Korah

Korah glanced over at Vera and Tezuka as he flipped the earth scroll casually up into the air and caught it with a flick of his wrist. "This is were the real fun begins," he said with a relaxed grin.

"Mmmm, I can hardly wait," Vera murmured as she licked her lips, "I hope we find some cute boys while were out there."

"Girls," Tezuka corrected her, "Let's go find some babes who we can fight, there is nothing better then a good cat fight... speaking of which, Vera maybe you should fight them?"

"All right you two, settle down," Korah replied as he turned and looked at the gate they were by. Number 19 was plastered onto the wall, which meant there was a good chance of people being on either side of them."

"Are you ready?" the Shade ninja in front of them asked. He was the one guarding the gate, making sure they didn't enter to soon.

"Of course," Vera purred as she sauntered over to him, "and maybe after this is all done you and I can go have a little fun."

The Guard blushed, but quickly regained his composure as he said, "Uhh... well its time then, good luck." Reaching forward he yanked a key from his pocket and quickly unlocked the gate, pushing it open.

"Here we go," Korah breathed as he and his team jumped through, things were only just beginning.

Ok so I think Billy and Icognito, you two should get the Heaven scroll, so we each have a different one, and can get in fights because of that.

Cole~~

After about fifteen minutes of running, we caught our first group.

"Hello," I said, and dropped in front of them, swords drawn.

"Hi," Itatchi said as he dropped from behind them, sword drawn as well.

"Sup," Violet sang from the right of them.

"Whats your scroll?" I asked, then jumped one who tried to go out the left. I threw him back into the others, and then stationed my self half left and half front.

"We got Hell," Said one with goggles over his eyes.

"Okay," I said then the three of us jumped forward to attack them.

Shinjiro

They'd been given the Heaven scroll, and Shinjiro and Suika had paused just inside the gate. Their families were distant cousins, Shinjiro didn't know how far, but it accounted for their similar shadow abilities. They could both become one with them, but Shinjiro's family moved, while Suika's family stayed still. Either way, the two of them had taken on the trait that they all seemed to possess - an annoying amount of patience. In Shinjiro, it had manifested as his apathy; in Suika, as her shyness.

Of course, that didn't seem to matter to Kazuna, who looked to be raring to go. Shinjiro knew why - this might be their only chance in the tests to kill that boy from the sky nation. "What're you two waiting for?" She demanded, clearly annoyed.

Shinjiro folded his arms, "We have to think, first. What's the best way to deal with this challenge, for us three? Not rushing headlong into battle, that's for sure. But we can't set an ambush, because this task requires continual movement. However, as we get closer to the tower, we'll get closer to the other teams. And if we get there before other people, we can ambush them. So, we should move quickly, but carefully, straight towards the tower. That way, if anyone actively tries to get to us, we can still fight them. And if we get there soon, then we can set an ambush to guarantee the death of that sky-nin."

Kazuna seemed annoyed, but she nodded, and the three of them set off at a quick pace. Soon, however, they found themselves halted by another group, this team arrayed in a triangular formation before them.

"Hand over your scroll," their leader said, growling, "And maybe we'll let you live."

Mwahahaha, how fun this is!

Korah

Korah grinned as he steadily jumped from tree branch to tree branch, heading in a direct path towards the tower far off in the distance. He knew that there were two basic strategies in this game, one go looking for other teams, which wouldn't be the easiest thing in this big forest. Or two, lay some traps, and he was guessing that most of the teams would be lying in wait near the tower where everyone would head eventually. So his team had come up with a third strategy, find one of those traps, and get caught in it, then take the scroll from whoever had caught them.

Looking over to Vera he signaled her to move up ahead, and motioned silently for Tezuka to back her up as he brought the rear. The two of them nodded as they moved forward, their eyes darting from shadow to shadow as they moved along at a steady pace. A sudden motion from the corner of his eye caused Korah to quickly fflip in the air, leaping high as three throwing stars went spinning under him. He landed on all fours and dodged around as another few stars came hurtling at him from the trees.

Vera and Tezuka had noticed the trap, but were hampered from helping as a barrage of objects came flying at them, forcing the two to dodge backward. Korah followed them, moving back as he attempted to dodge the missiles that came flying from the trees. "Got him," Tezuka called, letting them know he had spotted where their attacker was. "But he is moving from spot to spot, and quite quickly I might add."

