[Riley Patch]

How could he have been so stupid? He tried to wash the image of Nate pushing Beth down onto the bed and kissing her but he couldn't shake it. What else could he have expected though? The one time he opened himself up, and didn't even know why, it didn't even last five minutes before he was betrayed. He was back in his room now but he wasn't staying. Beth hadn't been feeling fear, he did not want to know what she had been feeling to be honest. This was good though, he was back to his normal self. He sent Jinx up to Tama's room then opened the window. He was going back to the clan tonight. Screw training, he didn't have the patience for this. His father was the leader of the clan and would be glad he had returned, and more of a vampyre than ever. He was on the school grounds, nearing the edge of the forrest when he took a blow to the back. It didn't hurt, it just suprised him. He whipped his head around while on his knees to see a smiling face standing behind him.
"Brother," Sean said, "welcome back to yourself!" Sean helped Riley to his feet and pulled him into a hug.
"What're you doing here?" Riley asked already knowing the answer.
"You think that blood pact was for nothing. We have been distanced these past few years because of you, diet arrangments, but suddenly I felt it. Your anger, you want to return, they think you are ready. There is a new mission that they want you to undertake. But first, you look hungry, let's get you some blood." That is the thing about "vegetarian" blood, it only lasts for so long. Riley was back, after two hundred years of denying himself what vampyres stood for he was ready again. It was like pure adrenaline was coursing through his viens (if anything could course through his viens), only it was more than that; it was blood lust. Sean took Riley to a pub just outside the school perimeter. The face of every girl he killed was that of Beth's, which only made the blood more satisfying. After he had his fill it was like he was on a high. A point of no return, that he didn't really want to come back from. He was loosing everything he had worked for and he liked it. No more of this stupid "I don't want to kill things" crap. He was stronger and he was smarter than before. And he was ready for his mission.


*nobody go after Riley or stop him, what he does will move the story line along to the whole murders of students and ppl banning together to fight it.. unless the story book creator already had an idea for that..just pm if you did and we can see whats goin on =]*

Rosso was about to land a flying kick when Ryouku grabbed her leg and lightly tossed her to the ground. "Hey, that's not fair!"

"I heard something," Ryouku said. Since he was a dragon, his sense of hearing and smell were significantly great than that of a human's. "I'll catch you later, Rosso." He ran off into the school where he had heard the sound. It sounded like a horse.

As he got closer to the source a scent wafted by his nose. It smelled of horses, the forest, and something else he couldn't describe.

Her nose tickled as the scent creeped to her, as well. What was it? It was strangely familiar...She turned her head to face the school, and in one puff of smoke was transformed into her small fox body. Then it hit her.Unicorn!Here? In this school? Sweet! With a quick jolt, she took off running into the building, toward the student dorms and the weird unicorn scent.

After a while of 'sleeping' I heard a scratch at my door. I stood up and walked to the door. The second I opened it I knew what had happened. Jinx sat at the door looking up at me with sad eyes. I put her on my bed, grabbed my phone, grabbed my jacket and ran out the door. I hated to rat out Riley but, that was my job. I dialed the phone number as I ran out of the building and towards the town.

"Hello?" A voice on the other line asked.

"Darek. It's Tama. Listen we got an escappe. Riley Patch. Vampire. Appears to be seventeen. Headed towards the main town." I said all the unpersonal things about Riley to Darek. "Get the whole team down here ASAP."

I jumped over the gates and kept running. I caught Riley's scent along with another vampire's as I neared the town. Female bodies littered the ground. It made me stronger and sick all at the same time. My stomach did flips as my mind screamed wildly for more. Being the emotional demon I was, tears began to roll quickly down my face. Then, I spotted them, two vampyres were killing all the magical creatures, one of them unknown the other, my best friend. I walked through the bar that they where in. The three other Protectors came in behind me, from out of nowhere. Three female bodies layed lifeless on the floor as Riley and the other vampyres laughed.

[Riley]

Riley was drunk. There really was no other way to put it. When a vampyre denys himself something so precious for so long, like actual human bloood, it takes a pretty big toll on you; when you take it in in large quantities as Riley had just done. He was sitting at the bar looking at the three girls lying on the floor dead, blood stained. He laughed. He was so high off of the blood he wasn't thinking straight. He was irrational. He liked it. Sean and a few other guys that had met up with them were laughing there heads off at his slurred speach and unability to walk in a straight line. It was exactly like being drunk. Soon he adapt back to it again. Blood is just so powerful. He remembered a time when he was drunk when he was still technically alive and began rambling about it to the bartender who laughed while cleaning out a glass. He deserved this ridicule in some ways. He had turned on his clan when he went to the school. He traded the real vampyre training for his own version. But they would accept him back, he was too powerful for them to let get away. And he knew that. Then a group of figures came through the door. His vision was hazy so he couldnt make out faces. They didn't smell like vampyres.

*It's ok. I fixed mine up a little*

"Guys. Get the bodies out please." I asked as I closed my eyes. I heard the other three drag out the bodies and walk back in.

"Okay, Tama. They're out." Darek said.

