Setting: This Storybook will take place all over the globe in the early part of 2008.
Plot: Ordinary people all around the world are discovering that they are Extraordinary, but who said being extraordinary was a good thing? Those finding themselves as special must decide whether they were meant to save humanity or destroy it. Some will come together in high hopes, attempting to change the world, while others will try with all their might to tear everything apart.
Characters:
-This storybook is for original characters only. If you have the same ability as someone on the show, specifically Sylar or Peter, at least make the character's looks and personality different.
-Your character can't be super powerful or anything like that. So no time travelers or reality warping. You can still do stuff like stop time, just not significant forward or backward travel.
-We can't have too many people in the same place. This is a global thing so live in other places too. You can meet others if the story calls for it, but you have to justify this somehow.
Rules:
-You can only control someone else's character when role playing with them directly and you must keep the character IN character. If it's obviously not, we will ask you to change it or you'll be thrown to magginarls.
-Out of Character discussion should take place in the topic titled "Heroes Storybook Discussion.
-You don't have to be someone with an ability. We also need regular people who are part of the Company and just average people who get pulled into this crazy world.
Profile Example(mine):
NAME: Adam Russo
AGE: 23
GENDER: Male
LOCATION: Miami, Florida
HAIR/EYE COLOR: Black, reaches shoulders and parted down the middle/Dark brown with specks of yellow
OCCUPATION: Photographer for Miami Tribune
GENERAL BUILD: Stands at 5'11" and weighs 135lbs. He isn't in bad shape because of his mostly outdoor job and being on the move a lot to get good pictures.
ABILITY: Empathy- the power to sense and feel the emotions of those around you. Stronger empaths are able to push their emotions onto other people.
BACKGROUND: Adam grew up in Salinas, Kansas, and lived there up until his graduation of high school. During those 18 years he was always the kid who sat quietly in the back of every room and was at home every weekend with nothing to do. Wanting a change of pace, he moved to Miami five years ago and became a photographer for the Miami Tribune, hoping to become more socially active. He always had a problem expressing his feelings and tended to keep them bottled up for extended periods of time, but in the past couple of months it came to a point where he would feel random emotions that seemed to have no cause. So he signed up to see a psychiatrist and get to the bottom of his problems.