"There has to be a few more around here," Korah muttered right as a kunai went soaring over his head. He rolled to the side, and the three continued to make their way back.

"There herding us," Vera said.

"Oh really?" Tezuka quipped as he rolled his eyes and barley managed to dodge a Kunai that was going for his throat.

"Don't Move!" a voice suddenly yelled. The three Mist ninja froze and Korah immediately saw that they had stumbled into this trap quite well. They were surrounded all sides by trees which were lined with explosives notes. Most of them were hidden quite well but he could still pick them out. Their attackers decided to show themselves at that moment. The three ninja all appeared on a tree branch right out side of the circle, far enough away that they could escape the explosion should the explosive notes be detonated. "listen up," the leader of the three called, a sneer of triumph on his face. "We got you three caught, and if any of you so move we will blow you away. Now give us your scroll and we will let you live."

"He must be crazy," Vera snorted, "though he is cute."

"Sorry bud," Korah called with a smile, "I think you are the ones who have fallen into our trap."

The leader didn't even have a moment to respond as Vera and Tezuka were suddenly surrounded in a cloud of smoke. As it disappeared the leader's eyes went wide as he saw three identical Korah's standing down in the clearing, all smirking up at him. "A clone Jutsu," the leader realized as he turned to one of his companions and yelled, "Move, and blow that bastard up, hurry!" his panic was evident but did little to help the matter as two forms came flying out of the woods from behind the enemy ninja team. The ninja the leader had been yelling at suddenly froze before falling to his knees and vomiting violently as he began to shake and turn pale. Vera came stalking along the tree branch, two fingers in front of her face as she called, "Death Foreseeing Technique." The ninja began to scream as he vomited again, his body convulsing as cries for help soared into the air.

The ninja to the right of the leader was one of the quickest ones to react. As Tezuka came soaring out of the bushes, his leg swinging in an upper kick, the enemy ninja was able to raise his arms and catch the blow, blocking most of it as he slid back and yanked a kunai from his belt. "You really think that will help you against me?" Tezuka asked as he brought his thumb up to his mouth and bit down on the corner, causing a small trickle of blood to start. instead of falling to the ground his blood floated up into the air, bobbing and morphing as it turned into a Tanto. leaping forward Tezuka swung out, his blood weapon slicing through the air with a scream. His opponent was quick, and brought his blade up to block the swing, but instead of blocking it the blood weapon sheared right through the Kunai and went on to pierce the boys shoulders. Tezuka's opponent let out a cry of pain as Tezuka open his mouth and two fangs came sliding out. With a grin the Mist boy drove his canines into the boys throat, slurping as he drank and fed on his opponents blood.

All of this happened in a matter of seconds, and the leader turned to run, panic and fear overcoming his better judgment. "Coward," a voice whispered from his shoulder as he turned to see Korah moving right beside him.

"How..." the ninja whispered in shock.

"I'm fast," Korah simply answered as a loud scream echoed through the forest.

Those in the forest would hear that scream, it pierced through the very rock and trees, sending a shiver down everyones spine. it was followed by a loud boom, an explosion that tore through the air as numerous trees collapsed and fell. When the dust settled Korah, Tezuka, and Vera stood on top of a large tree trunk. Tezuka wiped the blood from his mouth as Vera turned to Korah and asked, "So what'd we get?"

"The heaven scroll," Korah whispered, "Which means hell is all we need."

DSF, I'm guessing that you planned, sense my guy group has the Hell scroll, that you wanted them to run into each other and fight later on. If so a few things for Cole, he is quick and hard to hit, and usually likes to wait a few minutes before he strikes in battle to get an idea of the enemies style and moves. Also he is really good with his swords as well, if Korah ends up fighting Cole.

Cole~~

Unsheathing my swords I struck the googled one quickly, cutting his strap off. The large metallic goggles fell to the ground, and he screamed. When I cut the goggles off I revealed most of his face, which was badly burned and scarred. The biy looked up to me, infuriated, and said.

"Your gonna pay for that," He said and charged me fast.

I jumped up into the air, and took a second to glance at my teammates, Violet was tangling with another guy, and Itachi a girl, both doing well. There was another attack, from my enemy, which I dodged by dropping. Catching the branch last minute, I was able to swing up, and with a spin I was able to move forward and hit the guy. With a thump he fell back, I had hit him square on the face, and then I charged forward, and kicked him in the stomach.

