"You have a piece of food on your nose Fianna," her eyes trailed down to her nose only to be flicked by her brothers finger, "Got you."

"Aaron you really are a nitwit at times...you know that?" Fianna laughed stopping abruptly at the sound of thunder.

"Hmm, looks as if a storm is rolling in..." Aaron remarked looking over to his sister he noticed her shaking, "Still scared of storms?"

Fianna nodded her head meekly screaming when thunder boomed across the sky again.

"Lets get you inside..." Taking hold of her brother she cautiously walked down the stairs into her quarters, she took one glance behind seeing rain start to fall.

The rain was now thundering onto the decks and the passengers watched from the restaurant like scared mice. Lorna was on her second coffee and third whiskey shot; she had knocked one back straight for good luck.

And what was worst, was that she coundn't get a signal on her phone. Did they meet the deadline? The thought of unknowing made her shudder as she looked over at the man called David, who was calmy observing the other diners.

Hm, she thought as the boat gave an unhealthy lurch.

David began to walk through the corridors feeling the ship actually swing to the waves. He walked up to the captains room and knocked on the door.
" Captian!" David yelled. The door finally opened and with another lurch of the ship David dropped in. The captian was standing with a bottle of whiskey and a glass.
" Captian. You need to get this ship out of the storm!"
The captian looked at David with glass eyes. His beard was wet from the spilled whiskey.
" Don't you get it? We got a report that a hurricane was coming and we can't get out of it! It's so powerful that it could sink the ship!" The captian began to laugh as he poured another shot.
David grabbed the bottle and threw it to the wall." You should have warned us! Now there's people out there who could fall in the ocean! Now get up right now!"
The captian slowly got up.
" That's right....We need to get to shore to prevent anyone else falling off."
" but...but there's nothing out there."

She had watched helplessly as David had left the dinner table, muttering about going to see what the captain was planning to do about it. She had never felt so... restless. Infact, she felt as though her skin were crawling.

"Ma'am, would you like another drink?" asked a cheery waitress, who clung to the table's edge as the ship gave another stumble.

"No. No I don't think so. Do you know what's going on out there?" Lorna asked, nodding her head in the direction of the windows, where wind and rain was now thrashing harder than Lorna thought was possible.

"Of course, ma'am. Just a slight storm." smiled the waitress, turning and walking - well, stumbling - back to the kitchens.

David grabbed the captians life jacket and putted it on.
The Captian was too drunk to do anything..So he did something.
He went to the bridge and putted on the captians hat and grabbed the ship's intercom.
" Attention Passengers...We are experiencing a storm as you all ready know....All passengers, please get in your room's now with your life suits on. I repeat, All passengers must not go outside."
The co captian looked at David with Question." Who are you?"
" David Jackson...Peace corps."
" There isn't a disaster yet, Now why don't you follow your own orders and get below?"
David handed the co captian a life jacket.
" Can't, I need to make sure MY orders are followed to the letter...now if you don't mind."
David Left the bridge.

Fianna-

Water crashed against the side of the boat as Fianna ran around the room screaming and banging her head against the wall.

"Fianna calm down, we need to go see whats going on," Aaron said his eyes following his sisters head that was receiving blows.

Screaming she ran for the door, "Get me out of this place! I don't want to die! Get me out! Out now I say!!!" shaking the door handle she tried to open the piece of wood blocking her way.

Pushing past his sister he twisted the nob opening the door quickly running after her as she sprinted for the deck.

She was the only one left in the restaurant, after batting away the foreceful pleads of the staff to go to her room. She was sat trying to get a signal on her phone; god knows what was going on in the office.

She didn't feel scared like the other passengers had looked. Thier faces were pure white when they heard the captain over the intercom. She wondered why everyone was going to their rooms. Shouldn't we be going on lifeboats, or something, she thought.

An almighty crack followed by the reverberation of metal resounded outside over the roaring winds and Lorna watched as the railing flew clear of the desk and landed in the murky waters below.

With no-one to talk to, she felt that this could only get worse.

" I knew I should have taken a plane...but no." David muttered to himself as he went on the deck and hooked himself to the gaurdrail with a long rope." My big mouth said' 'cruise ship baby, all the way'!" And then he chuckled," And to a superier officer too.Who was smoking....when did I start talking to myself?"
David shook his head and began to crawl up to the restraunt. He saw there wasn't many people on deck.
" Mommy?"
That was the word that reached his ears when he saw a little girl about 8 year's old at one of the lifeboat's looking really scared.
" Kid!" David yelled over the rain's and saw the little girl look at David. He marched up to the girl and held her hand." Come on, Let's get you inside." He sighed. that's when he saw a section of the guard rail whip up and was ready to hit the girl in the head." Look out!" He Pushed the girl down and the flying rail hitted him in the left leg and breaking it in peices. David grabbed the girl and limped to the deck door and pushed her down the stairs." And stay down there! look for your Mom!" David smiled and then felt the leg suddenly turn into a noodle.
" Jesus that hurt!" David whimpered and climbed down the ship's doctor office.

She had wandered down to the lower decks now, only because of the complaining staff. I'll sue this company for all the money it's got, she thought as she turned a corner and almost collided with the man from the restaurant.

"Oh, sorry," she murmured distractedly, frowming because of the lack of people that appeared to be on the cruise ship. She looked down and saw him limping, and a look of horror passed over her face. "Oh my goodness, are you alright?" She gingerly wrapped his arm around her neck and started to walk him down the halls.

