Kyle

When Annie suddenly got up and left, it woke me up. Where was she going... wait! Had I fallen asleep in here? No one had came and told me I couldn't be in here? I was shocked. Focus on annie... I owe her big time, and I have to find a way to make it up to dominique. I owed her everything. I should judt kill myself, that would make it easy for everybody. No I couldn't do that. I made a promise to myself right then and there I would never hurt another person from their family again. I got up and followed annie. She walked over to the shore and sat on a rock, sticking her feet in the water. I stepped closer and she looked over. I walked over to her, standing on the shore near her.

It was just Kyle. I smiled at him sweetly, not knowing exactly what to say. It was awkward for me, just as much as it was for him. I remembered that day again, my side aching. The moon was reflected over the glass surface of the water.

"Memories," I said, looking up at the moon again. He nodded, probably feeling awkward again. I didn't know how many times I'd have to tell him that he did belong here. I sighed, getting up then almost falling like before. Kyle caught me, one hand on my waist, the other holding my hand. I looked at him, not sure where this would go.

It crawled back through the window, looking around in the dark for the gun I knew I had. It was sitting on the bedside table to where Lucy was asleep. I didn't want to wake her up, but I needed to get my stuff and get out. I snuck over to the table, grabbing the table, then pulled the bag out of my pocket. I opened the bedside table draw slowly, trying not to make a noise. There was a box in there full of diamonds, and I pulled it out, putting it in the bag, then moving to her other draws.

The doorbell scared me, and I dropped the bag, kicking it under the bed when she woke up, turning the light on. I blinked as my eyes tried to focus, and I held up my hand to tell her not to move.

"I'll get it," I said, smiling and running downstairs. I was robbing from my new rich girlfriend, how unfortunately. I went to the door, flinging it open, then freezing when the man at the door pulled a gun out and pointed it to my head.

"You have ten minutes to pack, go," he said. I was going to run for it, no doubt. I closed the door, or at least tried. His foot was in the way, and stopped instantly. I sighed, running back up stairs and grabbing the bag. From the looks of it, I might never see her again, so I simply began putting her jewelry in the bag, ignoring her when she yelled at me to put it down. I put the bag in my duffle bag, and then packed clothes, quickly glancing at the ring on my right hand. It was worth more than my life and hers put together.

After I had all of my guns and things, I went downstairs to meat the man, wincing as he gripped my arm, pulling me to a helicopter. He threw me in, and I smiled wryly at him, remembering the guns I put in my bag.

I grinned broadly and put the phone back on the hook. "He's ten minutes out with the new group," I announced to the room... aka Damon.

"Good," he replied, voice dry, slightly emotionless.

Fine Damon, be a spoil-sport. Screw it. He was probably exhausted, as was I, but still. I was in a good mood despite it. Such a good mood in fact, I grabbed another handful of desgusting Dill Pickle chips.

RYDER

I stared at the newcomer, he automatically threw off bad vibes. The man in the white coat shut the helicopter door quickly, and I scrunched further into the corner, eventually dozing off.

I woke up to the door being opened and the man shoving us all outside. Lovely man he was, just lovely. Oh yes, and then he took off again. Can't forget that part now can we?

I sighed and yanked on the strap of my bag. We weren't anywhere like I thought we would be. We were in the middle of a freakin' forest! I was expecting white walls, rooms, halls, big metal monsters... But a forest? Come on!

They pushed us out of the helicopter, and I landed on the ground, followed by my bags. The others watched as the helicopter left, leaving us in the forest. I gasped as I realised there wasn't any buildings around. I couldn't just live out here in the dirt. That was for poor people, and I was no poor person. I grabbed up my bags, dusting the dirt off of my new dress. This was madness, I wasn't living like this. I pulled my heals off, walking away from them.

"Where are you going?" one boy asked, and I felt a hand on me. I cringed away from it, turning and hitting his hand.

"Rule on, don't touch me," I said. I didn't like it when people touched me. "I'm not going to stand here, and let anything eat me, if that's what you want to know. I'll climb a tree if that's what it takes." I turned and stalked off.

Dustin

"What if the danger is in the trees?" I asked, trying to get her to stop and think about her next move before she went off and got everyone here hurt. She rolled her eyes at me, waving it off.

"What lives in trees who would eat something like me?" she asked. I smiled wryly, nodding to myself. So she was the queen, just by the looks of things.

"Like maybe panthers or possibly snakes. Maybe a mountain lion even. Just simple things like that," I said, smiling still and turning away. "But what do I know. Go ahead and die." I knew she paused, thinking for a moment, and I grabbed my bag, turning to look at the others.

