Mike~~

i ran over to the scene right away. I saw the other two clamp their hands together and chuckled like praying to air would help. I saw Bettina wipe out some herbs but stopped her. "here let me kill the pain i got a venom for it' i said and ejected one of my venom filled nails. I realised the pain killer from the it with out touch and it quickly began to take effect. "okay, that should help with the pain and diminish the chance of infection so you can apply the herbs with less chance of infecting him.

Bettina~

"Um, thanks..." I told Mike. He was rather show-offish but I could bear him. I applied Kyle's herbs.

He recovered but was pretty weak. The herbs weren't magic.

In the shadows behind the cornfield a shadow moved. The birds around him began to scream protests. A searing pain in my chest told me they hadn't lived to relay their message to me.

I looked around to see if anyone had noticed. The shadow approached us and it seemed to be watching. He had a snake. The snake had no feeling. It was so conceited it hardly registered on my animal radar.

The shadow moved slower towards us with silent footsteps. He drew a longbow. Another creature called to me a warning but it's life ended with a bow to it's side.

Another arrow moved unnaturally towards us. It was making for one of the Zodiacs. I ran towards them and pushed them away. A piercing shock struck my thigh. I fell and saw a wooden arrow lodged deep in my leg.

**I had an idea that maybe Emily can see a persons past crimes by touching them. Is it okay if she can do this, as in it be added to her abilities?**

~Emily~

Everything had happened so fast. My head still hurt like crazy, and my vision was still fuzzy. I was just standing there, not knowing what to do. Suddenly I heard a groan to my right. My head jerked to see the little girl with an arrow in her leg. I wanted to run, scream, anything. I was paralyzed. That seemed to happen a lot lately. Maybe it was whatever those jerks injected into me. A girl with copper-blonde hair ran to her, screaming
“Bettina!!”
And she, too, ended up with an arrow in her side. The guy who shot them stepped forward, a snake wriggling around his wrists.

“You shouldn’t have tried to escape,” he said, his voice sharp and… well, snake-like.

“Who’re you?” asked one of the burly-er guys.

“It doesn’t matter,” replied snake-man. “We have you.”

Other armed men that looked like SWAT guys appeared with actual guns. Why’d that guy have a stupid bow and arrow when he had access to those awesome guns? The little girl, Bettina, and the other girl looked ready to puke and pass out at the same time. Oh. That was the reason. People hate heroes, my dad had told me once. So only worry about yourself, and accidentally save everyone else. Uhhhh… bingo.

“Thank goodness you’re here!” I screamed. If this didn’t work I’d be deader than dead. “These lunatics kidnapped me and drug me along on this plane ride.” Snake-man looked at me questioningly.

“You mean to say that you DIDN’T want to run away?”

“Yes!” I tried to look relieved. Everyone was looking at me like I was some traitor. Perfect, it was working. “If you guys hadn’t come along… why…”

Snake-man took one last suspicious look at me then grinned.
“Apparently, men, this girl knows who to side with. Come over here, you’re right in the line of fire.”

I ran over and half hid behind herpetologist boy. I was getting the evil eye from the other people who were on the plane. This would’ve been a lot easier if I knew what the heck I was talking about. So, we had been running away from something…

“You all are more trouble than I can stand,” said serpentine. His pet was looking at me funny… That’s it. I tuned out whatever else he was saying and buzzed loudly. If only a real fly would pop into existence right now. Starting to swat air I punched snake-man right in the nose. I think I broke, because blood ran out.

“Ohmigosh! Are you okay?” I pretended to be worried. Pretend pretend pretend… that’s all I ever did. “Here, let me look at it…”

As soon as I got close enough I kicked him where it hurts. A giggle came from behind me. Who did it belong to? My arm had broken and healed itself. Maybe I was okay…

“Get her!” was his nasally scream. I felt a shot in my side. Letting out a grunt I heard a low thump on the ground. There was the bullet.

