KYLE

My entire body turned numb. I couldn't even shout out my pain. It hurt so much... i had never experience pain like this before. I looked over at domi, but my vision was fogged over. The pain sub-sided and i blacked out, embracing the darkness.

DOMINIQUE

I looked over as Matt dragged kyle off me. My entire body was trembling. I was still sobbing, and downright scared. My eyes were closed tight, and i finally found my voice.
"Tarrion! Tarrion!" I felt his arms wrap around me. My body was still trembling. I hoped he wasn't mad, he had to understand, i did it so he wouldn't kill Annie! I relaxed a bit at the sound of his voice.
"Sh, hush, it's OK, he can't hurt you."

Kyle was out, which I decided was a very good thing indeed. The moment he woke up, Annie and I had a score to settle. In the mean time, I was kissing Domi on the forehead and holding her tightly. "I will never let him do this to you again," I murmered, tearing up myself.

Matt dropped the unconscious Kyle and sat down. "When are you gonna ask?" he asked, grinning.

"Ask what?" Domi murmered, sniffling.

I shot Kyle a warning glance, but couldn't hold back a smile. "Tonight. At the party." I scrambled to my feet and helped Domi do the same. I glanced at Kyle. "We'll have to drag him back. If he wakes up, hit him on the head with the blunt end of this," I told Matt, handing him the butcher's knife.

I limped out of the bushes, hoping the retard would wake up soon. I wanted to jump on him and beat the crap out of him. I hated his guts at the moment. Domi came to hug me, and she put her arms around me neck. I patted her back with me fists. My hand was still bleeding from clenching it so tightly.

I watched as they dragged Kyle back to camp. I kept trying to keep my smile up while trying to stay angry, but it wasn't working too good. I simply decided to glare at the ground as I limped. I could tell Tar was glowing, and Domi was anxious to know why. He had his hand in his pocket, around the ring, I guessed. I was just happy to help.

Darn! I couldn't be happy, but I found myself smiling. I sighed, giving up and saving it for later.

I went over and hugged annie, i was so happy she was alright.
"I'm so happy your OK." I re-said my thoughts. She glanced over at tarrion. I did to, he looked like he wanted to kill kyle.
"You should go see him." I smiled back at her.
"I wish i knew what you people were talking about." I giggled weakly wiping my eyes. She put her finger to her lips and winked at me.
"You'll see tonight. Not like kyle can ruin this again." I shuddered, noticeably. She nodded towards tarrion. I smiled at her again and went over to him, i linked arms with him and he smiled down at me.
"I'm so glad your OK." i whispered up to him. "If you would have gotten hurt, i don't know what I'd do."

Everyone was happy to see us when we got back to camp. They all came to meat us at the edge of the clearing, and I headed strait for the cot. I didn't want to go there before, but I needed to rest if I was going to the party tonight.

I was grinning wildly by the time we got back to the camp. I was still fingering the ring, and my heart was beating so fast I thought it would fall out of my chest and kill me. I sniffed at the air, my grin broadening. "Is that deer I smell cooking?"

Gemma grinned. "That it is."

Logan cleared his throat and I looked over at him. "What exaclty are we going to do with him this time?" he asked, gesturing towards a still unconscious Kyle.

I thought for a minute and pulled Domi closer. "Tie him again. It's not like he can escape in the shape he's in anyways. Make sure the knots are tied a little better this time though." I winked before turning around and kissing Domi on the lips--right infront of everybody.

His lips were against mine. So warm and gentle, unlike kyle... just his name passing through my mind made me tremble. He was so rough and forceful. For the first time in my life, i actually wished someone was, dead! That was odd, i never wished death upon anyone. that made me feel bad, but a guilty pleasure flowed through me. He deserved to die after all he's done to people. He practically ruled our village back home. He had always got what he wanted, and for the first ime the tables were turned, he was in the helpless position and i was happy. I leaned up into tarrions kiss. I loved the way he made me feel, the way he made me act, he set me free. He drove me wild. Secretly, if it meant staying with him... i never wanted off the island.

I was worn out from the long day, and my leg was going to kill me. If it didn't, my side would. I felt someone put a blanket over me, but I didn't know who. Maybe Wren or Domi or Saph. I wasn't up for thinking too hard about it, I just drifted off to sleep.

