Clotho

Laurie pulled her arm, she didn't really want to leave her peace of mind just now, but she needed to be around other faerie for awhile. "Okay, I'll go. But where are you going?"

"We're going to the caslte, for the gathering tonight. And I also need to clean up," Laurie smiled.

"Yes, I can see that," Clotho started to laugh to herself. Yes, she needed to be around others. Atleast for abit.

Tanya

Tanya paced back and forth. Sadie was her vest human friend. She befriended her when none other did. If she trusted anyone with her secret it was Sadie. Still, did she think that Tanya was a freak now? That bothered her more than she would like to admit.

Tanya couldn't stand the suspense, so she gave up and finally called her friend. On the third ring, Sadie answered.

"Hello?" She asked, drowsily. Tanya swallowed. She must have been taking a nap or something because it didn't sound like she checked the caller ID.

"Hey," Tanya said, cautiously.

"Tanya?" Sadie asked, slightly shocked.

"Yeah...I was just wondering if you were still on for the sleepover. Unless, you had something come up. I know how that can be," Tanya replied, quickly. She was pretty much giving Sadie a way out if she needed...more time to think.

**Anyone care to bring my other character in? He'll be in the Lost World though. (:**

Sadie
"Unless you had something come up. I know how that can be."
I surprised me that she was giving me a way out so easily, I would have thought she'd want to talk it through. But what surprised me more was that I still wanted to go. I mean, I liked Tanya, she was a great friend, possibly my best. And I had to admit to myself, I wanted to know more.
"No," I said into the phone, "I'm still in if you are."
I heard her sigh with relief. "Great, I'll see you then. And, Sadie?"
"Yeah?"
"Thank you."
Then she cut off and I was left with the beep. Closing my phone, I closed my eyes again.
This should be interesting

Sharonda grinned happily. "Great! I haven't been to my favorite store there in forever. We could go to the candle shop maybe, or that one that sells books..." She rambled on about all of the great things in town. She grabbed Gillim's hand and started walking. He followed with more than a little reluctance. Sharonda was thrilled to have someone to hang out with, instead of hanging out inside all day with her baby brother.

A few minutes later they reached the town.

Gillim forced a smile. "Well, here we are. The old place hasn't changed much since I've been here last. There's a few more people though..."

"Here, let's go to the shop. I haven't had a chance to go shopping in a while." The male fairy followed her as she flounced towards a nearby building, still leading him by the hand. Gillim started thinking of a few ways he could get out of this situation... Sharonda wouldn't have liked any of his ideas much.

Sharonda

Sharonda hurried to the building on the other side of the street. This was Sharonda's part of town. She was seen here almost all the time, wandering around and chatting with the shopkeepers, and occasionally the store owners. She opened the heavy door and walked inside, still pulling Gillim along. He seemed worried.

The inside had ten stores that each sold different things. Candles, books, candy, clothes, food, toys, paper and pens, jewlery, magical objects, and pets.

Sharonda didn't hesitate and went straight to the book store and library. This was her favorite place. She could spend hours and hours pouring over some of the older and thicker books. She was most fascinated with the second age of the world, when the fairies and dragons had lived in perfect harmony. Then something had happed between two cross-specied lovers, and the alliance evaporated. The dragons declared war on the fairies, and the fairies had no choice but to banish the dragons to the mountains, where they were said to still reside.

Sharonda went inside and went up to the counter, where a male fairie with glasses was reading something. She tapped on the counter to get his attention. He looked up. "Hello Sharonda, how are you today?" He asked. He hadn't noticed Gillim.

Sharonda smiled. "Great, how aboout you."
"I'm fine."
Sharonda got to the point. "I need to borrow a few books on the second age that I haven't borrowed yet." The shopkeeper nodded. Then he noticed Gillim.

Tanya paced back and forth in her bedroom, waiting for Lyanna and Sadie to arrive. She was extremely worried Sadie wouldn't come. She couldn't blame her if she didn't.

