*Clio*
Today was like any other day here in the Forrest. The sun was shining, the birds singing sweetly, and a cool breeze was blowing. The smell of the clean Forrest was intoxicating, almost more potent than even Dionysus's best wine.
I was sitting in a clearing, reading another scroll about the birth of Aphrodite. Even though she wasn't my favorite person, I had to admit that it was absolutely fascinating.
I looked up from the scroll, wondering what my birth was like. Did the earth celebrate mine? Did the Graces tend to me? I knew that nothing like that had happened. I wasn't really good enough for it. Most mortals didn't even know that we existed yet, and they wouldn't until all of us come of age.
I heard a twig break, and I looked behind me and smiled at who I saw. "Hello."
