"Ooh hope i didn't hurt you too bad." Ella said after she scratched the guy who had just bumped into her and winked.
She'd had emo friends before, this one seemed like he loved that she had scratched him.

She examined the group of people, Aah finally i have found them.
All of them were beginning to walk, after a comment from another guy.

Quickly she followed after eager to find Dr.Blaine. Her eyes wandered many times to the guy that had bumped into her.

Ugh why am i so lovestruck! Ella shook her head and tried to get his amazing red eyes out of her mind.

It didn't work and she still stared at him, he would never love me back...I'm too different.

Caleb-

Caleb followed the group. They were headed down an alleyway trying not to look suspicious. That wasn't working out too well for them. Caleb sat down on a stair step and pulled out a cigarette. His "emergency only" pack actually. Families can do that kind of stuff to you. Especially his family.

The group was congregated a few yards away from him. He wasn't exactly the social type. Not that he was dissocial, it was just easier not to get involved. He pulled out a lighter and lit the cigarette. He sighed and blew the smoke out into the damp air.

"What a day." He mumbled to himself.

"Yeah, it's really gloomy today." A voice from behind him came. He turned and looked into the shadows to see a girl emerge. A beautiful girl. She had blended in so well with the darkness because of her black hair and clothes.

At first the idea that he couldn't read her mind didn't register, this stuff had only started happening a few days ago, but then he actually wanted to know what he was thinking.

"Guys, we got another one." He said, louder so the others could hear.

"So you can do it too?" Caleb nodded, the others looked over at them and then continued talking.

"We are all here, sort of banded together, to find Dr. Blain." He answered he offered her a cigarette.

Tim

The girl that had scratched him kept on gazing, he lifted his scratched arm to his mouth and sucked on it. She looked away.

He smiled, even though he wasn't amused, Pain. I feel pain in not knowing what she's thinking.

He smiled harder, even though he was aware that some people on the street were thinking, Crazy suicidal emo bloody cult!! He choked back some laughter, people in Seattle were definitely fluent in french. (A.N. anyone get that? ^^)

The girl had obviously heard the thoughts as well, but she looked slightly stunned. Tim's eyes sparkled with pained humour as he asked the group, "Did everyone hear that?"

He laughed when no one replied, "I'll take that as a yes."

Even the group he was with was looking at him as if he was crazy. His joy rose, Pain fuels my life.

He glanced at the girl who had been staring at him and he nearly recoiled with shock. She was . . .

Ella

She couldn't control her emotions, love kept taking over steering her eyes toward his back.

How is it I can love a guy at first sight without even knowing his name? Her heart nearly broke out of her ribs when he glanced back at her. Fire arose in her cheeks and she had to whip her head sideways.

I must find out his name... After a few minutes she shoved her sweaty palms in her pockets and sped up to walk incline with him. His fierce red eyes were toward the ground, only when he rose his head to suck his cut did he notice her.

"Um, can i have a name vampire? If you want to your welcome to drink my blood." She laughed holding out her wrist. He let out a chuckle and pushed her wrist to her side.

Why must so much pain come from not knowing his thoughts? She was beginning to panic but, she didn't let it show. Her will made her strong she could break any emotion and put it away in a closet under lock and key.

She waited for his name while examining the rest of the group.

Tim glanced at her, "Tim."

She began to walk in pace with him and he realised that she was an extremely attractive girl. One that could break many hearts.

Breaking hearts meant pain, he mentally raised an eyebrow. He had heard that a broken hearted person experienced the most pain and that that pain never healed. If he had his heart broken would he no longer feel joy in pain?

Without realising it, he had stopped walking. The girl had stopped walking too. Would I be normal if my heart was broken?

He would be in pain if his heart was broken, would it be enough pain to keep him alive? He glanced at her, heart racing, would he be able to escape the pain that ran his life and controlled his emotions?

He opened his mouth and said some words, his throat was dry. He grabbed her right hand and looked into her eyes, his eyes echoing with hope, "Will you love me?"

SHe looked at him nearly recoiling at the sudden words.

Kelly:

Kelly felt Colts' grip tighten on her hand as she heard the thoughts pass through her mind. Her hand started hurting. She tried not to wince but she did.

"We need to get out of here," Colt said, "we're scaring people."

Kelly could tell that he didn't like the idea of trying to find this Dr. Blaine person. She didn't either, but she wanted answers.

"Yeah guys, besides its starting to get dark and I need to head back to my motel to check on somethings." She said, looking at Colt.

"I agree." A girl said. Kelly forgot her name.

"Okay, why don't we all meet back here tomorrow mornign and we'll try to figure out what to do." A guy added.

