[Sayla]

She folded her arms and stared at the boy. There was an air of mystery about him which he blatently enjoyed having and she understood what he felt so tried to ignore it.

"So, what do we do now?" she asked.

"I don't know. What were you doing here before you found me?"

"Well, I sort of stumbled on this place by accident, I have been following them for a while because I can steal their food."

He gave her a strange lop-sided look.

"This pack,"she motioned to the bag containing the cheese." I took that about four days ago. The guards leave their stuff everywhere, I just... tidy up after them."

She grinned at him and he smiled back.

"So, what do we do now then?" she asked again.

*alright since everyone is confused. Ross and Saia are staying at a Western camp for the night. Sayla and Vannell are spying on a Western camp. So it could be the same one. Ryder and Naomi are off on there own in the woods. They could be nearby. Suriyu is currently on her own and trying to meet up with someone.*

*how about this, to get every one to meet up. the Western camp stumbles upon a group of Beastia, but humans aren't supposed to know the Beastia exist. And the Beastia attack the soul-bladers because thousands of years ago they were the ones responsible for the original soul-bladers dissapearance. Or something like that???*

Naomi~

"Well, there is this one place my friends were taking about and it's like this huge hill that you can see almost the entire West lands...And I'm to afraid to go in my own because of the location, and because it's through a few towns." Naomi smiled sheepishly at Ryder as she rubbed the back of her neck.

Ryder---

"I'll go with you!" Ryder smiled at her. What are you getting yourself into! A voice demanded ni the back of his head. He ignored it though. It was about time he got a change of scenery. Got away from everythign he always does


***Shorrt, sorrrrrry***

Naomi~

Naomi smiled and Ryder, about to say thank you, but a yawn interupted her words. Instead of saying what she was going to say she simply said, "I'm tired."

*Grr *hits self on head*

Vanell-

"Well I don't know about you but I'm going to gather a few berries for our friends back there." I replied while gesturing toward the westerners camp.

Ryder---

Ryder stiffled a yawn too and nodded. "Night then." He smiled walking to where the couch was. He laid down on it and closed his eyes falling asleep.

Naomi~

Naomi slowly slipped into unconsciousness, thinking more and more about her past...

**now that is just sad...^^^

*okay why don't we all meet up in the next day or so. That'll be when the attack happens*

Saia-

As the night passed Saia slept fitfully. dreams of her old life, before she had known what she was, passed through her mind. But when she tried to reach for the memories they vanished like smoke. Instead she was met by a wall of crimson flames.

Saia bolted upright. Syrist forming in her hand like it always did when she had nightmares. She crawled out of her tent, and stared at the stormy sky. Dawn was coming, she could see faint grey light on the horizon.

She tilted her head back, letting the rain wash over her. Slowly her grip on Syrist loosened, and it changed back into a bracelet. She murmured softly to herself, so soft, only another blader would hear, and Ross was sleeping. "My curse. My sin to bear."

[Sayla]

"Ok, I'm going to go and see if there is anything worth stealing. It appears we have run out of cheese." She looked at the pack lying empty on the floor and Vanell looked a little sheepish.

She slipped out of the undergrowth and immediatly spotted a pack lying unguarded. It was so obvious she checked around it to make sure it wasn't a trap. No.

"God these guards are thick!" She said to herself as she picked it up. This one contained more cheese, some bread, an apple and a bottle of water. "No wine? How disappointing."

She slipped back into the undergrowth just as a young guard who looked about her age walked over to where he had left his pack.

When he discovered it had gone he looked a little confused and crawled around checking under various bushes. Then he gave up and with a shrug returned back to his tent.

Sayla smirked to herself and then returned to their hiding place and about a minute later Vanell returned with a scratch across his cheek. "What happened?" She asked as he sat down.

Vanell-

I laughed, "This bush didn't want to give up her berries, so she scratched me." Then I frowned when I saw the pack that Sayla had in her hands. "Where did you get that pack?" I asked her sharply.

She looked confused but answered, "It was back at the Westerners camp, a boy left it lying around and I picked up. Why do you ask?"

"What's in it?" I asked ignoring her question.

Looking even more confused she showed me the contents.

I sighed, "I wouldn't eat the cheese if I were you."

[Sayla]

She glanced at it a little closer. The surface was rough and there was a slightly green tinge to it.

"Ah. Poison."

"I guess they realised someone was taking the packs."

Sayla sniffed it. Yeah, but this stuff won't kill you, just send you into a stupor. Perhaps they wanted to catch me, not kill me."

"Hmmm. Is the other stuff alright?"

Sayla checked it. "Yes. The apple is a little bruised and I think the bread is a little stale but all edible."

He nodded. "We will have to be more careful from now on."

Sayla smiled in agreement.

Suriyu-

"I'm still waiting for a response," she said tapping her foot on the ground in frusteration.

Vanell-

"I think I'm going to deliver these berries now." I said matter-of-factly.

"I thought we agreed to be careful." Sayla said.

"Oh I will," I said, "they'll never know I'm there."

[Sayla]

She rolled her eyes as he left their hiding place. She looked around for a moment and decided to make it a) a bit more homely and b) a bit more secure.

She pulled over some extra branches and leaned them against the inside of the bush so that she had a larger space. Then she took the two packs and ripped them down one side seam so that she had two pieces of square fabric. Then she hung each one in front of the entrance creating some curtains.

After that she added a few more twigs and leaves to the outside and lit a fire inside. Sure enough, it was only if you looked closely you could see shadows dancing on the leaves.

"Much better." She said to herself, walking back inside and settling down to wait for Vanell to get back.
