Yes I am in England and we will be starting now. :D
Kaywiia is away so we need to bring her character along and I think that AngerManagement will be joining us soon. Can everyone make it obvious in their first posts who they are talking to, until we are on a first name basis with everyones characters.
Here goes...

Oli Baker

The ground sped up to meet us as we bumped along an airstrip. It was surprisingly modern for a third world country, but I guessed that this was in the city. I turned to Joey who was sat next to me, reading a book as always. He seemed completely lost in his own reading world so I waved my hand in front of his face.

"Joey...Joey..." I chanted mockingly. He pushed my hand out of his way and surfaced from the book.

"What? Are we here?" He asked peering across me to look out of the window. At that moment a woman with a 'Camp Kenya' t-shirt stood up at the front of our group.

"Ok everyone, we don't want you getting lost in the crowds so if you will please stick close as we get off the plane."

"Phew, she's hot!" I laughed glancing at Joey.

"Yes," he said sarcastically "but she's old."

I shrugged and followed the stream of excited school kids off the plane and into the control building. I knew most of them which was a plus because I would be spending the next four weeks with them.

"This way!" The camp lady shouted gesturing towards the door, through which we could see, Kenya.

Joey Racker- *Allison is ScarletFire. Lily is Lydia and so is Oli.*
I rolled my eyes at Oli and started off the plane.
"Leave it to you to crush on a oldie," I nudged him in the arm and shook my head.
"Can you blame me," he said innocently. I ignored his comment and grabbed turned to someone walking next to me.
" This place is huge," I said to her.
" Yeah, no doubt. I don't think we've met before." I turned towards her and smiled.
" No, I don't suppose we have." Oli draped his arm around my shoulder.
" Let's get to the point," he drawled," he's Joey and you are..."
" Allison," she laughed. " Nice to meet you." I smiled back and grimaced at Oli.
" You smell like plane food." He scoffed and removed hisself from my shoulder.
" And you smell like hormones." Allison laughed again and I just blushed a bit.
" Whatever." The counseler stood in front of us.
" My name is Lily and I will be one of your counselers, the others are at the camp site..." She rambled on about rules and regulation, but, by that time, I was in my own little world.

Leah Malhoun:

I grabbed my beat-up blue duffel bag. I slung it over my shoulder and looked around for people I knew. I didn't know any of them. I walked over to some people and said "Hi, I'm Leah. Who are you?"

One of them looked up from a book and said "Er, I'm Joey." I looked at the other one and he said "I'm Oli.". The last one said "I'm Allison. I nodded and snatched the book away from Joey "What ya reading?" I examined the book and said "Um, there's no title on this book." Joey snatched it back and said "It doesn't have a title."

"Er, okay." I responded. Turning to Oli I said "Do you know anyone here? I don't know anyone but you two and even then I don't really know you, I just know your name. Please excuse my rambling, I do it all the time. You'll get used to it. "Maybe" I added. He looked at me strangely and said "Yeah, I know some of the people here." I sighed "Well peanuts and butterballs, that means I'm all by myself." I started humming the song All By Myself. To Allison I said "I think I know you from somewhere. Do I?" I thought and said "Oh, no. You just look like my cousin. Never mind. Scratch that."

I look around the camp slowly, taking everything in. The weather is warm, but refreshing, at the same time. It is an odd feeling, but I like it. A song line pops into my head.

It's so confusing, being in a strange place.

I ignore it and go to sit down near where one of the counselers is ranting about riles and responibiliteis and things like that. I pull my knees up to my chest and put my head on my knees. A few seconds later, the memories begin to flood back.

Lights flash, your drving 70 on a highway. The music is blasting, your laughing, talking to your friend.

No, I am in Kenya, listening to a conseler.

A truck pulls up to the side of you, you think nothing of it. The driver looses control. Suddenly, ripping pain runs through your body.

No, I am in Kenya, I am not in pain.

You wake up in a hospital, your parents are dead.

Before long, I am crying. I wonder what I must look like to the others. A conseler comes over to me. His name is Mr. Stewart. He used to be my english teacher when I was still in school.

