Thanks! (:

Name: Karli Thomas

Age: 24

Gender: Female

Appearance: http://i2.iofferphoto.com/img/item/103/497/097/rCeW.jpg

Personality: Normally a pretty fun person. She dosen't want to pick a side. While she may be a human, she dosen't think that they are right. Then again she dosen't want to help the mythical creatures destroy humanity either. She wants peace between them. She's incredily brave and true to her word.

Power: N/A Human.

Background: Will reveal in story

Other: Up for love. ^^ Although I think she's the only human. That will be a little odd...but it adds drama!

Don't worry White, I have a human too :P I'll start us off!

Elon

"Elon!" Reale called from behind me. I turned my neck slightly so I could see her out of the corner of my eye. A large smile stretched accross her face as her blonde, curled hair waved wildy in the wind while she ran towards me. She always knew where to find me, here in this yellow poppy field. It was here that I had found her many years ago, and here she always returned.

You are late, I joked, closing my eyes and showing my teeth. To any ordinary human, they would see me as a menace: bearing my teeth to get ready for the kill. Not Reale, she knew I was smiling. She could recognize the rumble of my dragon laughter from a mile away, she always told me, as it happened whenever I smiled.

"I beg for pardon, then, your majesty," Reale had finally reached me and stood bent over, tired from her jaunt accross the field. "Oh, I forgot my flask again-"

In one swipe, I dug my nails into the ground below me and tore at the dirt. Under this field a natural spring ran in veins. The water from it was always pure, and amazingly, dirt free. Reale scoffed at the dirt that sat on her shoes and partially on her dress.

"You could be a tad more civil aboud it, Elo," she said as she brushed herself off. I stopped midswipe with the clod of dirt still in my large paw.

Have you forgotten again, Dear, that I am the size of one-hundred of you? Reale srunched her face up, trying unsuccessfully to hold back a giggle. The sound of her laugh made my hardened heart soft once more, if only for a moment. Have two-and-one-half centuries of living in this world, one never tends to stay full of sprinkles and glitter.

But somehow, Reale did. No matter her circumstance, or the pain she endured at home, her soul was always clean. She would never tell me just what her father did, or if it was even her father, but I knew. The purple marks on her arms, and scars in round shapes left on the palm of her hands. Though she would never tell, I knew.

"How was the hunting this morning?" Reale always knew just when to change the subject. She didn't like it when I prodded. But I am a Dragon, I would tell her, my mind can sustain more than one train of thought. Deciding to adhere to her wishes, just for today, I blew puffs of smoke out of my nose and settled onto my belly beside her. She joined me, leaning on my foreleg.

I never hunt well in these woods. You should know that by now,

"Yes, I guess I should," Reale closed her eyes and covered them with a single hand. "Elon, can I ask you something?"

Of course, dear one. I put my head down beside her, so she could place her other hand on my cheek.

"Do you think tha-"

"Over there!" My head shot up and my body tensed. Accross the field, a line of thirty plus soldiers stood with bows at the ready. "The dragon, she's got the girl! Do not let her escape! Fire!"

Run! I yelled at Reale, jumping up from my position to take flight. I could not take Reale, for if I did, I risked her being shot with an arrow. The archers of the kingdom never did take very good aim.

"But Elon-" Reale rolled onto her stomach to dodge a barrage of arrows as they fled towards me.

Do as I say, child! I looked down at her for a second. Her eyes were filled with fear, but her soul with unrestrained terror. She loved me, that much I knew. If I was in immediate danger, so was her entire being. Go!

Reale Corte

I watched as Elon flew high over the trees, taking with her all but two soldiers. On horseback, they sped towards me. My father, no doubt, had sent them after me. He had found Elon and I, once, and since then had placed a wager on her head. I begged and pleaded for him not to, but he was not a man to listen to me.

Jumping up, I praised the Gods that I had wore untied shoes today. I slipped them off my feet and set off running into the forest. Elon and I had agreed on meeting in this field because it was completely surrounded by trees, and our meeting spot was beside a large dead log, which I could crawl easily inside. Not to mention the sudden density of the forest behind the log; the horsemen would never catch me at this rate.

Glad that I now had the advantage, I let my pride get the best of me. My journey came to a sudden halt when I slammed into someone.

"Who on earth are you?" I demanded, my eyes closed and covered by my hand from the impact.

Mikael and Mr Wink

We left Arkwald, city of theives, behind and headed off into the woods, eager to forget the mysterious 'plague' that had been there since we arrived. As we marched ever deeper into the woods our conversation grew stale and i countinued off ahead. I looked out to see a startlingly beautiful field of yellow. Suddenly a huge dragon burst into the sky. I watched it glide effortlessly away and was suddenly knocked off balance by a small girl.
"Who on earth are you?" She asked looking indignantly up at me from the dirt.
"I am Mikael Eisenstein, Captain of the Iron Knights." There was a loud crunch from behind me and i saw the girl look up, eyes wide with fear. "And that is Mr Wink."
"Yep, me misser Wink" he rumbled in his 'quiet' voice.
"Now who exactly are you?" I asked looking at her as she stood up and brushed herself off. She looked almost regal.
"No time for that now. If you want to live you will follow me now. There are men after me and they will kill anyone i am with." With that she set off into the woods heading for a clearing we had seen on our way through. I looked up at Mr Wink.
"Told you we would find an adventure." He sighed and shook his monstrous head, sending dirt flying around. "But first, you really need a wash." Without another glance we set off after the girl.
I have looked into the eye of the storm and stared it down. I am an adrenaline junky and i know no fear.