After that I quickly grabbed him and threw him up, catching him in an electric net, of my making. But when he made contact something happened. His eyes opened, wider and more anger filled, and he dove down to attack me. I dodged it, barley, and threw him back up, to give my self momentum to catch a branch. Then he tried the same again, this time he was able to hit me, just barley and a small mark, but a hit none the less. He did the same again, this time I was able to dodge easily, but when he did it again, I was not as lucky, so he gave me a gash.

Angry now, I swung my swords out again, and with a swipe cut into his shirt, stabbed up, cut through again, then spun him on my sword six time before he slid off and crashed into a tree hard.

"Finally," Itachi said, Violet next to him, "we finished a minute ago."

"Whatever, either of them have the scroll," I asked pointing to their opponents.

"No," Violet said.

"One sec then," I said and searched mine for one, he did, and it turned out to be the Heaven school.

After that I threw it to the other two, and checked the goggles my guy had on. My assumption was right. the goggles had and X-ray beam on them, so he probably saw our scroll, and lied to avoid conflict. Also they had ointment on it, probably to help him with the burns and scars, which explained the rage when I cut it off.

"Well off now," I said and the three of us charged forward.

*claps hands together in excitement* that IS what I had in mind... and we can have it be a stale mate if need be or whatever, or we can just go for it and see what happens. Mind if I get it started...

And lets have Korah and Cole fight since they are both master swordsman, should be fun!

Korah

Korah paused, staring over the small field with a slight frown on his face. "I don't like it," he told the others. The small field they had come across was right next to the river and was a little open patch of rich green grass. But it was very open and a little bit to vulnerable for Kora's taste.

"It would be the perfect place to set a trap," Vera offered, "after all I bet some group would be dumb enough to go into it."

"Good idea," Kora said. "Tezuka stay here and keep a look out for anything unordinary, we'll go get things set up."

Tezuka nodded and Kora along with Vera hurried out into the field and quickly began to formulate a plan for their trap. They only were a couple minutes into it however when a large explosion echoed through the forest as a plume of fire ripped through some trees on the outside of the clearing. They both turned to see Tezuka go sailing out of the smoke, he easily landed, a kunai in one handed as he glared through the smoke into the forest beyond.

Three figures came sauntering out of the forest, their bodies tense and alert as they stared at the Ninja trio in front of them. "What scroll do you have," one of the boys called as he slowly drew two swords from his sheath.

"My he is straight to the point," Korah muttered with a smile.

Vera just began to purr at his side as she said, "oooo my, those boys are cute, I wonder if I could keep one after this?"

"Well might as well answer him," Korah said as he took a deep breath and called back, "We have an earth and heaven scroll."

"Perfect," another boy said as he drew out a single sword.

"Hope you won't mind if we take those from you," the girl whispered with a giggle.

Korah realized it in an instant, the malice and strength flowing off of their opponents was totally different from any of the other ninja he had met so far that day. He opened his mouth to shout a warning as the boy with a single sword suddenly seemed to materialize behind him, his blade whistling down as he struck for Korah's back. In the blink of an eye Korah's sword was in his hand as he pivoted out of the blow and slashed sideways, grazing his opponents head and cutting off a lock of hair as the boy bounced back with surprising speed, but not without returning a sideways kick which Kora barley managed to dodge.

"Tezuka this guy seems to be mixing his sword play with the Physical gift, why don't you take him."

"Right," Tezuka answered as he eagerly bounded forward.

Turning Korah saw that Vera had already engaged the other girl, leaving the boy with two swords to be his opponent. "Looks like your mine," Korah called with a grin.

"Seems to be that way," the boy answered as he held his swords in an aggressive position.

"Let's see what you've got," Korah whispered as he began to slowly move forward...

Okay this just gets things started. Oh and boltageman Korah is basically exactly the same as Cole in his fighting style, so this should be fun and interesting. I would make the first move, but I will let you have the honors. Oh and I will also write for Tezuka and Vera so Itachi's and Violet's writers feel free to join in!

Okay.

Cole~~

"Guess your left with me," I said smiling. But after about a split second after that, the boy was gone, and a sword a half an inch to the left of my head.

With a look of surprise by this miss, the older boy struck again. I went into a split to avoid it. Then rolled away, a second before his sword stabbed under where my left leg had been. A breeze suddenly appeared, and I jumped up into the air, then swung on a branch above my head. Not even a second later the older kid appeared where I was, and I was able to dive into him. Or so I thought, because where I hit melted away.

