Dragónia

Okay, basic idea:

In a magical wondrous land, dragons rule over all the creatues. Then, one very bad dragon went and did something very bad (don't know what yet, feel free to come up with ideas) and the humans are losing their trust in them.
So they team up with a very evil guy and try to kill all the dragons.
The other creatures are forced to pick a side.

OK, you can be whatever you want.
The other creatures must be mythical however, for example Griffins.

Name: Nightshade

Creature: Dragon

Age: Around 500 years old

In her human form, she has waist length silver hair that is never curled or worn up. She wears long, flowing purple and blue robes that match the color of her scales. Her skin has a nice tanned look to it and she's about 5'7"

Personality: Nightshade doesn't like to fight. She prefers to hang back, but will fight if it's necessary. She's somewhat of a peacemaker

Power: She controls the darkness

Background: Nightshade is a daughter to the dragon king (if there is one) making her a princess of sorts. Her unique ability to work with darkness and control it has made her stand out with the other dragons. They don't exactly like her a whole lot, but they don't really hate her. That's how it's been her whole life, but whenever any of the dragons needed help, she's the first that they go to. So, when the humans turned against them, they went to her for help.

Name: Aurora

Creature: Unicorn

Age: 300 years old

(The white one). Beautiful long mane, and gorgeous sapphire blue/violet eyes. Her white coat colour signifies her angel like qualities.

Personality: Kind, honest, mature and sensitive. She is someone that maybe other characters could confide in perhaps.

Power: To see into the future

Background: From a good unicorn family. She has high morals and doesnt like evil. She will do anything to keep the world good. Most people like her, except the evil characters in the story

Name: Saber

Creature: Vampire wolf (I hope this constitues as a mythical creature )

Age: A little over 100 years old

Personality: Saber is a very good guardian; he is strong, supportive, and will go to the greatest lengths to keep loved ones safe. However, getting to the point where you become a 'loved one' will be both very difficult and take a very long time. He doesn't trust anyone until they prove themselves to him. Just being nice won't make him trust you, but he will be very nice and sweet back. He has a very small amount of compassion in him. He does, however, have a very short fuse, and it doesn't take much to set him off.

Power: Vampire powers (blood sucking, major strength, flying(on account of his wings), immortality, etc) He can't turn into a bat, though

Background: At a very young age, Saber was blessed by a number of priests because they wanted help from the mighty vampire canine, and he did so for many many many years. Because of this blessing, he is immune to crosses and holy water and such and it made him immortal, as far as aging goes. When the humans turned against the dragons, though, who are his fellow mythical creatures, he turned on the humans, and is sided currently with the dragons. He is a loyal and faithful partner to them.

Other: The pendant around his neck is vital to his immortality. Without it, he would die in a matter of hours, maybe days, if he's lucky. Drinking blood would keep him alive for about a week, then it is no good.

Name: Anneliese

Creature: Dragon

Age: 100 (which would be about 16 in dragon years)

Appearance: She has two forms; naturally, she is a white dragon with pale blue underbelly and wings, and her eyes are bold blue. As an elf, she is what you would call albino - very pale skinned and haired; specifically, her hair is waist length and bleach blonde. (pictures will come tonight)

Personality: She is very shy, compassionate, and caring. She tends to be a quiet one, afraid to interfere, but if someone's life depends on her, she will act.

Power: She has common draconic powers - flying, firebreathing (when in natural form), the whole get up - as well as power over water.

Age: About two-hundred-and-fifty

Personality: Hot headed and very cynical, Elon has the tendency to start off on the wrong side with most. Most of her own race accept her personality as it is and do nothing to change her, but some cannot stand her. Elon is, however, caring when she wants to be.

Power: Elon is the opposite of Nightshade. She controls light.

Background: She chooses not to speak of it. Maybe you'll find out later

Other: Noooo clue.

Name: Reale Corte (Ree-Al-E Court), called 'Rea' for short.

Creature: Human

Age: Seventeen

Appearance: The girl in Elon's picture

Personality: Kind and caring, but with a rebellious spirit.

Power: Enhanced light control thanks to Elon.