Damon

I was unamused by now. This was the same as usual, and the pan hadn't started yet. Sam was having fun, but I didn't see how. Simple teens, the same old thing. After years of this, it gets boring, and doesn't amuse me. I sighed, standing up and walking out the door. I needed coffee, and possibly sleep, but I'd be fine on that. I kept walking down the hall, turning to the left, then taking the first door into the lounge. I poured me a cup of coffee, not even taking sugar or creamer with it.

I chugged it down, feeling the warm liquid go down my throat. I needed the energy, because I was going out there, with or without Sam's permission to video tape the teens' meeting.

TARRION

I set the medicine down beside me, not wanting to wake Domi up. She needed sleep, and I wasn't going to deprive her of it right now. I sat for another moment before grabbing my bag and rummaging around inside. I knew that I had packed a notebook and a pen. I needed to go for a walk, think a little bit, but I wasn't going to leave without letting Domi know where I was going.

I finally found it and started scribbling a quick note.

Domi,
just went for a walk. Be back in a bit.
Take some gravol or tylenol.
Love you,
Tarr

I set the note by her head and scrambled to my feet, exiting the tent. "Going for a walk. I'll be back in a bit," I called out. Gemma nodded, Wren waved, Matt and Logan completely ignored me. The girls were probably just happy to see me as myself again... Where were Annie and Kyle?

I shook my head and kept walking aimlessly. I had my gun, there was no screaming.... Annie was probably fine.

"I say we shoud stick together," a voice said. Male... freakishly familiar...

I ploughed the trees, gawking. So our dear Supervisors had brought more teens? I craned my neck, trying to see everybody there.

I gasped. "Ryder!?"

RYDER

"Ryder?!"

I turned quickly at the mention of my name, freezing on the spot. "T-Tarrion?" I could hardly get the words out. He was standing there, shirtless, dirty, and seemingly thinner than before. But it was Tarrion! My freakin' brother was alive!

He ran up to me, giving me a bear hug that I eagerly returned. "I didn't think I would ever see any of you again! How're mom and the girls?" Tarrion asked, pulling away quickly.

Everybody else in the group sort of slipped from my mind for the time's being. "Mom's absolutely devasted... Susan's been asking for you every day. She misses you," I answered sadly.

Tarrion's gaze shifted to the ground. "I miss them, too." He smiled again. "But my big bro is here! Oh, and I have some people that you've gotta meet!"

Somebody cleared their throat behind me and I turned to see a very skeptic-looking group of teenagers. I grinned. "Everybody, meet my little brother, Tarrion! He's going to show us to a camp, anybody who wants to live should probably follow!"

Without waiting to see who would follow, I walked behind Tarr. Man, seeing him again was great... I had quite honestly missed the twerp.

I would have paused and wondered why this strange man was taking us in, but it seemed to be that guys brother. Cute if I do say so myself, both of them. I held my stuff close, following barefoot through the forest as we headed to this unknown camp. He could have been leading us to our death, but I wasn't going to stand around and wait for whatever was out here to get me. I'd rather die at the hands of a cute guy than some ravenous beast with drool hanging out it's mouth. I shuddered at the thought.

I could see as we neared a camp light, a fire, which meant warmth, and I would no longer be shaking. I hoped there were more cute guys there, maybe it wouldn't be half bad.

~Annie May~

I couldn't move my eyes from his, but as soon as I heard voices, I looked in that direction, looking overhead as a helicopter flew off. More teens, I guessed. I sighed, walking as quickly as possible back to camp, Kyle right behind me. I entered to see the new faces of some of the people. They were clean, and one of them seemed to be hanging on Tar, as if they already knew each other. Maybe that was his brother, considering they looked much alike. I smiled, walking with a limp that was much uncontrollable.

My eyes skimmed over the new faces, seeing one girl as a snob just from the looks, a guy who looked like he was a major flirt, and a thief by the way he stood, a half smile on his face, yet his eyes darted around as I had seen many times before. The guy that looked like Tar's brother looked to be gentle and kind, from the way his eyes weren't wide, and he kept the smile on his face. Another girl looked to be cold, and she didn't seem to talk much. I smiled at them, knowing how they felt about it all.

My eyes froze as soon as I saw him. My eyes quickly scanned him, telling me he was still paranoid. he glanced at all of our faces, and I hid by Kyle, hoping he wouldn't see me. Kyle looked confused, but I simply shook my head, turning him around to face me, keeping his back to the others, and I continued to look around him every now and then.

