**Wait...it wasn't you? Jesus, I'm getting confused! One of the people, I don't remember who, asked me to kill their character. I thought it was you. Hang on...**

Jack-

I took out the rouge Drake had been fighting to finish them off. Drake and Tegan ran after the two girls who were being chased by a rather ugly looking man. I wasn't sure if I should follow or stay behing and gaurd Haven. I decided that Haven would be out for a while and that they could probably use more help with this large ugly man. I ran after Drake and Teagan who were following Jenna, Alana, and the ugly man and we all wound up in a grave yard. How cliche.

I laughed a bit then heard someone calling my name. It was Joseph. I looked around to see if I could find the others; the gravyard had many trees and moseleums. Joseph caught up with me and I filled him in on why we were in the graveyard.

"Well where did they go?" He asked. I shook my head and looked around using my super vamp vision but couldn't find them.

"I'm not sure." I picked up a shovel next to a freshly dug grave and began to walk. I heard a scream and we both ran in the direction of it.

Drake and Tegan were balancing on headstones, looking around. The darkness was no problem for either of them. They could see everything within sight.

"Where are they?" Drake whispered.

"Hard to tell," Tegan responded, focused on the search.

"When we do find them, I'm handling Walter."

"Bullshit. He almost killed you. We're both handling him."

"Tegan - "

"We are both handling him. Now, shut up about it."

Drake watched Tegan. What had made him suddenly consider teamwork? And why was he so tense, worried? Drake knew almost instantly. It was Jenna. He loved Jenna!

Alana:

Alana grabbed Jenna's arm and hid her behind a headstone.

"STAY HERE!" She hissed. She ran back out from behind the headstone and streaked past Walter getting his attention. He chuckled causing a shiver to run down her back.

"You know you can't get away." He hissed coming after her.

No, but I can try. She thought seeing a bar. She grabbed it and jumped behind a tree praying Drake and Teagan would find them soon.

Jenna-

I hated the fact that nobody ever expected that maybe I wanted to fight, but in this case, I really didn't know what I could do. Or Alana either. Walter was even more powerful than any vampire I had ever seen.

I was breathing heavily, staring out on the scene. Alana was hiding behind a tree. I fingered the stone in front of me, wondering who it marked.

There was the sound of running and I saw Drake and Tegan come over the hill. I sighed with relief. But they couldn't see Walter or Alana. I stood up, giving away my hiding place, but Walter wasn't watching. I found Tegan's eye straight away. He began to run towards me, but Drake held him back. I wanted to talk to him, but Drake was right, that would give them away.

"Where?" Drake mouthed. I caught the action out of the corner of my eye, my gaze still intently locked with Tegan's.

I raised my arm and pointed to the tree just as I heard Walter say "Gotcha" and Alana let out an ear-piercing scream.

The other two immediately ran towards it, Tegan sparing me only one more glance. I stared, rooted to the spot.

I saw two figures running over the hill. I strained to see in the night and frowned. Who were they?

*that is so totally Rory's cue*

*thanks dude*

Jack St. John-

Joseph and I ran over a hill into a clearer part of the graveyard and the battelfield layed itself out. I dropped the shovel, the handle of which was now crushed from my grip, and ran towards the headstone where Jenna was. She was pointing at a tree and Teagan came flying from behind it. Alana ran out next and went to Jenna. Drake and Walter came out next fighting. I looked back at Joseph who nodded and made his way behind Walter.

I didn't know who he was or how powerful he was, but there was tension in the air. We didn't need to finish him off tonight, just get away, injure him enough to make him leave for the time being. Walter was some sort of vampire, of that I was sure.

I traveled in a slip second to where Jenna and Alana were, "The two of you need to stay low to the ground and out of sight. If you can, make it out onto the street, maybe he wont try anythign in the open." They nodded and fell low to the ground. I wanted them out of sight so Walter wouldn't go for them.

When I looked back at the fight Joseph was leaning against the tree behind Walter and Teagan and Drake were barely holding him off. I glared at Joseph, this was no time to watch. Our plan fell into action as Drake, Teagan, and I lunged at Walter and Joseph used my disgarded shovel to impale Walter. It seemed to cause him pain, it wouldn't kill him by any means; but he stopped moving and gave us a chance to escape.

We ran in silence to the street and met up with the girls. They looked pale and scared.

"We held him off, for now." Drake said doomishly. Joseph was smoothing out his armani suit and seemed disinterested with the whole situation. I knew he was just along for the drama, or he couldn't find a meal.

"Why don't we all go back to my place?" I asked, "He doesn't know where I live, so you will all be safer there." Drake nodded holding onto Alana.

Teagan, Jenna, Drake, and Alana, walked in front of us back to the apartment and Joseph kept glancing sideways at me.

"What?" I snapped in a low tone.

"You." He said a slick smile on his face.

I sighed and rolled my eyes, there were two different things he could have been referring to and I decided to go for the less dramatic one at the moment, "Please not right now, I don't need your sarcastic comments about my selling out."

"Oh so that's what you want to talk about. No, no, no that's fine we can discuss the other topic at a later time if you're uncomfortable now. Fine then, I think it's valiant of you to want to help them, but last time I talked to you you didn't even want to join the Breed and now your all 'hoist the colors.' I don't know, it's just a quick personality change." I rolled my eyes again.

"Alright, I get it. Just stop, stop."

"Would you rather discuss the other topic?" He asked turning towards me, hands in his pockets.

I shook my head and caught up with the others as we approached the building. We remained silent until the elevator dinged into my apartment, "Okay, who was that guy?" I asked as I starting getting rid of the dead girls.

