Xan~

Xan stared after the girl for a while before a rough hand gripped the back of his trousers, sending him flying into the room with a shout of surprise. An old man with a long black bead stood firm in the center of the room, staring at Xan. "Alexandrite! It took you two weeks to get here?!" The man yelled angrily, his english accent threading perfectly through each word.

"Sorry grandfather, I mean, Dreamstalker." Xan bit his bottom lip at the slip of the word grandfather. Dreamstalker sighed and waved it off, not bothering to correct Xan.

"Eh, it's fine to call me that in private, just not in front of the king. But! Something that's not fine is you coming two weeks late! Argh! Where were you?! The Swamp of Tears?" Xan shook his head.

"No sir, I was on a mission and you know how Faolin is..." Both Xan and Dreamstalker shuddered aloud.

"Yes, she's like your mother and grandmother. Their temper gets the best of them all the time," at that they both nodded.

"Okay, well, what'd you call me here for this time?" Xan asked, a smile playing at the corner of his lips as the old man shook his head.

"It's a pot load of things. First of all, my visions for the king are getting harder to read and it's getting harder for me to get out there and get my herbs. So, I need you to stay here and help me for a bit," he smiled and began to cough violently, gripping his chest. He summoned a glass of water and chugged it down, letting out a breath. "Now, lets get you... out of these... rags," Dreamstalker tugged on the pants and walked over to his dresses fondling around until he found what he was looking for. He tossed the clothes at Xan and shoved him into an enclosed room. Xan sighed and changed, walking back out.

"Now what?"

"We wait for dinner!" Dreamstalker declared whole heartily. Boy did he love dinner at the castle.

~Stormi-training hours~

I worked my hardest and when her training was over I was sweating vilontely.

"Very good daughter. You have almost mastered your powers." I nodded at my fathers comment and headed to my shower room. It felt great to have an actual bath instead of one from a spring. I found my best dress and threw it over my body. I brushed my hair softly and put it in a braid. I was soon thinking about that boy again. How did he find me? He probably didn't even notice me, I thought.

I was soon entering the digning quarters. Their was the boy sitting next to the Dreamstalker. I took a deep breath and went to sit in my proper place, across from Evil at the far end of the table. Xan looked at me.

"What are you looking at peasant?" I spat the words at him. He quickly turned his head. Soon dinner was served. I looked at mine in disgust. It was some wierd looking meat.

"What is this?" I asked the server.

"Why, it is the most finest of Panther, Princess", the server said politely.

"Ugh! I will not eat any form of cat. Give me bear meat", I replied rudely. Evil was smiling calmly. Xan looked over at me and I sensed the Dreamstalker kick him for noticing my rudeness. I didn't care. We were eating and it was very quiet. Then Evil talked about my training. Right after his last word "Stormi" Xan dropped his fork and turned to me. I couldn't handle his staring at me so I got up and left without word. I went to the balcony outside of the ballroom.

Xan~

Xan opened and closed his mouth a few times, trying to find a way that this girl, this demanding, fickle girl could be Stormi. He shook his head and excused himself from the table. "Where are you off to?" Dreamstalker called after him, only to get silence in response. Dreamstalker knew where he was going and knew that he'd be back by morning. The second he got out of the castle doors he shot off to the near forest, transforming into his wolf form and following a glowing pink light. He shoved his nose under a bush and wiggled through the thorns that gripped at his pelt, tearing into his skin. He was finally there. At the cherry blossom trees where his entire family used to meet. The only place where good and evil met each year. He shifted into his human form, the pain in his heart coming and going. Was that girl really Stormi? If it was then what happened? Stormi Evil... Storm Evil. Evil Storm! That was it! She came from a root of evil and controled the wind! It all came together! Xan sighed and rested his back against the largest tree, sliding down the trunk. The family meeting was in two months. They'd all come, join together in getting drunk, even a fourteen, sing drunken songs, have the yearly fight for who was next leader, then end it off the next night with an all day song. There was another place closer to the good side's territory where they'd all come together again in six months. Xan smiled slightly, pulling his knees up slightly and burrying his head into his arms, laughing at the thought of his drunk grandfather. A twig snapped behind him, making him suddenly spin around, growling like a wolf, even though he was in his human form.

Slade

I awoke to the smell of warm coffee and cinamon, but then realized how stiff my body felt. I was in pain, agonizing pain that wrapped around my entire torso like a rappidly tightening rope.

"Are you okay, Miss?" went the voice from besid emy bed. I shook my head in a no and started screaming, I felt the silk sheets around my legs being pulled away and then freezing cold water splashed me body, my blood felt as if it froze in my viens...