“I’m alive! I’m alive! Hoo, boy, I’m alive!!” I yelped as I started punching and kicking all who I guessed were the bad guys I could. I didn’t get shot again, but gunfire let out.

As the SWAT men opened open fire i felt my "gift" flourish. Perfect, i thought before i grobbed one of their guns and snapped his neck with the butt of it. I spun around and smashed another man 15 feet into the air. Then it was over but my power refused to calm down. "Guys i need some help" i managed to get out before the roaring fury of my power ran through my body.

Mike~~

I saw Mikael quickly take all the guards out along with the fun. But soon he saw him still attacking charging right at me and the rest of the group. He was calling for help when he came towards me. I quickly jumped out of the way and knew what i had to do. He was chasing the others around who were helpless, still sore from the crash. Luckily I Had put on his stronger skin before we hit. I quickly fell to the ground and ran after Mikael. I jumped up over him again and fell right behind him and grabbed on to his shoulders as he ran trying to get me off. I had only been on there for a second though before i was thrown off. I got up slowly and was meet with the vision of Mikael charging me again. I dove out of the way about a second before he hit were i was. The i was just able to swing my hand at his leg ejecting a knock out venom in. Mikael ran for about another minute or so slowing down has he went before he crumpled and hit the ground hard.

Adrianna

Adrianna looked up from where she was sitting in the grass. A full, armed SWAT team was assaulting the Zodiacs. Adrianna stumbled onto her feet as two SWATs separated from their group to make a beeline towards her.

"S - Stop," Adrianna mumbled. One of the men slowed slightly. The other blinked. Adrianna felt as though a wall had slammed into her as she tried to use her power again. It was no use. Adrianna shook her head to release any tendrils she had over them.

The two SWATs moved forward, their guns pointed carefully at her. Adrianna looked toward the other battling Zodiacs. She had not the strength to call out to them. Even if she did have it, Adrianna doubted she would have called for help. She never did.

Adrianna slipped back towards the ground, fighting to remain conscious.

She fought a losing battle. Blackness smacked into Adrianna. She felt herself land sprawled in the grass.

Then it was black.

Kyle~


Kyle fell back far enough that his body wouldn't be in any immediate danger, and sent out as many astral forms as he could stretching his abilities to their limit.

24 exact replicas of him entered the fray, most of his attention was focused on Pollux. Kyle had discovered a while back that one of his astral forms were different. It had a personality of it's own.

He suspected it was his inner self being let out. In honor of the constellation Gemini, he named it Pollux, and Pollux called him Castor.

Pollux could act on his own and was much stronger and faster then Kyle himself. The two of them talked telapathicly, as Kyle controlled the clones Pollux maid sure Kyles body was safe, and they would discuss tactics in their mind.

It had taken him a few seconds to realise exactly what was going on. Everything had happened so fast! First, the crash, and a few people giving him odd looks, and the question of what he was doing here had been raised.

Then, before he could even start to explain that he’d been swimming, men with guns – and one with a snake and a longbow – had arrived and started fighting the people from the plane.

It was when he saw one of the newcomers send a man flying through the air with almost careless ease that he realised they were like him.

Then he saw one of them, a girl, going down, two SWAT men advancing on her, guns raised. Reacting without really thinking, Will drew the coolant water out of the engine and froze it into a solid ball of ice, which he sent hurtling into the two SWAT men. “Hey, a little help here?” He shouted, “She’s out cold!”

Mike~~

After taking out (sorry forgot his name, skulls guy) I went back to the real fight. Most of the swat men were down but the ones left were fighting strong, plus there was the snake dude. I quickly side swiped a Swat man and saw his gun fly out in the processes. I grabbed the gun then began to shot the other SWAT men with it. I was able to hit one guy effectively but the others were still up.
"mike watch out" i heard in Spinners voice and turned to see the snake man lunge at me. Luckily Spinner and the new guy will joined there water power together and crashed a wave into him. I was able to jump over it. But unluckily for me so did the man with the snakes who attacked me mid air. I was taking down and before i could bring out my harder skin hit it. I was just only had enough time to shot a venom nail at the snake guy, it was a vision blurring one.