***

When I woke up, it was getting dark. I could hear them outside getting set up, or already set up, for the party. I was happy everything was going well. I instinctively looked at my finger, then realized my ring wasn't there. I smiled and sighed. I didn't regret it yet, like I said I would. I was just happy to help. I saw Kyle starting to come to, and I wondered when I would get my revenge. Of course I should have been mad enough to kill him, but I didn't even want to hurt him anymore. I thought about all of the things he had done wrong, but, even staring at the damn fool, I felt sorry for him. That wouldn't keep be from beating the crap out of him when it came time. I smiled menacingly at him, a glare following. He looked at me like I was crazy.

Maybe he was right. Maybe I was crazy, thinking I could hurt him all this time. Even when he's tied down and mad enough to kill me ten times over, I still couldn't hurt him. My smile faded, and I simply stared, eyes full of tears and probably gentle, soft looking. That was my I-pity-you-now-but-don't-get-used-to-it-look. It could all end like that, and then his world would be crashing down as I beat the hell out of him with a metal bat--wherever I would find that.

But even after all he had done to me, break my leg, break my ankle, give me bruises from head to toe, it wasn't those reasons why I was still a little angry with him. He could beat me up all he wanted, kill me if he liked, but he hurt Domi and Tar, the best couple I've ever seen.

KYLE

I started coming to, the pain was intense. My body was throbbing. He would pay for what he did. I looked over at domi, my vision still clouded, but she was kissing that freak again. I looked up, i was under a tree, i pulled a little with my good arm, tied down of course. I just wanted to crawl in a hole and die. I looked over at that annie girl. She was giving me a more, friendly look then she did earlier. She probably wanted me died, tarrion obviously did. Why didn't he just kill me? Domi probably did to, nah, domi couldn't hurt a fly. i tried to move my fingers in my good hand, but they wouldn't move. I couldn't feel my arm!

I didn't know what to think. I was confused, and I had mixed emotions. I wasn't one to be violent, but I wanted to kill Kyle. Yet, at the same time, I wanted to help him. I wanted to help him off the island and without Domi. And that was exactly what I had planned to do. Tonight, while he was serving as a human pinata, I would get even with him. He had hurt me plenty of times to deserve it.

But he had also taken me back here when he could have killed me. He spared me probably for Domi, but I didn't care. If I had to knock him out, drag him to the edge of the island, build a raft, and set him on it to be shipped out to land, I would do just that.

I was too busy in thought to realize I was staring. I didn't care, but Wren was confused. I didn't have an angry expression on my face the way the others did when they looked at him. My eyes were soft and gentle instead. I shook away my thoughts, looking at her a smile on my face.

"You OK?" she asked. I nodded.

"Just anxious for tonight. Tar's plan and everything. And then the turning Kyle into the human pinata," I said, repeating my thoughts. She laughed once at that. It was nice at the moment. Until a headache ruined my thinking and planning. I pressed my fingers to my temples, and hummed the song from before, the one from my sister. It seemed to calm me down at times like this. I continued to think of the poem and the memories.

I pulled away from Domi, grinning, and turned to Gemma. "You got that big fire?" I asked.

"Well, look at it! I don't think it gets much bigger than that Tar!" she called back, laughing.

I gave her a thumbs up and glanced over at Kyle, who was now awake and glaring at me. I gave him a lopsided grin, already scheming. My bad side could be hard to get to, but it was a place you did not want to get. I had no pity for guys like Kyle, which probably wasn't such a good thing for him.

First off I would have to give him a nice slug to the face, bloody those pretty lips a bit. See how much he wanted them pressing against anybody else's then.

I blinked, shaking off the morbid thoughts and focused on the party. The deer was finished cooking by the looks of it, and we had those sodas from the Supervisors set up and ready. Strange choice, soda...but it suited the occassion. Saph's instruments were sitting a ways away from the fire, next to my own. Shalo was perched ontop of my guitar case as usually, staring at me with those beady eyes.

I walked Domi over to the fire and sat down beside my guitar, ruffling Shalo's feathers a little. "Shall we begin?" I called out.