Faolin~

Faolin stared at the guy for a second before squatting down beside next to him. "I'm Faolin by the way," she smiled lightly, sticking her hand out.

"Lucien," he replied shaking it swiftly.

"So Lucien, what are you doing at a cemetary?"

~Stormi-On castle balcony~

I stood there. I was on the edge of the balcony just ready to jump off. Then I watched as the castle doors opened and Xan ran off into the woods. I couldn't believe it. He was actually here. In the same place as me. I knew he was only here to assist the Dreamstalker. Then it happend. I had this erge to follow him. I ran into the forest following his scent. Then there he was. Against a tree with his eyes closed. I didn't understand what drew me towards him. Then I stepped on a twig. I smacked my head and watched him as his eyes jerked open and he came into a fighting stance. I drew into mine and already knew what element I was going to use. He was in his human form and he was in deadly need of a bath. We stared at eachother for moments.

Xan~ Near cherry blossoms

Xan stared at the girl that was Stormi for a second, slowly raising his lips in a snarl. Damned woman. In my family's meeting place The words went through his head, his bloodthirsty side taking over. Yes, he was thirsty, extremely thirsty. Xan shook his head, taking a step towards the girl. "Better get back to your daddy, Princess." the words sounded inhuman, not anything like his smooth voice, "Were you ever going to tell me that you were the evil king's daughter? Or was that all part of your little unknown plan? Were you going to help me kill the next evil official and them turn me in, and as the heir to the evil lands you could get more glory?" His eyes were glowing red and his mouth was opened wide as he laughed wickedly. "You know, I'm kind of hurt... but being hurt is nothing compared to the feeling you get when you feed." A laugh rumbled deep in his chest. "Especially if it's on one you love. Y'know. That's how my brother-in-law died. My eldest sister was hurt because she caught him lying to her, so she beheaded him and fed off his remains."

"N-" Stormi began but Xan cut her off with a vicious snarl.

"I don't want to hear anything from you!" His voice slowly shifted back into it's regular sound, his eyes going back to their normal colour, showing how hurt he was. He hissed in pain and backed away from Stormi and out of the circle of cherry blossoms, the ground going out from under him again as he fell into yet another trap. He shifted into his human form and gripped the cloth above his heart. The scars there, and on his face stung greatly, making him groan in pain. He looked up out of the hole, seeing Stormi look over. "Go away!" He shouted, his voice cracking, "H-haven't you hurt me enough Stormi? I'm not hurt because of you and I'm not scared of you, nor what you could do to me. I'm scared of the fact that you... that you can't and won't trust me, and that's what hurts. You ran away when you clawed my face. I tried to run after you but couldn't find you. I'm scared of the fact that I'm in love with you and you don't trust nor love me back," he clawed the ground underneath him angrily, trying to hold back his thirsty side. "Now... go. Please Stormi. Before I do something I'll regret my entire life."

*Lol. a little over dramatic*

~Corinna-Morning~

I caughed. I smelled breakfast and I headed to the kitchen. Mannora came into my path and stopped me.

"Madam Slade is bleeding badly. It won't seem to stop." I didn't know what to say to this. I rushed to the young girls room.

"Get out!", I yelled at the staff. They left in a hurry. I sat next to the girl. She was sweating and i lifted her covers. She was bleeding very badly. The weird thing is that there was no cut. It was just bleeding out of her pores like it does to me. I didn't put the covers back on her. Instead I stood and shadowed myself and layed myself under her. I tried to stop the bleeding by blending my shadow in with her. It didn't help. I returned to human form and sat down. I stayed by her for an hour focusing on her bleeding until finally getting up to get something to eat.

~Stormi~

I felt the change again. I backed away from Xan and I felt my eyes start to glow. I felt my dress turn pure white. I felt my soul go totally good. I was soon back over Xan. I jumped into the whole with the thirsty Vulmane. Xan looked at me and I could see the stress, hurt, and love in his eyes. At this moment I felt strong and brave. Something that was better than feeling power. I think the other feeling was...love. I felt the tears streak down my face.

"I never meant to hurt you, Xan. I loved-love you. I never knew he was my father as much as I knew that that the Goodess was my mother. I'm sorry." I looked away for an instant. When I looked up he was right in front of my face. His mouth was drooling, his eyes feasting on my body. I knew he was going to do it. I looked him in the eyes after I had stored away my tears.

"Do it," I whispered.

"What?" Xan asked with his thirsty eyes going back to normal.

"I know I didn't stutter. I said do it. You're thirsty. Do it!" I yelled at him. Xan backed up at first then came forward. His lips were at my neck and he picked up his head and brushed them across my lips. When he was going to pull back I pulled him forward and held his neck. Then when I let go I held his hand and blasted us into the air. We came above a pasture fillled with deer. I landed and he looked into the pasture with starving, glowing eyes. At that moment, I sunk into the ground dissappearing before I changed again.