"Okay." Kelly said starting to turn around. Colt still held her hand. she looked at him. He smiled.

"You want me to walk with you?" He asked.

"If you want." He didn't say anything, just started walking.

"Bye, guys." I hollered over my shoulder, walking along side Colt.

*smiles*

Colt:

Ah, look at that couple, that is so not fair! A teenage girl sighed in her head as she walked by.

"So, about that thought, I'm sorry if I was a little forward." He said lookikng down at her.

"What do you mean?" She asked as they turned a corner and kept going.

"About grabbing your hand, you've only known me for so long." He shrugged. "If you want me to back off I will."

Kelly:

Kelly smiled. "It's okay. You don't have to if you don't want to."

She stopped and looked around. She looked at Colt. He frowned. "What's wrong?"

"I forgot where my motel was."

"Oh. Where youstaying at?"

"The Lucky 8."

"Oh."

"Yeah, tell me about it. But I think we're heading in the right direction." She pulled him a little closer, shivering. "It's starting to get cold."

He titlted her head up. Slowly he brought his mouth down towards hers, and pressed it to hers gently.


*got to go*

Colt:

Colt didn't know why he had the urge to kiss her, but when she moved closer he couldn't resist. He kissed her softly, but when she leaned in he pulled her closer and kissed her more passionatly.

That girl has to be three years younger then her, and he's bigger, I wonder if she is ok with him kissing her! Someone thought. HE pulled away from her and looked around for the thinker, he didn't see them though. He sighed.

"Sorry." He muttered wrapping his arm around her and leading her towards her hotel. He pulled his jacket off and drapped it around her shoulders. "There."

Kelly:

Heat filled Kelly's cheeks as he pulled away from her, putting his jacket around her shoulders.

"Thanks." She said, snuggling closer to get warmer. "Are you sure you're not cold?" She asked, looking at him.

"Naw, I'm alright."

"There's the motel." They walked towards her door, still holding hands.

"What room are you in?"

"321."

"Odd."

"Why?"

"Because, it's 3-2-1."

She laughed. "Oh."

They made it to the door. She searched her pocket for her key. Finding it, she unlocked the door and opened it. She turned around and threw her arms around Colts' neck.

"Thank you."

"For what?"

"Walking me back of course."

"Your welcome." He kissed her once more before, letting her go.

"I'll see you tomorrow. Where are you staying, just incase I need to get in touch with you?" She asked, stepping back.

Colt:

Colt shrugged, "I'll book a room here. Hopefully 322 is empty." He smiled softly. "If not I will tell you what room I'm in." He smiled. He turned and walked to the lobby.

"Can I help you?" The man at the front desk asked.

"I need to book a room." He said leaning on the counter. "322 if possible."

"Why that room?" The man asked. That is right next to that girl he brought back, I remember her, she's hott!

"Does it matter?" Colt demanded. "I know the room is vacant, so key please." He got the room and went up stairs knocking on her door. She opened it and smiled. "I'm next door." He replied.

*Grrr*

Kelly:

She heard teh knock on her door, and inwardly smiled. She got up and walked to the door, opening it.

He smiled. "I'm next door."

"Cool. So what do you want to do now. WEe can watch some T.V., or i brought my laptop, we could surf the web. Or we could just go to sleep." She gestured to the T.V., then to her laptop, which was open on her bed. Turning back to him, she frowned.

"What?"

"I don't have any popcorn."

Laughing, he said, "I could run to the store and buy some and we could have a movie night?"

"Okay, here's my key and $5.00." She pushed him out the door. "Hurry up, I know theres some good movies on HBO."

After he left, she plopped back down on the bed, shut down her laptop and layed her head on the pillow. She must have drifted off to sleep, because she was awoken by teh sound of teh door open.

She screamed.

"Tim." He muttered deep in his thoughts.

She tried to think if she should tell him her name or wait, he seemed like he needed to say something.
After a little while he took her hand in his and said words that made her heart burst with happiness.
A smile pulled at her lips looking deep in his blazing eyes filled with hope.

"Until the day i die." She promised squeezing his hand.

Without knowing it she grazed her nails against his skin, and he grinned wide.

Eww emo couple alert, burn in hell blood lusts! A preppy dumb blond thought as she walked by.

What's that pretty girl doing with a guy like that? A skater boy pondered on his skateboard.

"So judgemental, they need to mind their own buisness." She said absentmindedly watching the crimson flow from Tim's cut.

So many new things all at once and now i want to start cutting again.

Tim was looking shocked, obviously he had caught sight of her wrists.

"Oh and name's Ella." She finished wanting to hear his thoughts about her.