"Would you mind helping me into the tent?" I asked. He nodded, taking my arm first, still confused. It didn't surprise me anymore as he lifted me up, carrying me away from them. I kept my hand on his shoulder, still afraid of falling. He had me though. He sat me on the cot inside, looking down at me as I peered out the tent, hoping not to be seen.

"What's going on?" he asked. I sighed, looking at me. How to explain how to explain.

"I know him," I said, nodding to the guy who's eyes were darting around, and he kept his hand on his bag. I guessed most of them would have weapons, or at least I guessed that by the way they all held onto either their pockets, ready to draw whenever needed, or onto their bags, ready to surprise anyone by pulling it out.

Huh. Someone's brother is here, lucky him.

As we near the fire, I notice other people all gathered around looking at us. My arms are crossed; does that make me look unapproachable? I try not to...I quickly uncross my arms and put them in my pockets.

I put on my "nonchalant" look, which really just looks like me giving the cold shoulder, but I don't care. Really, I don't. I'm not even trying to fool myself. Years of being friendless can do that to you. Of course the circumstances of my indifference are bad, but the result is the same. Indifference.

Danny

I looked over at one girl, who was with a guy... I knew her, who was she! ANNIE. My ex-girlfriend. Who mysteriously disappeared a week after she broke up with me. Now I knew what was going on! Ok, not really. But it had to do with secret government agents taking over the world. I looked up at her.
"Annie?" Who was she with... some big guy... I heard something move behind me, I quickly turned to see a girl step out of a tent, and realised out of habit I had drawn my gun and pointed it at her, my hands trembling. She gasped, looking over at the guy, who I was guessing knew the big guy from our group.

Dominique

I heard moving outside of the tent, and noticed Tarrion wasn't beside me anymore. I saw and read the note he left. He should have slept. He didn't want to take care of himself then I wouldn't take care of myself. I stepped from the tent and looked up, to see some freak pointing a gun at me. Trembling. I looked over to Tarrion. Putting my hands up.
"W-what's happening?" I ask, looking between Tarr and the new people, specifically the guy with the gun.

Kyle

I squeeze Annie's hand, why I don't know. Then walk over and lower the guys gun. My gosh darn leg is on fire, and my arms to. Then I snatched the gun from him and dropped it in front of him, looking up to domi and muttering.
"Newbs."
Then walked back over to Annie. I felt better, standing beside her.
"You know him?" I whisper. She nodds, and sighs.
"Unfortunatly."

I felt bad now. I had broken up with him before I had gotten taken. I didn't need this now, there were just too many memories in that crazy paranoid bastard. I wasn't angry with him, in fact, I had changed sense I had gotten here. I wasn't as out to kill everyone as I was before. I stayed with Kyle, feeling safer and more happier near him. I didn't know why, and I didn't even know if he would really keep me safe.

If he was still lying, he was pretty darn good at it, because he was protecting all of us. I noticed that Danny had asked me something, and I shook the thoughts away, looking at him.

"What happened?" he asked. "Why are we here?" He asked me, because he had hope that I still had a thing for him, no doubt. I shrugged.

"Hell if I know," I said, squeezing Kyle's hand, who had made it's way to mine. "Hell if any of us knew." I motioned around to everyone with my other hand. I noticed Danny's eyes weren't the only eyes looking at our hands, but I didn't care. Maybe he did have a thing for me. I smiled at the thought. Did I deserve happiness? Did any of us?

I watch quietly, sitting on the ground. This is interesting, like TV. What I need now is a pen and paper. Being brought here, it's inspiring me and I'm thoughtlessly piecing together a simple poem in my head. Unfortunately if I fall asleep, I'll forget by morning and even though it's not that good, I want to remember. Actually to me it sounds like a rant. I grab a nearby stick, and begin writing in the dirt:

This place I'm in; I don't belong.
I don't at home, and that feels wrong.
But this place doesn't seem the same.
In fact it's not; I like this game.
Maybe I'll rise, maybe I'll fall,
Maybe I do belong here after all.

I title it "Sick Games" and drag the stick in a circle around it. One boy asks a girl why we were here, and I listen intently in case she knows, but the boy's voice had been laced with pathetic hope.

"Hell if I know," she says and takes another boy's hand. That's cute.

"Well, my name is Nasira, call me Naz, don't touch that," I say standing up and pointing to my quick poem. "Is there anywhere to crash? I'm tired."

