We used to have another member complain about this, and it was because they had an add-on to their browser called Foxy Tunes, which causes conflicts not only on YWS but on a whole host of sites.

It could also just be a problem with Internet Explorer 8, and I'll test to check very soon here. Fortunately, we'll be doing a complete site makeover soon so the problem shouldn't last for anymore than two or three more weeks. In the meantime, my suggestion is to write the review/post in something like Wordpad or Microsoft Word first, then copy and paste it into the text box.

Earlier (about nine-ish) I couldn't log in. I'd type in my details and hit the button or enter, it would do the loading thing but take me straight back to the login page. It could have been the computer I was on, but it's never done that before.

It was probably just a bad connection somewhere along the line. If it keeps doing it, let me know.

This could very well be my computer, but sometimes during chats I'm not allowed to click on the text box so I can type something. I end up having to exit the chat and re-enter, sometimes multiple times in one chat.

Everyone ->> It's very helpful if you include information about your computer. Saying "my computer" means absolutely nothing to me. Your computer could be an iPhone, a netbook, or a $20,000 super gaming complex. As you can imagine, the answer could change dramatically depending on your type of computer.

So please, include information at least on:
- Your Internet Browser
- Your Operating System

I can check this up myself, but it's a waste of my time when it only takes you ten seconds to write it down.

On the Reviews tab of My YWS, it says I have a review from Linx on An Iron Sea pt. 2. Yet when I go there, there is no such review.

Conrad, in the future, please provide a link to the story!

Any number of things may have happened. In this case, if you could provide me with a screenshot of the reviews tab saying Linx gave you a review, that'd be extremely helpful. In Windows, to take a screenshot, using the print screen button. Then go to MS Paint, and click on "Paste." Save that as a .jpg, then send it as a PM to me (if you post it here, it'll just stretch out the page).

The same thing recently happened to me (but not on Iron Sea xD), but the review doesn't exist. I figured that it might be the draft the reviewer had saved, and it shows up anyway.

Could someone please change the link on the "Friends" tab to the latter on the My YWS page so I don't have to feel lonely? When I feel lonely, I cry myself to sleep at night. (As a side note, I like Dilbert, but not when it shows up as an error message! X) )

Hey. I'm guessing it'll be fixed with the new YWS, but just thought I'd tell you that I couldn't log in earlier; I restarted Firefox but that didn't work, but when I ticked "Log me in automatically" it worked. Just thought I'd let you know.

It might be just that I'm stupid or something, but I can't for the life of me figure out how to edit a post on this new site. The button's not showing up (or maybe I'm blind and not noticing it).

Ack, ignore this post, since I just saw the edit button. It wasn't showing up earlier for me, though.