Forcefully, the real kid buried his fist into my back, and sent me off course, right into a tree.

Just a minute more I thought And then I'll know what to do

With that thought, I turned around, seethed my swords, and launched forward. The guy looked back, just in time to see me. He grabbed his sword, and swung, but I was already behind him. He looked dazed, and began to spin around trying to spot me. But I was able to stay perfectly behind him, until.

"Behind you Korah," One of his teammates called.

Then the boy, apparently called Korah, jumped behind me. I collapsed to the ground, right before his sword ripped the air my neck had once been.

Just a bit more time I thought.

And then I quickly stepped to the left, right before a sword stabbed where my heart had been.

ten I bent to the side right before he stabbed at my head nine I jumped over him, right before he kicked. eight...seven Dropping, I just nearly avoided several Shurikens, and a Kunia. six Dash forward, I just missed getting blown up by an explosive tag, tied to the Kunia. five...four...three...two...one

Now smiling, I advanced forward, my swords out, sparks dancing around the blades. I was in the fight now.

Forgive me for how long this is, I was just having so much FUN!

Korah

He was good. Korah would give him that, but he had seen and fought much better in his life time. That was one nice thing about being older, it gave you something this kid didn't have as much of yet, it gave you experience. Still the boys moves were sharp, perfectly insinc with Korah's as he dived and dodged against the flurry of blows that were reigning down on him.

He's quick Korah thought as he flung a Kunai at the boy, an explosive tag attached. His opponent barley managed to roll out of the way in time, his cloaks smoking slightly as he got back to his feet. And he is obviously trying to read my style, has a ways to go yet thought...

The boy suddenly whirled around, as he yanked his two swords from his sheath. They began to sparkle and glow as he slowly became forward. Korah was shocked, did this kid think that in a minute he had already came to grasp on Korah's fighting style, not only was that absurd but it was laughable. Still, he might as well have some fun with the poor kid.

Korah disappeared, appearing behind the kid again like he had already done so many times. The boy was expecting it, and his two swords swung backwards, in a blow that would have caught Korah in the chest, had he been there. Instead he was up above the boys head, and he came flying down, his blade swinging as he kicked out and caught the kid in the head.

Stumbling forward the boy looked a bit dazed as he shook his head, trying to clear his mind. "Nice way to switch it up," the boy muttered as he came forward again.

"ehh, I thought so," Korah said with a grin as he leapt into the air, spinning around as he let out a flurry of blows. The boy parried them, before sweeping out his legs in an attempt to trip Korah. Korah easily dodged them, flying above, but he didn't account for the boy's swords to come flying from the right. He dodge the first, and the second one barley grazed his cloak as he tumbled into a roll and got back up to his feet.

It had been a good move, and you have caught most people. But Korah had been trained to be a one of the Seven Swordsmen since he had been born, his opponents had been the best the world had to offer, though this kid was giving him a run for his money.

The kid suddenly came running forward again, he suddenly vanished, appearing to the right before disappearing once again and appearing on the left. Korah easily flowed, whirling around to block the swords that danced at him in random. Ducking he struck back, but to his surprise his opponent didn't dodge, the boy charged forward, bypassing the strike and narrowly missed impaling himself as he brought one of his swords up and thrust it into Korah's stomach. "Got you," the boy whispered with a wicked grin as he thrust the sword a little deeper.

"Hardly," Korah whispered back as he disappeared in a cloud of smoke.

The startled boy whirled around, his eyes wide as he looked at the area around, only to see Korah come walking out from behind a nearby tree. "Shadow Clone Jutsu," Korah called, "It is kind of like what you were doing at the beginning of our battle, except it allows me to absorb information on my enemy, including their fighting styles without hurting myself."

"Coward," the boy spat as he glared at Korah.

Korah shrugged, "Call it what you want, I got information on you, and now we can kick this fight up a notch. Sword play is fun, but so one sided, let's make things a little more interesting, shall we?" Raising his hands up he quickly began to form some signs, as he finished he called out, "Waterfall Basin Technique," before slamming his hand onto the ground. The earth gave a groan as it slowly opened and split and seconds Korah stood on a large pool of water as he said, "Let's do this!"