"Thanks." I replied and opened my eyes. Riley sat on a stool, looking drunk. Five other vampyres stood around him all no longer laughing. Tama come here. I a second Tama was stading next to me in human form, holding her sword in one hand and Jinx on her shoulder.

"Hi Riley. It's Tama." I said smiling and waving at him. My sword began to glow red along with my eyes. Tatu's did the same, in blue. Darek's in green. Tyler's in purple. And Duke's in orange. The other vampyres took a step foward and began to snarl.

*This ok?*

*ch'ya, but idk if vampyres actually snarl..i think it is more of a low growl type thing.. is that what a snarl is though? idk don't mind me.. too picky*

[Riley]

Riley just folded his arms and layed his head down on the bar. He wasn't tired, vampyres don't get tired, he was just annoyed. He felt an ultimatum coming. None of them were ever really his friend. He was an outcast to the whole school. People were too afraid of him to ever see him as anything more than a monster. But he was a monster so why fight it? He waited for the fight to begin and get over with. He tired of this. He didn't bother to look over but he could hear the familiar sounds of a fight. And he could smell it. Sean came over to Riley and pulled him to his feet, "Let's go, brother." Riley took a look at the fight and he could feel his face soften as he saw Tama and Tatu and others fighting for him.
"Riley!" Sean growled, "Forget them, they are not your friends. We are your familiy. I am taking you home, where you belong." Sean could feel everything about Riley the way Riley felt things about Beth, how she felt. He wished her could feel her lips against his again. No he didn't, she was a lier who meant nothing to him. He shook her from his mind. It wouldn't be long, maybe even as soon as he "sobered up," before Riley would be able to feel Sean again. They had made a blood pact. That made them more than brothers, they were almost like one person, one vampye. They had been cut off from each other for so long. But soon Riley would be able to feel him again. It would be just like old times. Only more fun; he could tell.

Tama~

Tatu fell to the ground and began to bleed heavily and cuvulse. "Tatu!" I screamed and squatted next to him. I quickly scanned her body for any fatal cuts. One long cut spread from her stomach and down her thigh. I stood back up, tears flooding my vision.

"First my best friend and now my sister!" I screamed as I charged at the vampyre who had grabbed Riley.

*dang.. i can't believe you just killed her off! harsh! lol jk i like the twist*


Written from Sean's perspective..

Sean had to lift Riley off the bar stool and carry him over to the window. The overall idea was to fly, He was glad to have the now unconcsious Riley back. It had been too long. For over 100 years they had been inseperable. And then he turned into something Sean couldn't even recognize. But that was all in the past now. A girl charged towards Sean but was halted with a hypnotizing look from Sean. That was his specialty. Maybe it was a little too Count Dracula but it helped his with his more .. reluctant.. meals. With his mind he commanded the girl to stop and she did. Then he was out the window. Sure it wasn't real nice of him to leave his boys in a situation like that. But those people were after Riley and he wouldn't let them take him away again. They were from that freak school. But they would all be dealt with in time. He knew his boys could handle them. He hoped they wouldn't kill the girl so that he could save that for Riley. There was someone else he wanted to save for Riley, but he wouldn't bring that up until much later. Riley had wasted too many years doing the opposite of what he needed to do. Their "father" would be happy to have him back. They were in the air and nearly to the check point. There they could get better transportation and get home.

(I dont know what else to do...)

I bit my arm and came undone from the trance. I jumped out the window and chased after the vampyre. First swing, missed. Swing again, missed. The third time I swung she caught the vampyre on the arm and tore into his granite skin. Making him yell in pain. The vampyre dropped Riley and turned to face me. I smiled and charged again, knocking him to the ground. I put my sword above me and began to come down on his head...

*so was this bit before they flew off? I just need to know because i need to know when sean and Riley can be gone from everyone else for my next post. Until then u guys will just have to post cause I got nothin*

*Um yeah it's right before they fly off. and after Tama looses the fight they all can leave i guess...Tatu=Dead*

*Tatu cna come back as a vampyre...but Tama can't do it. Um..i think demons can become vampyres...so Riley or another vampyre can change Tatu...that would add a twist...)

(I think my character should get involved with the fight. I can't seem to think of anything else to do with him. I'm assuming this is in a bar in town, right? If not, I can always edit my post later.)

Ryouku ran into town following the thick, sickly-sweet scent of blood. He stopped in front of a local bar, the sound of glass shattering and tables breaking filled the air. He kicked the door open and entered the bar.

There were several people from the school in the fight. He recognized one of them as Tama, the master of the school's swordsman club. Whatever they were fighting, they weren't human.

Ryouku let out a full-throated roar and shifted into his black scaled dragon form. His shirt tore off during the transformation, which gave him more freedom.

He saw one of the vampyres holding someone by the neck. Ryouku charged the vampyre and swung at him. The enemy released his victim's neck and took a leaned back to avoid the hit. Ryouku smiled, the vampyre did exactly what he had wanted him to do. Using the momentum generated from the punch, Ryouku lifted his foot and kicked the vampyre. The force of the kick threw the enemy through the wooden wall into the next room.

Still in dragon form, Ryouku got into stance and sighted out his next opponent.
