DAMION

"No!" he shouted, before he could sto himself. He had to keep Tanya's secret, he swore he wouldn't tell anyone. Laurie's hand tightened on his arm.

The queen turned to him. "Well, I suppose since you've already searched for her today you must be worn down?" She asked. He swallowed...hard.

"Well, only that I think we should search here," Damion shrugged. "I've been to the mortal realm for a very long time and there is absoluetly no sign of her."

"Well, yes, but the Lost City has also been searched, just as throughly," the queen admitted.

Damin laughed. "Sorry, didn't mean to shout out like that," he said, covering his outburst. "I only wanted t say that I think we should split up."

"That does sound like a good idea," the king said, rubbing his chin.

Damin nodded. "Honestly, I'd love to check out the mortal realm again. There are...spots I haven't yet covered. Clotho and Marneus can search through the Lost City. Sound alright?" Damion asked, raising an eyebrow.

Clotho

The King nodded, "It sounds alright with me."

"Alright, it's settled then, Clotho and Marneus you will search throughout the city and Damion you will go back to the mortal world and search again," She curtsied and turned toward her throne. The King bowed his head and followed his wife back to his throne.

Clotho turned to Marneus, "Well, then I guess we should head out early tomorrow morning. Do you want to leave now then?"

Marneus nodded, and offered his arm to her. She slipped her hand through the opening and rested it on his forearm. She turned to Damion and Laurie, "Well, goodnight."

They said goodbye and Clotho and Marneus parted through the doors to the open, dark night.

Dylan

"So, who's going to fill us mortals in?"

Tanya and Gillim looked at each other, and then Tanya opened her mouth to start talking, just when Lyanna started to cough. Dylan turned around and saw her moving on the bed. He hurried over to her and took hold of her hand. He leaned over her, whispering, "It's okay, it's okay." Over and over again, while stroking her hair. Oh, please God, don't let it happen to her! He couldn't let what had happend to his younger sister happen to her. Not this time!

*Is this okay Crocks?*

**Perfect. :)**

Lyanna

When Lyanna opened her eyes Dylan was right next to the bed. He was holding her hand and stroking her hair, while whispering. "It's okay..."

"Why are you-" Lyanna broke off and began coughing, hard. Very hard.

Gillim

Gillim frowned over at Lyanna. "What's wrong with the mortal?" he asked.

Sharonda glared at him. "What's wrong with you? Could you at least TRY to be tactful? She's obviously sick!"

Gillim rolled his eyes. "Tact is severely overrated, I've found."

Laurie
Clotho and Marneus left, leaving me alone with Damion. I was a bit mad because he didn't tell the Queen. I think my expression showed my disappointement becasue he looked ate me very concerned.
"I just can't Laurie, I can't" He said softly, in a voice that almost sounded painful.

"Damion do you realise what this will cause?" I said to him, lowering my head as i sad it. I felt sad and disappointed, maybe not with him but with the secret he held.

"I know, I know," He said, taking my face in his hands and making me face him. "Just awhile more. I can't give her away, she'll come back, when she decides to come back. We can't force her to do waht she doesn't want to do."

TANYA

She turned to glare at Gilliam.

"I can't believe you could be so cold-hearted," Tanya shook her head, disgusted.

Gilliam laughed. "If you knew me, princess, it wouldn't be so hard to believe."

Tanya glared at him. "Enough," she said angrily.

"Oh, excuse me, why don't we all just weep over the mortal's bedside," Gilliam replied, sarcasrically.

"Look now Gilliam," Tanya growled stepping towards him and away from Lyanna. "I've put up with you long enough. Don't think I don't know just how you use your powers, but you will not sit here and joke about Lyanna being hurt after everything's she been through."

She strood over to him andstood on her tiptoes, though that really didn't do anything for the height diffence. She glared at him as threateningly as she could, although she hadn't exactlly had a lot of practice with that.

"Understood? Leave Lyanna alone. I've been more than reasonable with you, but I won't tolerate it. Lyanna just needs to heal...and she dosen't need your snide little comments."

Okay, the lost city is that of a faerie world, the faeries can pass between the worlds of the mortals and immortals. Mortals are not able to go into the faerie world though. The object of the faeries is to find their missing princess. The only faerie that is allowed to bring mortals through to the lost city. More to follow if people like it.

If anyone is interested tell me. If no one is interested then I won't post any more of my idea.

Gillim's brows rose. "I didn't realize you cared about her so much. It's a little odd, seeing the lot of you this upset over a mortal's plight, but if you want me to let up..." He shrugged as though it weren't a big deal, but he took a step back from Tanya anyways. He was treading on thin ice with her anyways. Giving her another reason to be upset with him would not be wise.

Dylan

He was having flash backs of his sister. Pale and writhing in pain on her bed. Her hair matted to her face in clumps, her skin hot and moist form the sickness. "No! Not again!"

"Dylan what's wrong?" Tanya stepped up beside him.

He snapped out of the image seeing Lyanna on the bed, her hand still in his. He squeezed it, and turned to Tanya. "I'm sorry, it was nothing. I was just reliving an old memory."

Tanya seemed to understand and nodded her head. Gillim looked as if he didn't understand why they were so worried about Lyanna. He shook his head in frustration.

Dylan looked down at Lyanna, then back up at Tanya,"Would you mid giving us a few moments alone?"

She seemed hesitant, and looked over at Gillim, Sharonda, and David over by the wall. "Sure, we can go get something to eat in the cafeteria."

She walked out of the room followed by Gillim, David, and Sharonda. Sadie lingered at the door for a moment. She stared straight into his face, "If you do anything to her, anything at all. I will hurt you."

"You don't have to worry about me," Dylan gave her a reassuring smile. She left through the door, looking back only once.

Dylan turned to Lyanna, she was barely conscious. He took a deep breath and started to talk to her, "Let me tell you a story..."

*I hope this is okay with everyone, Crocks and I needed a way to develope the relationship between these two, and we sort of came up with this. I can change it later if needed.*