"Uhh, thanks." He almost chuckled wearily.

"It's David right?" She asked, hesitantly.

"Yeah, that's me."

[Chase]

A sudden lurch of the boat sent Chase sprawling backwards, then sideways against the railing. She ignored the throbbing in her head and grabbed hold of the railing again, pulling herself up.

She held onto it like a lifeline, which it basically was, and tried to move the next ten feet to the stairs that led to her cabin.

The next lurch threw her overboard. The wind grabbed her and dunked her into the belligerent sea like a donut. She screamed as she fell, but was barely aware of the sound.

Then all was quiet, her ears pounding with the vibrations of the sea. The waves slapped her, shoving her around violently as she tried to breathe. She couldn't tell if she was above water at all.

She felt her lungs burn, then a slight headache, and suddenly she couldn't open her eyes...

Fianna-

Rushing across the deck Fianna slipped, falling and sliding into a remaining railing, grasping it she looked around in fear, 'Why now? Why now?' her thoughts raced.

"Fianna!" Aaron screamed rushing towards his sister. Another wave crashed against the boat sending him flying over the railing, acting on reflexes Fianna quickly grabbed her brother.

"Aaron! Hold on!!!" she shouted taking both hands to try to pull him up, "Un" she voiced finding herself to weak.

Aaron stared at his sister, if she were to hold on much longer she could be taken down with him. So was he to die and keep his sister alive or bring them both to their doom? He didn't even have to think about it closing his eyes he yelled at his sister, "Fianna, let go! I'm not going to let you die to!"

Shaking her head furiously she replied, "No! I'm not leaving you!!!"

Taking his hand up to hers that were currently holding him up he plucked her fingers off his wrist sending him down, the last thing he heard was, "Aaron! No!" as he sunk down to the sea. He tried pushing himself up but the waves pushed him back down, 'Goodbye sister...I'll see you in a new life...'

Tears streamed down her face as she shouted his name over again. Collapsing onto the ground she sobbed, choking while droplets streamed down her face. He was gone...

David looked at the woman as she looked through the medicine cabinets.
" So, Your the woman from the restraunt huh?"
The woman nodded her head and found bandages. She attempted to wrap them but david pushed her away." Use a stilt, The only thing's those would do is make my leg look pretty."
the woman shook her head." How can you make jokes while your leg is like that?"
David groaned and putted the stilt on his legs." I'm a doctor who was stationed in War zones. I saw men my age get shot, die, and mutilated. I seen children strap bombs to themselves in Afaganistan, and kill british troops."
The woman looked at David with strap attention." I was stabbed by a friend in India and it was so close to my heart that if I even sneezed, it would have killed me instantly. I have been shot, ran over, and almost had my head decapitated."
The woman almost gasped," Saying that I shoulden't laugh at a injury as small as this? Then I haven't learn a thing since I joined the peace corp."
The woman was shocked and watched David bandage himself and patted the woman's shoulder. He was ready to leave the room when the woman turned around and said," My name is lorna Jones."
David smiled," I always did like girls with Jone's in them."

She pondered over the stories that David had just told her. He seemed fine enough now that his leg was supported, but how were they all going to last like this, on a boat that seemed as though one more thrashing would crumble it into the sea.

Everyone was below deck now in their rooms and she had pulled herself by the handrailings in the corridor back to the restaurant, where she had left her bag and her mobile. Like heck she was leaving that!

She managed to reach the restaurant just as the boat gave a terrible lurch that sent her sprawling against a window. She almost laughed at the irony when she saw the rocks that were steadily looming in the distance. What kind of a captain was this man?

The sudden buck of the deck caught her off guard and sent her slipping out of the door, onto the soaked deck under the murky skies. She gripped to a lifeboat helplessly, unable to get any grip in her now shoeless feet, as the floor glistened with sea water. She whimpered a little as her feet kicked helplessly around, struggling for some sort of support. Then, just by the restaurant door she saw a girl, crumpled on the floor in tears.

"H-hey! Hey, you over there." She shouted helplessly, legs still fighting with the deck.

The girl looked up, a shocked and worried look darting about her face as she saw the sight of Lorna on the deck.

"Please.. Help me!" Lorna pleaded, pushing back the image of her falling like a rock into the icy waters below. "Please, I don't wanna fall!"

"I-I can't. My brother... He's gone..." She replied over the blustering winds, but Lorna couldn't catch all of it. The girl looked forlornly over the edge of the boat and Lorna had to keep herself from screaming in selfish desperation.

"Pull yourself together and go get some help! Please!"

Ryder-

Ryder was walking back to his room when the storm hit. He just dove in the nearest room wanting to wait it out. It was going to take a while though.

He heard a noise, someone yelling for help outside his door. Running out quickly, he only saw two people. One girl curled up tight in a ball crying another hanging from a lifeboat. He walked steadily to the girl on the life boat first. His shoes holding to the wet surface with the grips. He slipped once, but caught himself.

"Hold on." He yelled out to her,

"Well HURRY!" She replied fear showing in her voice.

"I'm working on it." He called back grabbing the edge of the railing and reaching out for her. "Let go with one hand and grab my hand." He called over the wind.
"And you wonder why we don't like you!" -Trumpkin
