"Nice to meet ya Xane, names Luis, Son of Mar's Roman God of War and Patron of Rome." I said quickly.
I proped my head up on my arm while my leg bounced around by itself. My sword blazed away into fire.
An angel, a knight, a man who will bring light to where there is only darkness, I am the Morning Star, the Bringer of Light, hail to me as I am King Lucifer!
"I'm being chased all around the country by my mother. So I've been hiding from her. She threw me out pf Mount Olympus anyway so I really don't want to go home. I'll have to train for the wars. But I'm the demi-goddess in Mount Olympus that has the most powers. So they want me there." I smiled.
All you need is faith, trust, and a little bit of pixie-dust!
"Well if you guys ever watch the news then you know why I'm being chased, I took down a building back in Chicago that was apparently in Greek territory." I said.
"And I thought gods and goddess went and left as they pleased on Mount Olympus?" I said rubbing my eyes.

"I see it's a wonder how your mother hasn't found you yet. And to be honest I think she could find you if she really wanted, unless Miner- I mean Athena could if she wasn't busy or anything."

"This is a tavern. Why am I here?" he looks around, the place is dirty and dark.
"Well I guess i'll get a drink then."
He walks over to the bar. The bartender is as dirty as the Tavern, but by the looks of the other patrons making a ruckus next to him, he's pretty chill.
"Gimme a shot of something, I really don't care what."
The bartender fills a shot glass with a clearish yellow liquid, possibly tequila. Ryder downed the shot and ordered another. He looked at the patrons beside him. Shady in one word. Probably trouble, probably not.
He looks at this shady looking woman with a dagger at her thigh.
I was surprised at this girl, a goddess who can even defeat the God of War Ares? It made me question just how proficient at fighting she is. She could probably even match Daniella, and she was pretty good with her magic.
"So I got to ask how long have you been around exactly?" I said.
An angel, a knight, a man who will bring light to where there is only darkness, I am the Morning Star, the Bringer of Light, hail to me as I am King Lucifer!
"No I mean how long have you been alive? You seem like you been around for a good thousend years." I said.

"yes I know, I'm just hiding. I'll do anything to-" The doors opened and 4 large men came in, They had there eys on me. "Exuse me for a moment..." I got out of the chair and made my way to the men. "NO!" I said. "I'm not coming back." Ares appeared. "Oh shit..." I said backing up. "Hey..How's it going?" I asked. He walked towards me. "You know you can never beat me, so why try?" I asked with a grin on my face. He headed for me, full on speed, I moved out of the way, He ran into the wall. I laughed to myelf, I held my hand out forcing pain to him, He knelt down in pain. "Why try?" I asked again. I let go, And punched him in the face then pushed him near the door. he wiped his mouth. "If My mom really want's me then why can she come by herself?" I asked.
He grabbed my hand, trying to flip me. Instead I flipped him. "Seriously?" I asked. "If you really want me to lose then bring in Poesidon. I'm the Demi-Goddess of war. I can beat you." I said smiling. I sat down at the table, facing Ares. "So what do you have to do, Kill me or something? Beacause if you do then My mom Is going to kill you." I said.
"Selene...Your coming home." He said. "no, I'm not." I said grinning.
"And you cant make me." I laughed lifting my legs to the free chair at the other table. "I'm staying right here."