**I think it should be okay for now; we haven't been on in forever, so I'm sure we've all forgotten SOME aspects to each other's characters!**

Drake

Back at the apartment, I wrapped my arms around Alana. God, how afraid I'd been, and still was!

"Are you okay?" I asked as I stroked her back.

"Yeah, I'm fine. He just scared me."

"I'm glad you're not hurt. I swear, I'll kill that bastard!" I sighed as I pulled away long enough to look at her face. If I had lost her... If Walter had done anything to her... I wasn't sure what I would do. I kissed her gently before giving her a final embrace.

We turned away to see Tegan addressing Jenna in much a similar manner, just without the physical contact. I could tell he wanted to, though... He wanted to hold her, to kiss her...

He'll open up eventually, I decided as I turned to Jack. "Thanks for letting us come here."

Jack St. John-

"It's no trouble really," I said getting embarassed by the fact that I had two dead girls on my couch, they probably regretted coming here now. Joseph ended up taking the bodies to get rid of them. On his way out he gave me a polite, "We'll talk later." And raised his eyebrows at me, I began to regret 'later.'

I invited them to sit down, though Jenna and Alana looked reluctant to sit on the couch where the dead girls had once been. They eventual all sat.

"so, can I get anyone a..a drink?" I asked leaning against the side of the couch. Everyone looked exhausted.

"Oh my god!" Jenna exclaimed, "Sam!" Everyone stood up and headed for the door.

"Do you need help?" I asked dreading the fact that I might be home when Joseph came back.

"No this is more of a ... personal thing." Drake said opening the door, "We'll be in touch soon, it won't be safe for us to stay at our place much longer."

I nodded and watched them leave, the door hadn't been closed for more than five minutes when it opened again. I was still leaning against the side of the couch when Joseph came back in.

"That was fast." I said walking into the kitchen and grabbing a packet of blood from the fridge and pouring two glasses.

"I'm getting very good at getting rid of bodies."

"Well four hundred years of pactice ought to help." I said dryly, taking a sip of blood. Joseph smiled wildly.

"Don't be so bitter Jack, are you still upset that I brought up your sudden personality change. It's not your fault though, you just can't resist being a hero."

"Don't be ridiculous Joseph, the last thing I want to be is a hero."

"Really? Because you seem to have this whole hero complex in your head and are casting me as the part of the villian. It's okay, I don't mind; I just don't understand." He finished off his drink and poured himself another one. I sighed and rested my elbows on the table.

"I'm not trying to, just the idea of joining the breed, doing something right when I seem to do everything else wrong was...overwhelming."

"Oh so this is wrong to you? If your upset or unconmfortable I can leave, walk out an never come ba-"

"No I don't want that, you know that. And why are you blaming this on me, you were the one who talked me into joining the breed again, I was going to stay out of it." I said finding my backbone again, Joseph had a way of making me feel insecure and insignificant.

"I know, I just don't want you to get too involved."

"Then I'm confused Joseph. I thought you wanted me to get involved, to help?"

"I do, let's just drop it now. There's no point in arguing. Where did they go?"

"Jenna screamed something about soemone named Sam and they left. They'll be back soon I believe."

(Oi. Sorry for the absence. Seems like you guys did fine without me, though. Walter will strike back eventually, but your charas should have some down time first.)

*lol, I can't even remember where I left Sam... can we just meet him out on the street?*

Jenna-

"Omigosh, Sam!" I said, clapping a hand to my forehead. The others took one look at me and nodded. Drake addressed Jack and we left.

"Where was he?"

"He was in the apartment, I think, and then... I don't know, Agh!" I kicked an old can along the ground in front of me. "I shouldn't have left him."

"We'll find him, he'll be okay," Tegan reassured me, and put a hand on my shoulder. I felt shivers go down my spine and looked up at him. Tenatively, I reached up and clasped his hand with mine.

"Thanks," I said, squeezing it and letting our arms swing. "I just hope he hasn't done anything stupid," I murmured to myself.

Jack St. John-

Joseph and I remained silent for a few long seconds. I didn't know what to do with myself. Joseph and I were avoiding talking about a lot of issues we needed to discuss, and I knew it. I just didn't want to do anything about it.

"I'm going to London next week, there is a Breed group over there that wants to know a bit about whats going on over here," he took another drink, "You should come with me."

"I haven't been to London in two hundred years," I said leaning back against the sink.

"You think St. John manor is still there?" Joseph asked walking into the living room. I followed and sat on the couch.

"I dunno. I suppose, it was a pretty big old house, Well it wasn't old when I build it, but it is now."

"Lord Jackson Emmet St. John, in the flesh." Joseph reveled. flopping down on the couch.

"It would be a change of scenery."

"Yeah, and besides, I hear Gael is planning on setting up a Rouge headquarters in London."

"We could plan an attack."

"I knew if I threw the chance at you to hit something you would come along."

"We should talk to the others first, see how they feel."

Joseph sighed then nodded his head, "Well I better go back to my place before they think no one is living there and sell it. I need to feed the fish too." Joseph stood and left leaving me to my thoughts.

*so yeah i didn't have much..*

Alana:

Alana wanted to cry when they rememberd about Sam because she didn't want to be out of Drake's arms again. She knew she had to and she moved with the rest of the group quickly. Part of her didn't want to see him again after he had attacked her, but she didn't want him hurting anyone and ruining all his hard work.

"Let's hope he can control himself." She said softly to Drake. "I hope for Jenna's sake at least."
