1999 - The first genetically altered teen created lives for three months.
2001 - The next teen lives for two years, and then suffers from heart attack.
2005 - Five teens live for four years then alter permanently into animals.
2008 - One hundred and thirteen teens successfully adapt.

In only nine years they have created mutated teens for war. Everyone celebrates. Well, except the experiments. Being an partial animal is painful. They fight each moment for control over their heightened instincts. The partial humans are not adapting well either. All the partials are getting restless. The nation of Duke will not be able to keep control much longer.

Plot: Partials begin to rally against Duke. Will it become war?

Personality: Easily upset and angered. A bit moody. Keeps to herself if she doesn't know the person well, but will open up as they get to know each other more.
Strengths: She stands up for herself, but is a kind person. Strategy is her thing. She can breath on land as well as underwater.
Weaknesses: Her temper. When she smells blood, she's... well, quite attracted to it, one could say.

Appearance: Unkept white hair which fans over his face and spikes off of his head, cat eyes that are change from vibrantly emerald green to oceany metallic blue depending on his mood and is loomingly tall. He has an ambling grace to his walk and is muscled neatly. A scar running vertically down his cheek is very noticeable. His teeth are sharp and protrude from his mouth whenever he smiles, its a very untame look, beware.

Personality: You know, when you lock wild animals in a cage and their mouths start to froth? Yeah, well Rhett is exactly like that. He has embraced his animal side and learned, instead of dominating it, to live beside it. He is an animal. He tells the truth always, but twists it into a cunning tainted verison of it and he growls and can fight very dirty, I assure you.

Strengths: He really doesn't have any, he's just lived this long because of his attitude; wild and relentless. So maybe it would be: Endurance and Power.

Weaknesses: Can barely relate to people on the simplest of circumstances, let alone complex.

Name: Stanley Walker

Appearance: Stanley Walker ... where to start ... Stanley has very scraggly brown hair with streaks of various dark browns, light browns, blacks, and blondes throughout making him look more insane than he really is. Stanley has very wide brown eyes that are the colour of mole's skin. He has big violet bags beneath his eyes that stand out even more because of his unhealthily pale skin. Stanley has very prominent cheekbones, and a tad big nose. His torso is a little too long for his body, and he is like a stick, he is that thin. His right eye has a slight twitch when he look at him very closely.

He wears usually jeans that are almost like 'floods' because they don't fit him very well and are too short. He has a pair of worn-out red converse shoes. He has different T-shirt for everyday of the month that usually has some saying from a TV show, comic book, or movie (Something like 'Vote for Pedro').

When he walks, he has his hands in his pockets, head down, brow furrowed like he's having a very in-depth conversation with someone. Its probably himself he's talking to. When he smiles he has two very prominent dimples.

Stanley tends to hide in the background and talk with himself or draw like a maniac. Stanley is obsessive compulsive, and very protective of his things. He's just a strange child. I'm sure with this very short description you can figure out how he acts around girls ...

Stanley used to be very cool, but now he's just odd ... no one knows what happened to Stanley. Well ... I'm sure we can all infer about what happened to him.

Oh! And Stanley has asthma, and cannot run more than 75 metres at a sprint without gasping for air.

Appearance: Shaggy crimson hair and bright almost whitish blue eyes. Very striking features. Smaller at about 5'5 and lithe. Wears normally red or black with trunks and hiker boots.
Personality: He's very shy and scared of most things. Hide's behind people but when he is close to someone, he tries to protect them with his whole being even though he's small. He stutters when he's nervous and he can be a little cynical due to his nature or a fox's nature.
Strengths: He's quick and steathy. He get into smaller things and always knows how to find food and water.
Weaknesses: He's scared of almost anything, and runs when in danger unless there is something he's trying to protect.

Strengths: excellent at climbing trees and has no fear of heights. Is wide awake at night and has good vision in the dark. Plus she has really sharp nails.
Weaknesses: Tends to fall asleep during the day or gets all groggy.
Other: Is often caught with a twizzler hanging out of her mouth. She likes the taste, it reminds her of sugar cane.

I thank you Dreamwalk for reserving my spot for me. And because it seems people are more interested in becoming partials, I am becoming a scientist, well more over an intern.

Jesse prefers to be unlike usual people. Her hair is naturally white blonde, but she ended up getting orange red streaks in it to personalize her looks. She is 5"7, medium height and has a more athletic lithe body frame. Not very curvatious. She has large eyes, definetely odd looking, and cheek bones that are sharp that distinguished her face which is a bit rounder. She has a crooked smile, and dimples on one side of her mouth.

Jesse, since she is an intern, is usually found wearing a labcoat over vibrantly coloured graphic tee-shirts and dark skinny jeans. At the work place it is mandatory that they must wear steel toed shoes, but she tends to break the rules and wear her coloured shoes.

Her dogs name is Pi, short for Pisces, and is a large Harlequin Great Dane who is mostly white with small black spots. As an estimate of the size, you can look here. Her ears are cropped and is incredibly large.

Personality:
Jesse is a compassionate person, caring for all animals and creatures, except for the human race. Her heart lies with the Partials. Ever since she was young she had great care for animals and ended up having great tuition with them. Jesse prefers to not follow rules but will when the time is right. She is an active reader, and tends to have many book references. She is also incredibly good with computers.

Jesse is a free-minded person, having strong opinons against war and animal testing, which also drew her to the Partials. She tends to be sarcastic and doesn't hold back any of her thoughts, including the ones that are unjustified and idotic. There is no sensor between what her mind thinks and her mouth says. She is also incredibly competetive.

She does not like to dwell on matters often. She believes everything happens for a reason. She tries not to get upset and her temper is always in control, making her incredibly irritating in verbal fights.

Pisces is a very well tempered dog, always happy when Jesse is near. She is incredibly friendly with others except for some exceptions and she tends to like females preferable over boys, always scared of their stature at first.

Background:
She grew up with her Aunt and Uncle never really knowing her parents, only simply knowing that they had to give her up due to fianacial issues when she was young, never to hear from them again. Her Uncle was a scientist, almost eccentric. He would come home and tell about these 'experiments' that had been going on, that were not even expressed on the news.

Jesse applied for an internship at her Uncle's lab and only then did she find out that they were experimenting with animals and human's to make weapons for war. Radiation was used, chemicals, different drugs. They put the kids and animals through plenty of tests, all inhumane. She befriended the mutations that were being held and had her fair share of disappointment when almost all of the mutants died.

When the Partials actually stabilized, Jesse was kept there for long term tests to see how long exactly all these people would appropriately live for.

Appearance: He has shaggy blond hair, that is strangely bright colored, though not like white or platinum. His eyes are blue, and also very bright like lightning. His is tall and speedy looking, with a look that screams "Sneaky" all about him. His veins pop out more than normal.
Personality: He is very devious and sneaky. He seems to always be up to something, even when he sleep, and he is. Though when he isn't being devious he is quiet sweet and kind, though that side is rarely shown. Is very rash, and can have a very short temper.
Strengths: He is very very quick witted, and good at close combat, and somewhat gifted with electronics.
Weaknesses: Planning, long range attacking, keeping his temper
Other: His animal allows him to create electricity in his body, then release through touch.

Well it doesn't say in the rules that there has to be one. But if you want they can be twins.