"If there's a cot, I call it!" I yelped, stepping forward and raising my hand, still keeping a hold of my things against my chest. They all looked at me like I was stupid, but I didn't care much. I was tired, and I wanted to sleep, but I had no intentions on sleeping on the ground. I heard the one girl who new the paranoid freak gasp, and she bent over, holding her side. What was with her?

Whatever it was, she was getting attention. I didn't like it. I wanted their eyes to be on me, that was how it went, the pretty girls got the guys. I felt my jaw drop, and I rolled my eyes. Why was I over reacting? Because attention was my thing, not some dirty tramps.

~Annie May~

Pain struck my side, and I gasped, bending down and trying not to scream. Now this pain wasn't from Kyle. That damn woman in white was the cause of this, but she had gotten what she deserved. I managed to keep myself up, but I could feel the hands on m back, and the worried voices.

"I'm fine," I reassured them, standing mack up and wincing at the pain. It was only just beginning to hurt again, and I knew it would need new bandages. I could see the bright red blood on my nice white shirt, but it looked brown from all the dirt, and a little green from the grass stains. I lifted my shirt and sighed at the sight of all the blood. It was normal by now, and I didn't want to scare the others, so I put my shirt down, hobbling the best I could into the tent, helped by an arm around my waist that I hoped angered Danny, for some reason.

Sighing again, I sat on the cot, smiling as I just realized something. This was the only cot, and I was occupying it. That other girl would just have to learn to sleep on the ground. Either that, or Tar would have to let me. He was the big brother now, but now he had his big brother, and he was probably just trying to show how much he cared. But he wouldn't let me sleep on the ground lately. In his words, "It might get infected." Yea, then I'd die and I wouldn't be a bother.

I blinked, realizing how random and awkward my thoughts have been lately.

Dustin

I smiled as the one girl, the perky one, seemed to dislike the attention off of her. She would live. Life isn't always fun. But this would be. I saw some cute girls here, like the two sitting by two other guys near a fire. They were cute. I smiled to myself, liking how this would be, yet wishing there would be some privacy here other than the trees. I sighed, sitting near them, but keeping myself warm and ignoring them all together at the same time, which isn't easy for me.

Damon

The coffee didn't last long, but I went out--snuck--with a video camera, avoiding the cameras we had posted everywhere. I heard them before I saw them, and maybe I could pass off as one of them. I would have laughed, but that wasn't funny. It was a plan. I opened the camera, recording everything that was happening. I was in a tree nearby, covering the red light with my finger so they wouldn't see it.

I recorded how Annie May gasped as her side began hurting--good for her--how the new girl, Amy, wanted attention, and how the paranoid freak knew Annie, and seemed a bit jealous that Kyle, who seemed to be in pain too, was holding her hand and helping her. The bastard. I got how everyone moved, their faces, their reactions.

This is Isha on her cousin's account! Just so you all know... >.>

TARRION

I wrapped an arm around Domi's shoulders and stared at the new-comers. Glad to hear that the twits-in-white were relentless. What did they want from us anyways?

"Tarr, can I talk to you for a second?" Ryder asked, eyeing my arm around Domi.

I sighed and stood up, already knowing that he was going to lecture me about my fiance. "I guess," I muttered, following him to the other side of the tent. "If this is about a certain girl back home, you already know how much I hated her. She only wanted my money," I muttered, kicking at the dirt.

"I know, but it... does she at least know?"

I looked up and grinned inoccently...well, more mockingly than anything. "No she doesn't!"

"Tarr!"

I rolled my eyes. "Yes she knows. You think I'm that stupid?" I didn't wait for him to answer, I just turned and headed back to where Domi was and offered a smie. "He's concerned for my mental health I do believe. Sorry about that."

RYDER

I sighed and walked back out behind Tarr, avoiding him at all costs. Brothers, they were really not that smart. I'm sure his poor fiance would love to hear about this one. Of course, we would never see her again so it didn't really matter did it?

Nope, it really, really didn't.

I sighed again and looked around, eyeing the chicken-coop. "You guys have chickens and everything? Shalo hasn't gone mad yet?" I asked, turning to Tarr again.

"Yeah. And no, Shalo's sorta been doing her own thing lately," he muttered, arm around the girl again.

SAMANTHA

I glowered at Mark, arms crossed. "What do you mean he's gone?" I hissed. By "he" I meant Damon. And by "What do you mean he's gone?" I meant, "I am going to kill the man when he gets back here!" And by that I meant something along the lines of, "Okay, probably not, but whatever."

"He's just...gone," Mark replied, averting his gaze to the floor. He was afraid of me, which was good.

"Well, let him tough it out them. I'll dock his pay or something." With that I turned and headed back for the moniter room.