His opponent wasn't a fool, and he quickly moved forward his swords going together as they suddenly released a ball of lighting at Korah. Korah dodged the glowing energy ball as he once again brought his hands together and began to make signs. The boy was smarted then he had thought however, he hadn't been aiming at Korah, but at the pool of water he was standing on. The ball of energy hit the pool, letting out a hiss as streams of energy coursed through the water. Korah jumped but didn't get all the way clear as bolts of energy coursed through his system.

Grunting in pain he fell to his knees just as the boy appeared behind him, his swords swinging down toward Korah's head. Korah jumped, flipping into the air as his sword appeared in his hand and slashed downward, slicing the boy across his chest. As he pulled away he smiled at the sight of blood on his sword, it had been a good deep cut, and his opponent knew it, looking more enraged then anything. Korah took a step forward but winced slightly, his opponent may be wounded but so was he. The water had magnified the electrical shock from the ball, meaning this opponent needed to be fought with other matters. Quickly forming some signs he whispered, "Water clone jutsu," as a direct copy of him appeared at his side. Him and the clone grabbed hands and quickly began to make seals as Korah's opponent dashed forward, seeking to cut him off before the jutsu was complete. He didn't come close.

"Twin Headed Water Dragon,"Korah and his clone called as all the water in the pool suddenly rose into the air. The boy leapt back as a large dragon rose into the sky before it came barreling down towards him. He leaped into the air, barley dodging the dragon's mouth as he slid along the ground. He looked up just in time to see a second dragon's head morph out of the first one's neck and come straight at him. He didn't have time to dodge, which he realized as he brought his swords together and cried something out as a bright yellow barrier suddenly flared up around him.

The water dragon crashed into the lighting shield, pounding it before finally disappearing amidst the steaming vapors. As the boy lowered the shield Korah appeared behind him, swinging out with his sword as the two once again locked into combat. Each of their moves were almost equally matched as they danced back and forth...

Cole~~

"Your good," I said, as I stabbed at him, he blocked it, but then I swiped up, again he blocked that, sliced at me, I bent back, and stabbed from my waist, and he jumped. Allowing me to spin in the air, and generate enough charge to catch him. He was now in a small cage of electricity.

"You are too," He said, as he stayed perfectly still, I began to compress the cage, slowly, aiming to get his sword out first, without it I would easily win this fight.the cage touched his sword, and it conducted the volts into Korah. he dropped the blade, and quickly I made the cage forum fit him, and inch above his skin. I picked up his sword, then made a small electric lasso, and chucked it into the forest. I saw Korah twitch and gave him a shock. He screamed, and the shield dropped.

Immediately he charged at me. Obvious mad because I got his sword away from him, but he didn't act dumb. He charged me, making signs, then sent a rush of water at me, I parried it with a blast of lightning, causing steam to rise. Using this, I charged him, but he was able to get to me first, grabbing at my swords, I jumped then unsheathed them again. And as I fell got them ready for my lightning pillar move. As I stabbed them into the ground, I charged them with all I could, that was dumped into the ground, like mines, ready to blow at any second. But also laid so when one went off, the average person would fall from one to the next.

Korah wasn't the average person, he saw this, and was able to set them off with a few water gushers, but one, which he landed on. he was sent up into the air, but also able to pull my swords out of the ground from the extra force. But before he could use them, they too were sent into the forest.

Both of us now defenceless, tired, and evenly matched stood off. the others had the same with them. I looked back, and then began to cover my hands in sparks, he did the same but with water, stretching it from the ground to his hands. We both ran forward, punching at the same time, steam rose into the air as our fists collided. ice impaled my fists, as sparks jolted into him. I jumped back, and he did the same, the stand off standing again.

He finally broke it, sending spikes of us at me. I rolled backward, jumped over him, right before he was about to punch me. I kicked him, he went forward, grabbing me, and flinging me forward. We both flew forward, exchanging blows as we ran further from the others. Finally we broke this pattern, when he sent my flying forward. I landed on a tree branch, the two of us a good distance a part.

It was time to use my last resort, my best, and most draining technique. Knowing this would be like suicide, because I would be done for if it didn't work, and if I did, and we were attacked on our way to the tower, then I would be no help. But this situation was do or die anyway. So I decided to do it, but to do it weaker, because even when weak, it was strong. Quickly, I did the eleberate signs, of my families secret technique.

Korah tried to reach me before I finished, but he was a split second to late. Before he could reach me, I was brought up into the air, electricity pouring out of me, forming a large ball around me. Soon it had reached enough to cover about 50 yards in diameter. And then it exploded. But not in a boom way, but it twitched, and erupted.

