I hadn't seen what the mean, short girl had done but suddenly someone snapped "What are you looking at?". I jerked my head from the article I had been reading and saw the menancing look at one of the twins as the other one ,the girl made excuses about him. I was surprised, that anyone should react so sharply, but it was non of my bussines ,so I looked down again, that's when I heard a low whisper..

Chris:

"Gee ,what's HIS problem?"- I whispered to the girl next to me.
She seemed stunned that I had even talked to her.

I felt Comet's anger when he heard the whispered coment. Because of our...condition...we could hear better than most humans.

"You are my problem." Comet hissed, balling up his fist.

"Comet!" I hit his shoulder. Don't act like a jerk. We need to get to Canada so we can get out of the way of the government...

Yeah, whatever.

"That girl was got a arm to her" I said. I had just saw a tinny punch a guy and how well that make me felt. He deserve it.
"Not a black eye is it?" He asked.
"No but you deserved it. If it was me, not only you would have a black eye but also a excruciating pain in your lower parts, if you get what I mean. Not that I'm mean and a bad girl I just hate people that bug me and make fun of me when they don't know me from nowhere. Got it?" I replied.
"Um um..." He said as he nudged his head. I sit next to him and waited. I took a pack of gums out of my bag
"Do you wanna a piece of gum?" I asked.
"Yeah." He answered. I gave him the gum and waited. Again.

I didn't want to talk to this new kid sitting next to me. I didn't want to make a mistake with my name again. I just wanted to make it to Canada and make a break for it. I stared out the window.

Alexis

There had been a lot of commotion on the plane, so our peppy leader left her seat to calm everyone down.

I looked around quickly.

"Hey you!" I called to the person across the aisle from me (can be anyone!)

They looked at me. "What?"

"Hurry up and sit with me." I said

"Why?" they asked.

"Please? You have to save me from her." I pointed towards our leader.
Got YWS?

Kal

The girl was obviously crazy. Then again, so am I.

So I sat with her.

She was much more company than that Luis character.

"Thanks so much!" She said.

"Sure..."

"So whats your name?" She said, happily.

Oh no...not again...

"Um. Kal..." I stammered.

*Hope I got your character ok : - )*

i GENTLY WENT TO MY SEAT AND WAS LUCKY TO SIT BY THE WINDOW.

i noticed that i am the only one carrying a small bag or no luggage at all. It did not matter. The plane was noisy. I never like that. There is no modest in them.

The otehr seat was empty but i did not care. Honestly, i like it being alone. It gives me space and some time to refresh myself. How long will this flight last? What will i do when i got there? Many thoughst run past my head.

The doors were shut and a fight attendent began checking us. I saw one guy trying to scurry to the plane. Poor guy, but it is his fault. not mne.

A lot had been going on, the guy next to me, Chris, as I found out, almost got in a fight with that other ,angry, guy Comet. Huh. Well THEY had anger managment issues, not me. I tried not to pay any attention to them so I turned to the short girl next to me and tried to make conversation.

"Hey, I'm Kate, how about you?"

Chris

that guy had anger management issues. I stared at the girl next to me. She was boring. She had barely spoken a word, since we got on. I was thinking about that when I saw her ask the girl next to us a question.Hallelujah.

I heard the clear flight attendant's voice say that we'll be taking off in about fifteen minutes and asking everyone to fasten thei seatbelts and watch the safetry demonstration, that they were about to show

He smiled at Kal as she sat down beside him, then closed his eyes and leaned back in his seat. He'd talk to her later. For now... Anything you want to say to me before I go, dad?

Only that I don't understand why you don't want to get any work experience done now. Work doesn't get better the longer you leave these things. His father's voice whispered through his mind, Of course, your mother doesn't agree with me. She thinks you should get out and see the world now. The mental whisper of his father seemed to take on a slightly amused edge for a moment, Have a nice flight, son.

Luis smiled, I intend to. He blinked awake again - the flight attendants were just finishing a safety demonstration. He looked to his side and frowned. Where had Kal gone? He saw her engaged in conversation across the aisle from him.

He shrugged, only mildly offended. After all, he had gone to sleep on her, or so it would have appeared to her.

After I had a short conversation with the girl next to me we had taken off. I enjoyed the view of the fluffy cotton candy looking clouds as much as I could. I had gotten the middle seat and I was wedged between the short girl who was actually nice and the guy who got the window seat. Suddenly the boy turned towards me and said:
“Looks like cotton candy, huh?”
“That’s exactly what I was thinking. I wish I could come out and walk on it, it seems like you could do that from up here, where the clouds look like a firm, well not firm but like a soft carpet…what would that feel like?”- I murmured lost in thought, forgetting that I was even talking to anyone.
“Yeah.”- he stared at me wide eyed as he turned back.
I stared at him for a second and decided that I was too weird for this world.