Aurora-
Aurora was gracefully galloping across the land. Her black and glossy hooves dug into the soft, clay like ground with every step. She slowed to a trot, and glanced around. The gorgeous Beech trees were swaying in the breeze. Legend has it, that these trees were planted on this very spot by the very ancient rulers of Dragónia because they loved the country so much. Unfortunately, legend also has it that if these trees were ever cut down, the great land of Dragónia would dry up and turn to dust. Every creature would immediately die, and future generations of other surrounding lands would never know of Dragónia.

Aurora came to a halt. She had forgotten which path took her to the capital of Dragónia. Unicorns of Auroras importance had future reading powers, but the one thing they lacked in was memory. Aurora had a terrible memory. She forgot nearly everything, which was a bit annoying and a bit of a pain.

‘'Hmm, now which way was it again?'’. ‘‘Now, last time I had to go here, I passed something. Something my father used to mention quite a lot. Hmm, I wonder what it is...’’she thought. Aurora glanced down the first path. It was barren and bare. She then glanced down the second path, and it was lush and green. She shut her eyes and thought for a moment. ‘‘That is it!’’ she said in a happy voice. ‘‘The cottage! Mr Henson’s cottage!’’. She then looked down both of the paths again, and was relieved when she saw Mr. Henson’s old cottage in the distance on the second path. Aurora smiled, proud of herself that she remembered something. Mr Henson was a frail old man, but he was loved by near enough everyone. He didn’t come out much, in fact, Aurora had only ever seen him once in her life. And that was when she was a baby. She couldn’t remember his face, and even if she saw him now, she probably would forget him rather quickly anyway.
She quickly snapped herself out of her daydream and said ‘‘That one’’ while looking down the second path. She resumed trotting.

Aurora was a beautiful beast, her long and flowing mane danced in the breeze. She had the most vibrant of eyes, violet in colour, and they sparkled like sapphires. Aurora had a white, gleaming and radiant coat, similar of newly spun silk. Her face was narrow and fine. She looked incredibly delicate, like a wall flower, as she trotted along. She was also ever so light on her feet, as her hooves hardly touched the ground.

Now Aurora being Aurora, she had a strange skill of knowing what time it was, all of the time. ‘‘11.00am. Oh sugar!! I’m running so late!’’. Her initial happiness at remembering Mr. Henson’s cottage, was replaced with frustration. And with that, Aurora flicked back her mane from her jewel-like eyes, took a deep breath, and sped off in a gallop.

As she was galloping along, she saw three strangers heading off into the clearing. Intrigued to know what was going on, Aurora quickly forgot about her meeting with her family and slowed to a trot. She began to follow on behind them. As Aurora was trotting along quietly, she didn’t notice the small brown tree stump that was on the side of the path. She tripped up on it and managed to catch herself before falling into the mushy soil. She lifted up her dainty head, she blushed as the three turned around.

‘‘My dear, you weren’t following us now?’’ said a very tall man. His hair was blond and fair, and he had a somewhat ghostly complexion.
‘‘Umm, well I was intrigued to know were you were going and I haven’t seen you three before. Sorry, I’ll go back the way I came.’’ Aurora said, she was filled with embarrassment.
‘‘There is no need for that my dear, you can come along if you wish. I am Mikael Eisenstein and this is Mr. Wink’’. Mr Wink was a strange creature, and somewhat frightening. He was blue in colour, and carried a club.
‘‘Hi Mr. Wink. Who is that girl over there?’’ questioned Aurora.
‘‘Oh her, I have no idea what her name is.’’ said Mikael.
The girl turned around and looked at Aurora. ‘‘If you are to live, Aurora, you must follow me. Men are after me and will kill anyone I am with. So, are you coming or not?’’.
Aurora thought for a moment. She glanced behind her and looked at the path that she had came. She then looked at the girl. ‘‘I’m in’’

Karli

I sank down in the bush. I had been following the dragon girl for awhile. It appeared that I wasn't the only human on the side of the beasts.

I ran through the woods after them, making sure to keep hidden. I knew the woods better than human. I had learned from one of the smartest mythical creatures. I wished I could see her. I hadn't been able to find her in ages.

I ran barefoot after the girl and a few others that had followed her.

"Wait," I called. I could help her. "Wait!"

Dragon girl didn't stop. I think she actually ran harder. It's not like I could blame her. We were humans. We could hardly be trusted.