Korah, who had jumped back when I was gathering power, was now engulfed by a dragon, that had emerged from the ball, with other animals. A large bull caught him when the dragon spit him up, and when he was shaken off, a snake wrapped around him.

This was the Sasi clans secret technique, the Zodiac Storm, and it could kill the caster. Right then, the technique ended, and I fell. Smoke bellowed from where Korah had fallen, and I realized that had been a clone who had gotten the full blow, the full twelve attacks. But I did see Korah collapsed, where the Bull had been. He must have came into to see what this was, and gotten caught by the dragon, sense the attack would keep going until the first attacked finished. He may not have gotten the full attack, but two would still be enough to keep him down.

The two us looked at each other, in pained eyes.

Good job boltageman, I LOVE this though we should try to get the others involved, or at least get their writers over here :P

Korah

Korah shakily stood to his feet, a weary smile on his face a he turned to face his opponent. "You're good," he slowly said.

"I know," the boy answered with a smile that looked to be just as pained as Korah's.

"You may know it, but for me to agree with you is something I don't normally do. This contest will truly be interesting, though this battle is over I'm afraid," Korah said. The boy gave him a questionable look and tried to take a step forward but his knees began to buckle. He caught himself, managing not to fall over as Korah said, "That last attacked drained you more then you though it would, and for good reason, your chakra should be mostly gone by now."

"How..." the boy muttered as he once again almost fell.

"Your very skilled, on my level in fact with your swords, and better then me when it comes to overall taijutsu, which is something impressive in itself and I honor you for that," Korah said as he moved forward, taking slow steps. The last attack had mostly missed him, but he had been close enough for one of those damn animals to hit him. He could feel a slight jolt of pain every time he took a step, it was a good reminder to dodge the whole thing next time the boy used that attack. "But unfortunately for you I have been fighting for a few more years, and my analyzing skills are slightly above yours." The boy opened his mouth as if to snap something back but Korah quickly held up his hands, showing he meant no offense at all. "You see," he continued, "I am very good with a sword, but when it comes to Taijutsu... I suck as you could probably tell. I know a few moves, but nothing to be impressed about. However I am a master at Ninjutsu, and the reason i was able to escape your final attack was because I saw it coming."

"How," the boy asked, now more interested in the discussion.

"Your eyes," Korah answered with a grin, "They glow light blue right before you attack with lightning, sometimes only a mere second before, but it gives off a warning. I noticed after you got me in that little cage of yours, something... that I won't let happen again."

"So thats how you avoided it," the boy muttered, "You saw my eyes and switched yourself out with a Shadow Clone."

Korah grinned, "Yep, though unfortunately for me I didn't get far enough away. That technique of yours is powerful, but extremely dangerous it could have killed you if you hadn't been careful."

"I knew what I was doing," the boy answered, his eyes narrowed as he continued to follow Korah's steps.

"I am not saying you didn't," Korah answered, "But it was early in the trials to use something so powerful... and you won't easily hit me with it, ever again. That is something you hope kills your opponent the first time, trust me I have a few jutsus like that in my possession as well. Plus there is time to flee from the technique, something like that cannot be activated immediately, but that is to be understood because of its sheer power. Still it was impressive and I hope to see it again."

The boy opened his mouth to say something but suddenly began to weave, obviously dizzy from exhaustion and over exertion. "You have less chakra then you thought you would, don't you," Korah said as a clone of his suddenly came walking out of the forest and tossed him his sword before dissolving into a puff of smoke. "My blade is unique you see," he said as he walked toward the boy who slowly sank to the ground, the lack of energy making it nearly impossible to move. "When my sword cuts its opponent in forms a chakra string, connecting the two together. And then my sword slowly begins to absorb my opponents chakra, until they have none left. Not only have you used most of yours, but your chakra has been getting drained steadily since I slashed your chest in the beginning of our duel."

The boy let out a snort as he slowly rolled onto his back, staring up at Korah who now towered over him, his sword at the boys throat. "As you can see," Korah continued, "The blade begins to pulse with a red light when it has absorbed a lot of chakra. I can take the chakra absorbed and unleash it, it is a devastating attack and most die from the hit."

"What are you waiting for," the boy muttered, "Do it, kill me."