The bodies of my fellow Zodiacs littered the battlefield. We had no hope.

I received a wake up call from the earth. It was still my ally. Without any warning trees sprang to life and began ambushing the shocked SWAT team.

The grass pulled at their legs and twigs flew at their faces.

Who was left standing? Nearly everyone had blacked out. Bettina's leg was turning a greenish colour as well as Emily. He had poisoned the stupid arrows. They were so outdated but horribly effective.

Will was still conscious as well Kyle and some others.

"Get them to the trees!" I screamed over the mayhem and panic. They obliged. I scooped up Bettina's limp body and the others did the same.

Later;

We sat in the protection of the forest. It was twilight and the woods were dark and gloomy. And the sky was starless as clouds moved over the moon.

All was serene but our peace could not wait. We had more problems to sort out.

*Wow everyone blacked out! That's a very popular storybook scene...*

Pollux~ (this will be in first person)

Castor or Kyle as his friends called him had dismissed all his other counter parts but me. I liked it when I could stretch. Castor was so repressive of me. I was everything he tried to hide. His crazy side, the side of him that admitted that he had feelings for Sabina the side that was willing to kill. The spontaneous side. He looked over at Kyle one more time. It looked like he was asleep.

Tony came up to me.

"So you're Kyle's other half." Tony asked.

"I suppose if you want to put it that way," I said.

"So you're everything he hides about himself,"

"Yes," I said.

"Interesting, you seem more layed back. I mean Kyles my friend, but sometimes he can be a bit highstrung."


"You have no idea," I knew things about Kyle that he would never want any of his friends to know. "But he has good reason to be, If are were in controle he'd be dead."

Mike~~

I slowly woke up and searched the are, everyone was still out but Sabine who was hoovering over Brinna and Emily. I slowly crawled over to the scene.
"whats wrong with them" i asked
"oh, your awake Mike, well they were poisoned by the arch man" Sabine said
"oh" i said and sniffed near there greenish tint.
"what are you doing" Sabine asked
"having so many poisons in me i can tell sometimes if poisons are lethal and stuff like that" i said answering her and continued to sniff a few more times. "this is fine, it is just a minor knock out one, it will make them a bit weak when they wake up and nauseous but other then that fine"
Sabine let out a sigh of relief "well that's good" she said and and then sat down.
"why don't you get some rest, i can keep watch if you want" i said
"thanks but you should rest" She said and pushed her self back up.
"i already got enough rest for now, you were just in the fight to you need to sleep, so if they come your not just a pain our butts, we need you to be able to fight and maybe do this again. i said in a tone that said do not argue with me.
"fine" she said obviously to tired to give a fight.

Adrianna

Adrianna tossed restlessly. Her mother and father stood in front of her, just outside of Adrianna's reach. Adrianna cried out to her desperately. They didn't seem to hear. A military general walked up to them, muttering something to her parents under his breath. Adrianna struggled, but her body was too tired to move.

Not again! No!

The military man motioned to someone in a large imposing Hummer. A younger Traux jumped out of the vehicle and handed a letter to Adrianna's parents. Adrianna's mother opened it. She showed it to Adrianna's father, uncertainty in her face. Adrianna's father nodded his head, saying something. Adrianna couldn't hear him.

Her parents waved an affectionate goodbye to Adrianna. Adrianna was sobbing now, fighting tooth and nail to get up, to stop them.

The Hummer drove away. Adrianna fought, rolled, kicked, twisted. Anything to break free.

Anything.

Blackness came creeping back into her vision.

**Sorry if this is melodramatic. Adrianna will be awake by next post. I thought that a little of her backstory would do good here...

Tony looked at the Half with respectful eyes, "I guess I can understand it." He took a seat next to him and began to focus.

"What did you just do?"

"I created a barrier of sorts. It will disrupt anyone who comes close and cause them to walk around us, and if the do realize it's an illusion, I'll know they're coming. So, how's Kyle doing?"