I ran faster, after her. It was a good thing I had spent my life running. I soon caught up to her.

"Please. Just wait," I breathed, pulling her to a halt. She stopped and looked at me.

"Are you with them? She asked. I shook my head.

"I don't really even consider myself human," I smiled.

"Alright, well if you haven't noticed, I'm kind of in a hurry. You'd better get out of the way yourself," she replied.

I shook my head. "I know the forest. I know a safe place for us to go. The dragon will be able to find us. They are very intelligent creatures, as you well know."

Dragon girl appeared shocked that I knew so much. I shrugged. I had seen her in the clearing. I stiffened as I heard the sound of humans.

"Let's go! Please, I know a safe place," I said, pulling her hand. She didn't move. Was she that suspicious of me?

**Wiki could Aurora be the creature that took Karli in? If not, that's completely alright. It'll just be some other made up creature. (; Karli's parents were killed by creatures for killing other creatures. She just needs someone to take her in. It dosen't have to be a character, though.
Hermione, shut your ungodly, lopsided mouth and quit interrupting! 20 points from Gryffindor. You know, for the brightest witch of your age you can sure be a dumba** sometimes. *smiles* 10 points to Dumbledore!

Anneliese flew overhead, blue wings stretched as wide as they could. The breeze at that altitude was like a caress on her white scales.

Flying all night...it had tired her out. She was ready to be home, in her cave, under the waterfall.

She listened; she could hear the roar of the water. She was almost home. She gave a powerful thrust of her wings, propelling her forward. Not seconds later, the river came into view, the towering falls sending up mist a half-mile high. Anneliese snapped her wings closed, and she plummeted head first into the cool waters of home. The splash around her was just as tall as the mist.

Wow lol. Just an update, I changed Nightshade's profile a little. I thought that it was kinda weird that her brother had a human form and she didn't. So I gave her one :) If it's alright. And one more thing I forgot to mention: Saber has a British accent ^^

Saber-

I rested quietly, peacefully, on a warm rock. As a vampire, my skin was always so unusually cold, and the heat of the rock felt so nice. Unlike traditional vampires, I had spent countless hours in the sun, so it didn't affect me the same way it did them.

I was almost asleep when I heard something come crashing through the trees. I fell behind the rock and watched them wearily. There was a man, a troll-like creature of sorts, two girls, and a unicorn. I licked my fangs as I watched them. They all seemed like they were in quite a rush.

"C'mon," one of the girls said. "We're not there yet."

As they continued rushing towards me, I leaped out and jumped on the girl that had spoken, teeth bared menacingly. The other girl screamed, the unicorn backed up quickly, and the man and his companion looked on fearfully. The girl I had tackled didn't scream, though. Instead, she just watched me. I flapped my bat-like wings a couple of times. The girl stared closely at me, as though she recognized me. I growled at her viciously.

Finally, she said, "Saber?"

My ferocious face fell and I cocked my head. Suddenly, the epiphany hit me. "Karli??" She smiled excitedly and I got off her immediately. Her friends looked ever so confused.

"It's been so long!" She exclaimed.

"Yes," I agreed. I jumped at her and licked her face. She laughed heartily. I looked at her friends suspiciously and raised one side of my upper lip. "And who are they?" I asked her.

She glanced at them. "My friends," she replied. "This is Aurora, Mikael, Mr. Wink, and...well, this girl has yet to share her name." I stared at her awkwardly. "Everyone, this is Saber. He's about a hundred years old. He's a vampire wolf."

A look of recognition came to the face of the man, Mikael. He nodded to me in acknowledgment and I nodded a greeting back. "How do you know each other?" He asked.

"Saber and I used to wander this forest together," she explained. I smiled and nodded in agreement. "Which means..." she said thoughtfully, "...you know where we're going too!"

I watched her closely. "Perhaps. Just where are you going? And why in such a rush?"

"We're being followed," the nameless girl said. "Please just get us out of here."

"Ahh," I said. "Being hunted by the devils, huh?"

"If you mean the humans, yes," Karli said, and motioned me along with her. "Help me lead," she said to me with a smile.

I grinned sinfully back and we raced through the forest, side by side, with the others following closely behind.

---

I hope it's okay that he joined you ^^ And that Saber and Karli know each other XD I'll post for Nightshade in a while

Oren

Oren paced the ornate halls of Dragónia Palace, brow furrowed with troubled thoughts. Again, the nagging thought of the future of Dragónia hissed at him inside his head. His blue eyes turned towards the window, gazing across the horizon. He reluctantly puzzled silently to himself, incoherent thoughts stumbling and tripping over one another.

"Urgh," he grunted, turning away from the window and striding down the halls, his fair hair flopping over his eyes as he watched his feet while he walked. This is so stupid., he thought to himself, emerging onto the palace lawn and kicking a stone hard with his foot. He watched it bounce off the gravel, rolling to a stop at the feet of another.

He darkly raised his eyes, scowling at the other person.

*anyone wanna jump in? Plus, greetings to all from Crete! ^^*