Korah just laughed, "I could hardly kill someone who is so masterful with a sword. This battle is mine today, but you are good, very good, and the next time we meet it could end in your favor. For now I will leave you and hope we get to fight again. It truly was an honor." Korah turned to go but stopped and slowly turned back, "I am going to need your scroll however," he said with a cheeky grin, "I'm sure you and your teammates will be able to procure another one!" Korah quickly grabbed the Hell scroll before turning and leaving the boy, lying on the grassy field. "Oh, one more thing," Korah called as he paused in mid step, "What is your name?"

"Cole," the boy answered.

"Cole," Korah murmured as he turned to leave, heading toward the forest while motioning for his teammates to follow. He was far enough away that Cole couldn't hear him as he whispered, "Well i hope we meet again, you truly are skilled ninja..."

DSF: I'm not asking you to change anything on your post, but next time keep in mind, Cole isn't someone easy to shut up, and would be talking back to him the whole time.
Cole~~

Panting there, I could only wait for my teammates to return. That Korah boy talked a lot, but he was good, and I wanted to make sure I fought him again, but first we would need a new Hell and a Earth scroll.

"So whats the new plan," Violet asked.

"Well we need to rest for a day, at least. So we'll find a hard to see place, and I'll set up some trap for opponents," The others nodded, and we set off.

We were able to find a very dark area, that was ceiling topped with vines, and high bushes surrounded it. With help from Itachi and Violet, sense I couldn't do much, we were able to set up a descent enough trap, and then went to bed. Itachi, who had done very well in his battle and was in good shape, stood first watch.

Those few hours I dreamt that I was at the third task, Korah in the fight with me, and me victorious.

That lasted only a few minutes, because the next thing I knew I was being woken up.

"We're under attack," Itachi said. I got up right away.

"How long?" I asked.

"thirteen hours, you should be good," Itachi said.

"Good," I said and ran forward. The bell was ringing, which meant they had not gotten to close yet. So I quickly tugged a few ropes. The kunia shot forward, and I hard the swish and muffled screams. Then pulled a few more, but it was to late, the three had emerged already.

"you got a Heaven scroll?" One said.

"No, but we'll take yours anyway," I said and launched into battle with one, hoping this wouldn't hurt to much.

Violet~~

I swept my blond hair out of my face as the girl in front of me charged, i jumped and flipped expertly landing in the next tree slightly above her, we continued this for a while and she played mental games with me. I smirked and pushed her mental claws out expertly, as we reached the tippy tops of the trees and circuited the bright sun towards her skin. She screamed.

"MY BEUTIFUL SKIN!!!" she cried as it was probobly the worst burn she had ever gotten.