Tanya nearly jumped out of her skin when she heard the doorbell ring. "Coming!" She called, running down the steps.

She swung the door open, only to see...Damion?

"W-what are you doing here?" She asked.

Damion shook his head. "I came to see if it was true that the faerie princess was now living with humans," he replied.

Tanya sighed, but resorted to hugging him. She missed him so much. "How have you been?" She asked, finally. Damion had been a good friend of hers for a long time.

"Good. I've missed you," he sighed. "A lot."

"Me too," she whispered. "How are all of my friends. I've missed them all so much!"

"They're good, as well. Everyone's so worried about you though. Why have you been hiding?" He asked.

Tanya bit her lip. "I want to get away from the Lost World. I love it there...but I also love it here. Humans may be brutal, but there are kind, and gracious ones. I've met two that I've grown fond of. Would you like to meet them?"

Damion grimanced. "I don't like humans that well," he admitted.

Tanya laughed. "You'll stay though. I know you will. They are coming this evening for a sleepover. After they leave we have so much to catch up on."

The doorbell rang again and Tanya took a deep breath. "That would be them."

Lyanna arrived on Tanya's doorstep before Sadie did, sporting a black eye, a scab on the side of her neck, and another bruise on her cheek. The door opened and Tanya was in the doorway, smiling. Her smile dissapeared almost as quickly when she saw her eye. "Oh, Lyanna-"
Lyanna held up her hand. "Yes, I know about my eye. Don't worry about it."

Tanya knew it would be risky to use another spell to heal her, but she couldn't let her keep going looking like that.

"Here, let me help you with that," Tanya said.

"Really, I'm fine," Lyanna replied. Tanya shook her head and hurried her past Damion who had narrowed his eyes and resorted to following her.

"Careful, Tanya," Damion warned.

"Don't you even start," Tanya replied, angrily. Then lowered her voice and whispered. "I can't just let her go without treatment when I have the fastest way right here!"

Damion rolled his eyes. "Sometimes you're too tenderhearted," he said, shaking his head.

Tanya ignored him and hustled Lyanna into her bathroom, closing the door in Damion's face.

"Who was that?" Lyanna asked.

"Damion," Tanya sighed. "While he may seem rude, he's actually a pretty good guy. He's a very good friend of mine. Just don't tell him I said that." Tanya laughed to herself and looked at Lyanna's face.

She ran some water, not because she needed it, but for a way to say how she healed Lyanna.

"Close your eyes," she whispered. She took a paper towel and dabbed water on it, placing it on her eye. Tanya built up the energy, and focused on healing her eye. Then cheek and neck. She didn't heal it completely but made sure to take away the pain and made sure it would heal much faster now.

"There," Tanya said, satisfied.

I stood outside Tanya's door, willing myself to walk away. It didn't work. I couldn't help myself, so I rang the doorbell. Tanya opened it with a smile.
"Sadie! You came!"
I laughed and stepped inside, "Can't you predict the future? Jesus, I thought that would be the norm for a faery."
Tanya's face fell, and I felt bad for my harsh words. "Sorry, sorry. I'm kinda messed up, this is wierd, you know?"
She nodded and I said brightly, "well, is Lyanna here?"
"Yes, she's just through here."
We walked through the door into the next room.

*sorry it's short and bad - going to bed*

Lyanna looked in the mirror. "Wow, thanks." She didn't press Tanya for information this time. Why bother? She obviously wasn't going to tell her anything. Tanya didn't trust her, and why should she? Nobody else did. She sighed quietly. Nobody ever tells me anything. She thought.

Laurie

The gathering night. I loved it. The night were every fairy in the Lost City went to the palace for the nicest ball in the year. Besides, I finally could wear my favorite dresses, which was incredibly great.
I walked with Clotho to the city and arrived to my house. I could borrow her some dresses, since mine were so cute.
The city was not full and I guessed hey were preparing for the gathering night. We walked in silence until we got to my house.
"So, what am I supposed to wear" she asked. But before I could answer, i heard a knock on the door.