Background: Reale is the daughter of a noble; Sir Roland Corte. When she was barely twelve, Reale wandered into the forest and became lost. It was Elon who found her, and since then, they have become inseperable. Reale doesn't agree with the plotted destruction of the Dragon's, and wishes to fight on their side.

I'm going on hols tomorrow, but I'll post my character anyway. Keep this alive while I'm gone! I know it's a pain, but could you possibly keep my character involved? I will post when I can

Name: Oren

Creature: Dragon

Age: 678 (appears seventeen)

Appearance: In his human form, Oren has silvery blonde hair and sky blue eyes. He is quite tall, medium build, handsome. In his dragon form, he is quite slender similar to an Asian dragon except not as long. He has feathered wings, blue on the outside and silver on the outside.
His whole body is a silvery colour, his arms and legs being dark grey. A large stripe of blue lines his white belly scales. He has green tribal tattoos over his arms and legs, with the air element symbol painted over his left eye. He also has a huge mane of feathers which stretches down his whole neck. There is one particular feather; larger and grander than the rest. In his species, they pluck this feather and give it to their chosen life partner (like a proposal;))

Personality: Brash, headstrong, cocky and confident. Believes he can do anything. He can be a bit of a show off when it comes to flying, as his agility is unmatched. He is very kind and loves children (though he tries not to show it) He often tries to appear nonchalant about certain situations and doesn't show his true feelings. He never wears a watch, as 'he likes to feel free.' This reflects his birth element, air. If you try to cage him, he'll go nuts. Oren prefers to be out in the air, close to the sky. He is rarely seen in his human form as he spends a lot of time in flight.

Power: Super speed in flight. He also has the ability to use telekinesis.

Background: His father, the king, was killed in battle by the evil dragon (lol, we need to get him a name) He is the next ruler to the throne, but is extremely reluctant to step up to the role. He has got himself the reputation of a tyrant among his people. The tattoos don't really help with that image either. He got them from spending a lot of his time with a griffin tribe in the land. He is very good friends with the tribe leader, and knows that whatever his decision about his plan of action against the other creatures that they will back him no matter what.
He's quite close to his sister, Nightshade (if that's ok!) but they bicker sometimes over his reluctance to rule. They fight sometimes over his hot headedness, as she is often having to bail him out of fights.

Name: Mikael Eisenstein [means The Ironstone]

Creature: Vampire

Age: 250 appears 28

Appearance: 6ft1in tall, shaggy blonde hair with extremely fair highlights due to lack of sunlight, wears iron half plate armour

Personality: Calm and collected in times of peace. In battle he is a vicious killer complete intune with the beast within.

Power: Minor telepathy (used when hunting in groups), can move in sunlight as long as he is reasonably covered.

Background: Once an honourable Captain of the Iron Knights. His band of Knights were attacked by the evil dragons forces. When he awoke he was alone and was now a vampire. He hunted down and killed all those who ambushed and destroyed his noble order. He now wanders the land defending the weak, fighting injustice and dispensing his own brand of justice (if you thought eye for an eye was bad, wait until you meet this guy!)

Other: Wanders the land with a Cavern Troll named Mr Wink. Up for love.

Name: Mr.Wink

Creature: Cavern Troll

Age: 'Lots'

Appearance: A hulking dark blue skinned beast, capable of crushing a man with one single blow. His left eye is missing and the hole is scarred (thus Mr Wink). Wears black shorts and carries a huge club.

Personality: Unintelligent, but feircely loyal to Mikael.

Power: Immense physical strength, toughness and endurance.

Background: Was attacked by a band of Evil dragon militia. They attacked him while he was still a child and only survived thanks to Mikael intervening and killing them all. All alone he followed his mysterious saviour on his various quests. In the day he often drags around a cart containing Mikael.

Other: Slow to make friends but is feircely loyal. He will just be part of Mikaels posts not a separate character.

Jeez! Everybody's leaving at the same time!!! Just to let everyone know, I'm leaving on the morning of the 6th, but I'll be back sometime on the 10th.

Thank God for laptops!! I'll be bringing mine with me, so I may be able to get a connection, as hotels usually have free wi-fi. If not, anyone who's left here and still posting, I trust you'll try to keep all characters alive