"Sorry hun I really am, got to go cheerio!" I smiled and dropped back down to the forest floor where I was met by Cole and Itachi.

~~~~
I awoke early for the silence had been broken by a small bell sound, I poked Itachi.
"Is it supposed to do that?"
"No,"
Cole soon awoke and Itachi filled him in.
Soon i was out looking for a mate to battle with.
Cole~~
"I'll take the leadear, Violet take the one on the right, Itachi the left one," I said, the others nodded, and went to there guys.
"What village are you?" I asked.
"We are from the water village, and I'm David," The kid said, then spotted me, "You!" He screamed, and advanced.
"Yes me," I said, and threw my self in the air, unsheathing my swords, of which I retrieved after the fight.
"Now eat metal," I yelled, and went down hard with my blade.
"Not so fast," He said, and I began to slow down, in the air.
"What the @#%&?" I shouted.
"That is my clans secret time slow technique. A very useful one to have," David explained, and went to search me. But I quickly shot lightning at him, and this was fast. the bolt his in the chest and I sped up again.But I felt a pinge of pain, I was still to weak to attack like that, I would have to stick to Tia jutsu for now. My swords in hand, I charged at him, when I saw the first sign, I chucked my blade forward, his attack froze it, but not me, so I grabbed the blade, and chucked the other, he was not fast enough to make the signs, and the blade gave him a gash on his arm.
Still in mid sign, he finished the technique, but a split second before, I chucked my other blade, it stayed in the air for a second before it was chucked at his other arm. Quickly, I took out a few Kunia, and chucked them at his arms, keeping them pinned down, then did the same for all I could.
"Now where is your scroll?" I asked him, and he told me his pocket, I went in grabbed it, a hell scroll. Then looked at the others, both done with their fight.
YAY!!! Lizzifer is back! Welcome!
Korah
Korah winced slightly as Vera began to gently rub a soothing gauze onto his blistered skin. "That guy got you pretty good," she said with a grin, "I'm impressed he actually managed to hurt you this much."
Korah chuckled, "Yea, he was... better then i thought he would be for sure. Some of these students are at a higher level then we were led to believe, or else there is just a higher caliber here this year."
"Could be a bit of both," Tezuka muttered as he slid down beside Korah. He held a thick piece of gauze to his forehead, nursing a pretty good cut that the sky boy had given him.
"Looks like you had a tough fight to," Korah said with a smile.
Tezuka just shrugged, "Yea, kind of, but I didn't use my bloodline really. I mean I played around with my blood but I didn't suck his or anything. I could tell that team was pretty strong from the get go and that we may not be able to defeat them all so I figured it was better to keep some things secret."
"Agreed," Korah said with a nod, "I was the same, I didn't use most of my stronger Ninjutsu and focused more on sword fighting." he paused, wincing again as Vera applied a bandage to his arm before she began working on his legs. "What about you Vera, what do you think."
"There unbalanced," she said simply. "The girl I fought was mostly a Taijutsu user, and she had little guard against my Genjutsu so she was very easy to deal with. And looking at their other team members it seems like they were all the same. They didn't have anyone who was particularly skilled in Gen or Ninjutsu, their team has a heavy sense of Taijutsu but that makes them unbalanced. If we had attacked them together we could have easily overwhelmed them."
"Possibly," Korah said, "Cole had a certain... knack for Lighting Jutsu, I doubt it would have been as easy as you think."
"As did my opponent," Vera murmured, "And they didn't even need to call lighting down from the sky, Bloodline do you think?"
"Possibly," Korah replied as Vera finished applying the last bandage and he stood to his feet. "Well let's get going, we need to head to the tower now that we've collected all the scrolls."
"But your wounded," Tezuka said, even as Korah grimaced a little as he took a step.
"It's nothing I can't handle," Korah said, "It will get better in time, and I still have enough chakra to fight, that's one good thing about focusing on swords."
"What do we do if we run into any more groups?" Vera asked as the three went sprinting away.
"Simple," Korah answered with a grin, "We take and burn their scrolls..."
**Well, I tried to get Incognito to post, but she hasn't yet, so I guess I'll just post**
Shinjiro
The trio arrayed before them looked to be from the Grass Country, if their headbands and attire were anything to go by. The all wore wide-brimmed hats and loose fitting clothing, obviously made for a wide open land exposed to the sun. Such a thought made Shinjiro shudder. Although...he wouldn't mind one of those hats. They'd provide nice protection for his eyes.
"I don't think so." Kazuna said in answer to their leader, "You can't beat us."
The boy simply smirked and started performing hand signs, eyes closed. Shinjiro started running forward, estimating that whatever this technique was, it wouldn't kill him in one go, and he didn't want to waste his chakra or reveal his Shadow Jump right now.
Just as he reached his opponent, though, spears out to either side of him, the chain between them whipping about, the grass around the boy grew into sword-like blades. Shinjiro skidded to a stop inches away from one aimed at his chest.
The boy smirked, "You're a little too slow, Shade-boy."
The sword suddenly shot out of the ground, impaling Shinjiro. His form burst into a cloud of smoke, and the boy looked up to see the actual Shinjiro standing on a nearby branch. "How could you have moved that fast?" He said, outraged. He performed another hand sign, and all the blades shot out of the ground, spinning wildly towards Shinjiro.
Shinjiro jumped, seeming to bounce from blade to blade with unnerving skill, although really he was just moving in the shadows they cast on each other, barely even there.
He landed in front of the Grass-nin, who immediately tried to bind him with vines that shot down from the tress. Shinjiro's edged spears cut through them quickly, then came together in a cross to block a slashing kunai. Shinjiro spun with his momentum, bringing the strong, oak hafts of the spears around to crack against the boy's temples, knocking him unconscious.
He knelt down by the unconscious body, rummaging through the folds of his shirt. He turned out a wide variety of weapons, before finally finding the scroll - luckily for them, an Earth one.
Kazuna and Suika walked over a little later, done with the other two members of the enemy team. "What'd we get?" Kazuna asked.
"Earth." Shinjiro replied, "Now all we need is Hell." He stood up, "We need to get to the tower, we've wasted enough time here. We'll either get Hell on the way, or we'll trap someone there."
