Hi Kay! I'm Kat! Well, I wished authors didn't rush through something. For example, sometimes, there's this long day where just too much happens and the day never seems to end, when sometimes there's these others where they just say 'and nothing special happened' in two pages. One thing I do adore, is their ability to create such characters and plots that really draw us in. Oh! And Welcome to YWS! PM me if you need anything.

Hi everyone!

Well, obviously I'm new here and just thought I'd introduced myself. I actually used to be a member of YWS quite a while ago, although a lot seems to have changed (the website was rather different). I didn't really submit much though and I haven't written anything for ages so I decided it was probably time for me to start again.

I love reading, and at the moment I'm quite into 'older' books, like Dickens. At the moment I'm reading Bleak House (althought not entirely out of choice as it's for school), and am loving it, though it's rather heavy going!

So, yeah, hi everyone. I'll be posting up a poem later that I'm entering for a competition to get me back into writing, so any feedback on that would be much appreciated.
