Shades of Black and White

This is a storybook to really create a realistic character. It must be so, or it will not work.

Plot: The plot is based mostly around the conflicting emotions of human beings, and how, there are influences all around us.

Basically, there will be angels, demons, and humans. Angels protect and guide to humans and demons tempt and try to destroy the humans.

Other stuff: All the characters will appear human. It will take place in a normal school. The angels will know who the demons are and vise versa, but the humans are unaware.

Angels: The goal of the angels is to always help, guide, and protect the humans. They will all have one super natural power to help them.

Demons:The goal of the demons is to tear down, tempt, and mentally destroy the humans, without doing any physical harm.They also will have a power.

Humans:Humans just live their life, and are torn in between the strife of good or evil. Eventually they will be taken over by either side.

Note: Angels and Demons are constantly physically attacking each other, but when they do it, they enter the other dimension and do so in their real form. Their real form most likely portrays their personality and character traits.

Please do not drop out if it is going to fast. Chances are, it is just because it is starting and it will slow down. In the past people have dropped out and then it crashed totally.

ps: angels and demons can temporarily send each other back to heaven or hell. They come back as a different person. Agree with somebody if you are going to do that.

Name: Melissa (Mel) Jones

Age: 16

Personality: She is constantly tearing herself down, but she is very easy going and fun around friends. The problem is when she's alone. She had some hard crushes back, and she usually falls for someone who is close to her, a best friend. She likes friends, very much, and she'd do anything for the closest. She's brave, when the situation comes to it, and she prefers to run low in a normal status. She is very good at studies, but to ran low she doesn't give classes all she could. She also plays the piano since she was five, and she is brilliant with it, as professional with the triple of her age have told her.

History:She lives a normal childhood. She struggled with cutting herself a year back, but she never got to do it. She'd afraid she'll fall back into it. Her parents are together, have stable and well paid jobs, and she has an older brother, Peter. She started playing the piano when she was five for her own initiative. Her brother is three years older, and when a year after he started learning the guitar, she went to one of his teacher's galas and she fell in love with the piano. Her mother immediately signed he up. Her parents love her very much, but they simply aren't around. That led to her and her brother develop a strong relationship.

Name: Ruby Checksovic

Age: 17

Personality: She has a high temper, but is a great seducer. She can pressure nearly anyone into doing anything she wants them to do. She never thinks twice about her job, nor ever wants to be anything but a demon.

Appearance:

Race: Demon

History: She was born a demon (if that's possible) and has been a follower of Satan ever since her parents suddenly went to the Angel side. She never questions being a demon, and loves to see people suffer, as her parents once did.

Power: She can move objects without touching them and is super strong.

Other Dimension Appearance: She has bright blue eyes when she is seducing someone or tempting them to do bad, and then her eyes change to red.

ok, good characters. But, for the demon, I would like it better if the character was less human. Also, in the other dimension, the demons and angels don't look human at all, like maybe made of fire. But it was good. YOu don't have to change it if you don't want.

Name: 'Switchkey' Hartley (Silverus)

Age: 16

Personality: He's generally nice, helpful. He has a therapeutic type of personality, and a general feeling that everyone has a bit of good that can be tapped into them. He speaks softly, which annoys people a bit. He tends to slip into Aramaic, Latin, and other languages, dead or alive, because he's so used down there that he forgets where and when he is.

Appearance: He's tall, but has a forgettable face. People have the impression that he's cute, a bit like a puppy. His hair is shaggy and a white-blond, his eyes blue-gray. He's got pale skin. Generally, he looks a bit like he was drawn on paper.

Race: Angel

History: He was created as a psychiatrist/priest in order to spread the word around, and do the odd miracle to convince people. Now that Christianity is widespread, his job is to keep faith, one step at a time, save souls and lives and suicides.
While on earth, he took up keyboards. He's practically divine at them, and changed his name to Switchkey, used as a nickname. Angels and demons still address him as Silverus, though.

Power: He can calm down suicidal/angry/whatever people. He is also able to put a little love/zeal/pride into people.

Other Dimension Appearance: Think of a statue, like that made of Michelangelo, made of silver. Giant wings unfurl from the back, and he opens his eyes. They are made of twin, miniature stars. This would inspire more awe if he were bigger, giant, but, nope, he's the same size as human.

Name: Merle

Age: Who knows. Looks about 17 or 18.

