rd one I believe (I never choose the 1st).... And I ended up really enjoying the site.!
I was looking into publishers/writing resources on a website. I started out on Cassandra Clares website, which linked me to another website. Which linked me to another website which linked me to here. One of the best things that ever happened to me.
After leaving a different writing site (yes, Teff, I'm looking at you guys. xD) because of certain events that transpired, I Googled many different variations of 'post your writing'. Eventually I came across YWS.
I had been searching for a website like this where young writers could chat and post their work, then I found YWS, it was a match made in heaven! And we lived happily ever after! The end!
The last person to mess with me and my tigerness lost his face...and his COOKIES!
In all honesty, I found it because of my sister, who found it because she googled young writers sites and this was one that popped up.