"Paige, are you okay?" He asks. He had been the person, the adult, I had talked to when I needed someone to talk to. He was paitent, and understanding. I couldn't talk to my aunt, she had enough problems, so I turned to him.

"I'm...fine," I blubber, "just...memories...coming...back."

"Paige, do you want to talk?"

"No, just give me a minute."

"Paige, go make some friends here, this is a new start for you. Give it a shot." He says with a grin. Give it a shot. Those words he had used often. It was like the little engine that could. Just keep trying. I get up, and fake a smile.

"All better." I say, then run over to a group of kids, hoping my face wasn't red.
Love is beautiful, but what would love be without life?

I have just made the DT for this, if you have any questions post them there. I think we have enough people now so I'll say no more new entries from this point, except Skins if she still wants to join because she showed an interest early on and asked if we would reserve a spot for her.

Oli

A girl came running up to our group. Her face was a little pink and I wondered if she had been crying.

"Whats up?" I asked, meaning it as a general hi but she took it to mean 'what's wrong'.

"Nothing, I mean, do I look like there's something wrong?" She rambled, blushing.

"No. I just meant hello actually," I said, but saw how embarrassed she looked and added, "I'm Oli."

"Paige," she said quietly. Allison seemed to notice that she was the reserved type and she struck up a pleasant conversation with her turning her meaningfully away from us. Leah quickly turned and joined in their conversation and I was left with Joey who was reading the rules handout they had given us on the plane. I shrugged and turned to watch the end of the introduction speech.

"Right, well the camp is quarter of a mile from here, I hope you are prepared for a little walk." Lily, the camp instructor finished. Joey and I groaned in unison and set off at a slow amble behind everyone else.

"What about our luggage?" A girl at further forwards asked.

"That's getting taken on the bus," Lily said to more groans.

"Why couldn't we have gone on the bus?" I moaned to Joey who was once again absorbed in his book.

**Paige is Kaywiia's character. Joey is Loveless' character Allison is Scarlett Fire's character. Leah is fiction fanatics character.**

Andie Hendrix

Yes! my brain cried when Lily said that we'd be walking the rest of the way. I mean...how long had I been cooped up in that stupid plane? And did I mention I absolutely hate planes?

I skipped along ahead of the group, stretching my legs out finally. I ended up ahead of the counselor, and then I doubled back, wishing the group would stop dallying.

"Wait," Lily commanded me, so I did, reluctantly. "You're a little ball of energy."

"Don't know why you aren't," I smiled. I was thoroughly excited; this was going to be a million adventures, all balled up into one trip, what with the outdoors, the new place, getting to know a new culture...

I was too busy thinking of that, and then I noticed that I was suddenly behind everyone. "Huh?" I looked up and walked briskly to catch up with the tail end of the group.

"Why couldn't we have gone on the bus?" I heard, and snapped my attention toward the person who said it.

"Oh, come on. It's just a quarter mile...I don't even know why they'd waste the gas to drive the luggage that far...oh well. Hi, I'm Andie!"

"Uh...Joey. And this is Oli."

"Nice to meet you! Oh, sorry, I'm so hyper...stir-crazy, ya know," I rambled. Then I forced myself to settle into step with them at their pace.

Joey- Andie/Vandas Oli/Lydia Allison/ScarletFire Paige/Kaywiia
I laughed and scratched my head.
" Your just a big o' ball of energy, aren't you." I put my hands on his shoulders to stop his mild shaking. Oli punched him in the arm softly.
" Man, what are they feeding you?" Andie shrugged and tugged on his shirt. After more walking and a few more pointless conversation, we arrived at the camp site. My mouth dropped open sightly and everyone froze in their steps.
" Woah," was all I could say. It had cabins for boys and girls around the perimeters, a café, a gym, swimming pool, and so much more. The outside was lined by nature.
" It's huge, isn't it," I glanced over quickly at the sound of Allison's voice and smiled slightly.
" No doubt." I winced as something shot across the yard to the boys cabin. One of the girls shreiked.
" What was that," Paige gasped. Oli laughed and ruffled her hair while he was walking by.
" That, my friend, was Andie." I shook my head and waved goodbye before walking away.
