here is my offering to the worst poem thread, in tribute to the egg.

egg / cracked / in / to a bowl -
shells / get lost in / milky egg whites /
i try / to fish them out / with my fingers /
but i am not able to / so / -
i make an omelet out of cheese / and
ham / instead / brokenness /
sometimes tastes like / burnt cheese + ham omelet
sans egg.
you should know i am a time traveler &
there is no season as achingly temporary as now
but i have promised to return