Chris
It was all the cotton candy like clouds that made me talk to the weird girl beside me. I had asked her what she thinks and she had said something dumb, I’m not even sure she realized she was talking to me. I stared at my palms and noticed the bruises. I had no idea where I had encountered those from. They were just there. It was odd.

***I'm sorry to say this, but if things keep moving so fast, I will have to drop out. I have too much going on at this moment, with the last quarter in school, college exams, and play practice taking up all my time.***

Meave

I sat next to the isle. Not good. I hated flying; especially when I was sitting on the inside. I listened to all the comotion around me; so much drama, and so few ways to avoid it.

Someone bumped me, and I felt my temper rising. All this shouting was getting out of control. Yes, some were socializing, but everyone else...

"Can we all act our age, please?" I hissed, more to myself than anyone in particular. "Jesus."

*Now to get myself in the story..*

I look around, seeing if i would happen to know anybody on the plane. Sadly, i dont. I look out the window, trying to pass the time, when the girl sitting next to me looks over.

"Hey, can i sit next to the window? It would make this trip a heck of a lot better."

"Sure." i reply, following her out and letting her in first.

"Thanks, your a lifesaver!" she said with wide eyes.

*Okay Meave, we'll try to keep things slower, I thought they're moving pretty slowly, we're strill on the plane and it's page 4, but fine*

Kate:

When we were already safely up in the air, I got up from my seat and went to the bathroom. I never actually use bathrooms in airplanes, but they're great ways to meet people that are waiting for them, too. Also, you can wash your hands...other than that, bathrooms in airplanes are kind of gross. As I walked down the aisle, I noticed a boy sitting all alone. I figured I could say "hi", because everyone else already had people beside them, but this boy was all alone.

"Hello."- I said- "My name is Kate, how about you?"
"I'm Luis."- He said, absent mindedly.

*Billy, I hope you don't mind this, if you do just tell me."

Chris:
Weird girl got up and went somewhere. Great.I didn't have anything to do ,so I took out my i-pod.

This was pleasantly surprising. Someone who actually wanted to speak to him. He'd been getting something of a reluctant vibe from that Kal girl, but here was someone who genuinely wanted to talk. Although his innate ability to go far deeper into thought than most people had caught him out to a degree, and he only turned away from the window after a moment, smiling, "Nice to meet you, Kate."

She gave a shy smile, "Nice to meet you too. Any reason why you're sitting alone?"

He smiled back, "Not really. I was just thinking, I guess. About my family." I'd rather she didn't ask any further than that. What do I tell her if she does? Some lame job for my dad, obviously, and what state we live in. Anything more and that and I'll just have to tell her it's not worth discussing. Maybe I'd be better off just asking her something to get out of it, though.

"So," he said, "Why are you on this survival thing?"

" It's a long story, mind if I sit here?" - I asked.
" Sure, no problem. So tell me." - He said.
I sat down.

" Well see, it was either this or hanging out at my mum's yacht with the shallow kids my age. She always has these glamorous parties, don't know why, but they get very tiresome, and the people...they're just super rich snobs, that don't care for anything but money. So I thought, why don't I do something different this year and actually meet people that might care for something else..okay I;m blabbing, how about you, why are you here?" - I said too much, to a random stranger. probably thought I was weird. Or shallow. Or both. I probably was. I stared at him as I waited for his answer.

He raised an eyebrow. This girl was different to what he'd expected. He'd thought this was going to be a trip with a bunch of nature freaks, but instead it was looking as though at least one of his companions was someone he could relate to.

"It's kind of the same for me, except my family's not rich. It was a choice between this or spending the time helping my father at his work." He grimaced a little, "Not really the most exciting idea, I don't even want to go into it. I mean, it wouldn't have been all work, obviously, but my dad would've insisted that I spend my time off with my extended family, and they're a little odd."

Luis... His father's cajoling voice seemed to be whispering from even closer than Kate was sitting, Don't go talking too much about what we do.

Luis closed his eyes for a second, Wasn't going to, dad. They'd think I was a freak if I told them. Now can you let me talk?

"Luis, are you alright?" Kate looked a little concerned, "You kinda spaced out on me there."

"Sorry," he gave her an apologetic smile, "I've just got a headache. Yeah, my family's weird as well."

The pilot's voice interrupted whatever she was going to say next, "Passengers, this is your captain speaking. We will be encountering some turbulence within the next fifteen to thirty minutes. Please return to your seats and put on your seatbelts. I repeat, we are heading towards some minor turbulence, return to your seats and fasten your seatbelts. Thankyou."

Luis smiled, "Keep me company? I mean, if you're not going back to your seat anyway."