SAMANTHA

I sat and stared at the monitors for hours after they had left, trying to sort through everything I had just learned from that quick couple of hours. Number one: Tarrion and Dominique were obviously madly in love or something. Number two: Kyle was a jerk who got what he wanted. Number three: Tarrion was incredibly stubborn and very protective. Number four: Annie-May was practically dieing. Number Four: Dominique hated Kyle with all she had, but she would obviously do anything to ensure the other's safety.

I sighed and rose to shaking feet, walking out the door. I needed a mocha.

This time, I wouldn't stop watching him for anything. Although I was a little annoyed about not being able to go to the party, Gemma walked over and kept me company, although a bit nervously at that.

>Forsakin- I know we said we'd do it during the party, but I'm going hiking today for Fathers Day and probably a dinner and such. So if you do make it happen, make sure to add in your post what happens to Wren too so people aren't confused. Thanksies.<

Wren

The party this time was nice, and I was hoping we would finally have some downtime... nothing happening, just a party. A celebration of... us, us being alive and being together. Wasn't that celebration enough? I smiled slightly, and ignored my head.

It had been a long day, a very exciting day. I know it had taken a toll on all of us, but yet Tar still wanted to have this party tonight. I built the fire and prepared the deer, then I sat back and relaxed. I noticed Matt sitting alone, stealing nervous glances at Kyle. I knew he felt bad for Kyle's escape, but he didn't have to punish himself so much. I was also sitting by myself so I decided to go keep him some company.

"You know, you don't have to beat yourself up about Kyle," I said, sitting down, "He escaped, it isn't all your fault. Someone didn't tie ropes tight enough. Someone didn't check that they were tight." I looked up and smiled, "Someone left under the new guys care."

Matt gave me a weak smile and then stared at the ground. "Yeah I guess, but Logan and I were supposed to watching him. If we were here he probably wouldn't have gotten away at all, he wouldn't have hurt Annie any more." he mumbled.

I gave his hand a quick squeeze, "Kyle is a raging hothead, even if you guys were there he would have escaped, and probably hurt you both in the process." I reassured, "And as for Annie, she is doing okay, and we have medical supplies now. Don't worry Matt."

LOGAN

The party was all set, ready to kick off. I was never really the party kind of guy so I decided to go for a walk in the forest. I walked along the bank of the stream, it was really quite peaceful. I continued walking along, slipping into tranquility when I heard a snarl. I had heard it only once before but there was no mistaking that sound. The beasts were back.

>You're right, and besides, it looks like with Tar's plan and now killing the beasts, we have enough drama for now :) So everyone, you'll have to wait! And I can't post right now, going out to eat with my daddy!<

SAMANTHA

I was back in that bloody monitoring room. I just couldn't seem to stay away for more than an hour at a time. They had actually appeared on screen, which meant that they could come back at any time. That and I suppose I was on-edge because we had just released thirteen of our fourty seven beasts and thirty of the fifty wolves. Great.

I sighed and sipped from my third mocha that day. Man, I was running on these caffinated drinks right at the moment. I twirled it around in its glass, blinking off sleep. I was exhausted, but I couldn't sleep. Not yet. Something big was about to happen, and I was not about to miss it.

TARRION

I watched Logan leave, curious as to where he was going. Ah well, the guy seemed to be more of the quiet type to me, probably just wanted a bit of time to himself. I was like that, too...but when was the last time I had actually disapeared into the shadows and daydreamed for hours on end? I haven't done that since coming to the island.

I sighed, thinking that now was as good a time as ever. My palms were immediately sweaty, and my heart was racing. I glanced over at Saph and Annie, searching for a bit of help. Then again, what help could they give me right now? Annie gave a slight nod and Saphire was grinning.

I scratched my neck and looked over at Domi, hoping they didn't expect me to ask right here in front of everybody. What if that's what they wanted? Well too bad for them. "Umm... Domi?" I asked, clearing my throat. One of the girls giggled behind me. I chose to ignore it.

Domi looked up at me, smiling. "Hmm?"

My stomach churned uneasily. Domi was looking at me funny, so I assumed I probably looked as nervous as I felt. Okay, so nervous was an understatement, I was terrified. "Can I...talk to you...over there?" I asked, clearing my throat again.
