Report A Site Bug

Snoink, that's a really odd bug. It had something to do with the:

CodeSelect all

[center][/center]

tag because when I edited those out, everything work. Then I added them in again to see what was going on, and everything still worked in complete contradiction to before.

So, no idea why it wasn't working.

Well, for some reason, I can't write in Navita's guestbook. Whenever I try to, it just refreshes the page. I asked Rosey Unicorn about it, and she said it wasn't working for her either.

Oh! With the code, he put the bold outside of the center. When you put it back in, you put the bold inside the center commands.

LOL. Picky BBCode.

I don't know if this counts as a bug, but my leaderboards numbers are off.

My numbers for the last seven days and this month are three lower on the top of my screen than they actually are on the leaderboards that everyone can see. The 24-hour is right, though.

I'm experiencing a similar problem to Classy...

I don't know about the last seven days, but I know for a fact that that is wrong. I've still only done three reviews in the past 24 hours and altogether this month, not a big difference, but I know that it shouldn't be miscounting my totals. I wonder why that is?

Anyway! This file keeps on downloading to this computer whenever I go to another page, and it's really annoying! It only happens when I go on YWS.

Same thing as Snoink. I'm on Chrome using Windows Vista. I noticed the download bar pop up and closed it out on accident. I was able to look through the recent downloads and find it there, though. Here's the information Chrome game me on it.

I did not get it here:

When I went to the home page to access my PMs (The download popped up when I clicked in to my inbox only)
When coming back to this thread to edit my post
When clicking in to other forums and threads around the site as a test
When reading specific PMs
When going to general pages using the bar up by the header^^ (the About page, the Blogs page, and the Community page, specifically)
After posting this edit (Edit 2) to see if it would pop up again

I was getting it on all the main pages, such as the home page, the main blog page, the community forums. I forget whether the file downloaded if I browsed the topics. The only time I didn't get it to download for sure was when I was at the individual blogs.

I checked it on my Safari at home (we have the same versions) and nothing downloaded. The only difference that I could discern was the pop up blocker was on for school and off for home.

I'm afraid I'm not being very helpful!

Thanks Dreamer and Snoink. From Dreamer's post, it looks like the bug had to do with a service called AdBrite. AdBrite is a lot like Google Adsense, and I was testing it out since it provides an easier way for potential advertisers to target YWS.

But, it looks like AdBrite was also trying to download files, or maybe there was an error with it in some way. In any case, got rid of it. The error should be gone now.

I would like to start a group, but I'm failing epically at it. I've checked out this thread ~

I've completed all of the steps except for the third step. That's where the problem occurs. When I click on the link that says apply_group.php, a page comes up that says ~
'Title Here
Content in here'

Underneath that, there is nothing. I assume that there is supposed to be an application form, or something. If so, it's not appearing for me.

Also, I use Chrome.