**Alright, I made a mistake in my last post thinking Lucien was with Adron and Lucky, just disregard that. He still hasn't worked out Lucky's name, though.**

Dante:

He saw Adron take a step closer to the girl, reaching out to his mind for a moment to hear his thoughts. ...Even tries getting close to her, I swear...

Dante smield and held up his hands, "Don't worry, I'm not gonna hurt either of you. I just thought I'd say hi, given that it's either that or just ignore you and give up the chance to meet some new people."

He grinned a little, taking a step forward and holding out one hand, "I'm Dante."

~Bartholomew Charne~

I watched as Kippy Cat played in the yard squealing with all the plants she made chase her. One got her and she laughed and yelled "Put me down! My bloomers are showing!" in an English accent. It was amazing and heart warming. The oven dinged.

"Kippy Cat! Time to eat!" I yelled after her. I turned and she was already at the table with it set and everything. I thought that her speed was an amazing gift. I have no idea where she got it from, but she was already a master at it.

Xan~

Xan had finished feeding, all hint of his thirst coming back gone. He looked around slowly, trying to find Stormi. "Stormi?" He whispered, getting no answer. He sighed and layed down in the clearing, staring up at the stars. He fingered the Yin and Yang ring on his left hand absentmindedly right as a star shot across the dark sky, lighting it up for a few seconds. "The sad truth is that most evil is done by people who never make up their minds to be good or evil." Xan said all of a sudden. He covered his mouth and sat up, looking around quickly as he removed his hand again. "Nobody chooses evil because it is evil; one only mistakes it for happiness, it's good that one seeks." What the hell? "The function of wisdom is to discriminate between good and evil." Urgh... now he was confused. He had no control over what he was saying, none at all. He layed back down on the ground, his mouth covered. Finally the voice left and Xan rolled onto his stomach, pounding the ground over and over again. He was such... such an idiot. Had he not scared that horse then he would be in this kind of pain. But, then again, if he didn't he would've never met Stormi. He shook both thoughts away and sighed, laying his cheek against the dewy grass

Slade

The first thing I thought was that I was going to die because I could smell the blood, rusty and salty, in my nose. The pain had faded now, to my surprise and I could actully open my eyes. I was in a gorgeous bedroom, the bed canopy was a light blue, my favorite color because it reminded me of the sky.

"Good morning" went the voice of a woman from the other side of the room.

~Stormi~

I watched as Xan reluctantly pounded the ground then gave up. I had risen above the ground now sitting behind him.

"Are you always this...weird?" I asked. He jumped and turned. He looked at my dress witch was still white and breathed a sigh of relief. I was relieved also. I didn't want to turn yet. Not now. I felt a breeze rush across my face blowing my long black hair in the wind. It was very quiet now. I looked at Xan and started to bend the wind into a song. It started to hum and then it moved onto a whistle. I stopped and the forest continued the song. Xan laughed in delight. When the song was done I went and sat by him. I looked at him longily. He did the same.

"Why did you do that, Stormi?" he asked. I was surprised at first. Then I spoke up in shame. I was not proud of what was going on.

"I didn't do anything. I wasn't able to choose. I have absolutely no control over this fight. One thing I have noticed is when I'm with you, I am different than when I'm away. Like now. I thought the fight was over and I would forever be in darkness never ending. You appeared out of no where and now I am in light." Xan was glancing down at this point. I looked into the rustling leaves being stepped on in the forest. I watched as a wolf emerged from the forest line. It was beautiful with it's silver coat shining in the moonlight. I stood with my dress now soaked in dew. I forgot it was white and Xan was looking at me very funny.

"Do you regret meeting me?" I asked. Xan didn't answer. He stood and walked over to me and cupped my chin. My heart was racing as fast as the wind could blow. He brushed his lips against mine, once again. He put his hand down and grabbed my waist, pulled me foward, and kissed me. My hair wrapped around his face. Then he let go and picked me up, still kissing me. We walked through the forest all the way to the other side, to where you could see the castle. He put me down and waved as I blasted my self up to the same balcony in which I left. I was still the same until he left to enter the castle doors. I felt the change once again. I screamed in pain. As this time I felt something carved in my chest right above my left breast. It stung. Then Evil came and touched my shoulder. I smacked his hand away, again screaming in pain.

"IT BURNS! IT HURTS!" I screamed I watched as a smile spread across his face and I leaped off the balcony on to him. I had pinned all of his fours down and he couldn't escape. Then I looked up at Xan standing in the doorway.