Personality: Merle is crude, apathetic, sadistic and enjoys other people's misery and pain. She, however, conceals it very well. She is very stealthy. She acts very nice and kind and sort of "trust me", then she will strike.

Appearance: She is very beautiful which serves as one of her tactics. She has very elegant features, pale skin, long wavy blonde hair and beautiful deep blue eyes. She wears very sleek clothing and has a very calm, soft demeanour. Her voice is soft and flowing and draws people in. She's a very cruel demon....

Race: Demon

History: She was created to be a lawyer, a politician, or IRS representative. She's your political nightmare. She works with people who have been financially, emotionally, mentally or physically devastated and gives them feeling that everything will be okay. Then she will destroy the rest of their hope.

Power: She has the power of aura. She can cast an aura about herself that calms people, opens peoples mind, makes them angry or anything like that.

Other Dimension Appearance: A large black panther, because the essence of her evil matches a part of a cat's code. Torture your food horribly, then eat it.

Hmmm. Let's see if I can make this one worth wild.

Name: Mayce Grinder
Age: 17
Personality: She's been known to be a trouble-maker, she likes to take control and be the leader of most situations. She hates it when people try to challenge her or question her opinions. She has a rather "hard head". Until you get to know her she comes across and a bitch. The people closets to her know better though. They know that she's just a chocolate bunny. Hard on the outside empty on the inside. She's been known to lose it very easily, so don't push her buttons.
Race: Demon
History: She doesn't remember much from her childhood. She only remembers the bad times, her creation, the beating, the pain, the loneliness, etc. Ever so often she gets flashbacks if someone says something that happened in her past. (Ex. If some one says something about fire she flashes back to when her masters -mother and father- burned her with a iron for sleeping too late.) Her father died and her mom no longer acknowledges her presence.
Power: She has the power to covince people to do whatever she wants as long as she has contact.

Name: Samantha Simons (Sam for short)

Age: 16

Personality: Up For Anything, Good listener, something inside her is missing and she tries to fill it with whatever necessary to give her a high: sex, drugs, alcohol... She goes over the top with easily. With alcohol, partying... She loves music. She can play the violin and guitar. She doesn't trust ppl easily. She loves sports as well, and is very competitive.

Race: Human

History: Her parents died in a car crash. She lived with her aunt ever since. When she was 13, 14 she was abused by her aunts boyfriend.

Age: looks about 16-17

Personality: Peppy go lucky with a pure heart of gold. She laughs when they win a human over and cry when they lose one. She believes that every soul has a purpose to be good and can be untainted in a way. She loves her job and takes it very seriously only to show rage when someone goes to far.

Appearance: Red hair that falls past her shoulders and golden eyes. She has freckles across the bridge of her nose that seem to be spread out like stars in the midnight sky. Her teeth are pearly and she is slender and very toned.

Race: Angel

History: Her mother was an arch angel making her very pressured at a young age, this makes her try to do her best at everything.

Power: Her ability to play any instrument soothes any wild beast, most likely into a deep sleep.

Name:Race Ashford

Age: 17

Personality:Really quite, but funny and adventurous, mysterious and not very open to everyone. He chooses his friends carefully and doesn't have many because his quite a loner. But even if he has few friends, he takes care of them more than anything in the world and protects them with their won life (well, he doesn't really die, but still) He's a demon, but no one knows, that's the secret he best keeps, besides the ones that people tell him because his very loyal and trusty. He is very respectful towards girls and very charming. His presence is very strong though, and even if he doesn't want to, he makes people go insane, he torments them after all, so he has to be very aware of everything he does if he doesn't want to end up killing someone.

Appearance: he's very handsome and has a good muscular built. His face is very handsome and his features are really manly. His eyes are brown but so full of intrigue and mystery., his hair is brown as well.

Race:Demon

History: He was created long ago, and doesn't really know the date., but he does know that he has been around for long. But he wasn't a demon at first, he was a normal boy who lived in the country whose parents were two wealthy farmers. But his mother in an attempt to increase the wealth in the family offered him as sacrifice to Satan. He wasn't aware of what his mother was doing until one night she grabbed a knife and killed him, slicing his throat. Many years after he came back to life as a demon, and loyal worker of Satan, but it was not what he wanted. He was demon now and even if he didn't like it, he killed people, tormented people in the most cruel of ways. It doesn't matter what person, or of what social status, he just torments them.

Power:He has a strange power. His very presence makes people change, he can convince someone to kill itself. If he has an exact target, that person might die or do anything he wants them to do. So he basically controls people.
