yay! its okay bigbad, we forgive you. just a little rough spot but we got through it, as ayumi said on with the storybook!

okay, we will rewind and start again from just before jared fell asleep. the other compartment can continue on as they were before felicia interrupted

Ok, well, I guess that I'll start

Jared

Jared listened to his sister and her friends talk while he studied his spell book. He became totally engrossed in it when suddenly the train slowed down. His eyes flicked up to the window, and he gasped.

"Hogsmead!" Felicia cried, happy. Her eyes seemed to glow in the bright lights of the famous village. The rest of the compartment seemed suddenly happy and loud. Jared smiled, anxiously waiting for the moment that he would step off of the Hogwarts Express and into the magical world.

Come on guys! Let's not let this die!

There is no way I’m going to let this die, bigbad, don’t worry! By the way, I’ve given up rewriting everything in my point of view, so I’m just going off what bigbad already said. Besides, it will help the story move quicker. also, sorry for the long post. Couldn't help myself

Felicia

We had just passed Hogsmeade and the sight of the old village stirred the whole compartment up. Korren and I chattered on about good times and told Jared about how much fun he would have there. I don’t know if he was listening though, he had his nose in the spellbook but he smiled when we said anything amusing.

I wondered what house he was going to be in, I hoped for Gryffindor.

“Sheesh Jared, you keep up that reading and we’ll have a Ravenclaw in the family,” I joked, feigning horror at the thought.

Korren burst out laughing and Jared looked up uncertainly, unaware of our inside joke. We had always pretended to show an utter contempt for other houses and Korren said something about a Slytherin once that, to put it lightly, rubbed him the wrong way. We had a duel right then and there, with Korren and I laughing maniacally the whole time.

After our hysterical laughter subsided, Jared shook his head and went back to his book. The sounds seemed to echo off the walls even after we were silent, leaving the compartment filled with a cheery mood.

“Oh wow Felicia we really are insane,” Korren laughed.

“It’s more fun that way,” I grinned.

We continued that way for a while, joking, laughing and teasing. Eventually we slipped into our robes, and just in time. The train jerked suddenly to a stop, and we were all thrown out of our seats and onto the ground.

Jared and I collided in midair and he hit the compartment door, sliding it open. We lay there on the floor for a second, speechless. Then we all started laughing our heads off.

The corridors soon filled with students, many of which looked at us as if we were insane. But then again, we were all sprawled awkwardly on the floor, consumed with unreasonable laughter.

We gained enough control to sit up eventually and then we filed out the door and into the corridors, rubbing our bruises.

Look out Hogwarts…

I’m back.

Announcement: I have changed the rules a tiny bit. People can now join us at any time in order to keep the story rolling. I think it will also add a little more excitement to the game and i realize now that the only reason i made that rule was not to confuse me. Turns out it's not as confusing as it seems. So, the more the merrier!

Jared

"Uf!" Jared cried, as a sixth year tripped him. His precious spell book flew out of his hands, and it hit Felicia in the back. She turned around and frowned.

"Jared..." she said, and picked it up. Jared nodded and said, "Sorry."

His sister turned around and started talking to Korren and stepped out of the compartment. Jared followed closely behind, fingering his unique wand.

I all ready love it here, he thought. And he knew that every step in the magical school would be a different adventure. They were just waiting for him...calling his name.

He smiled, and stepped off of the bus.

"First years! O' here!" A loud voice called, and Jared looked and gasped.

"Don't worry," Felicia said, pointing to the enormous figure, "It's just Hagrid."

Jared walked up to the giant, awestruck. He thought that he would be safer back on the Hogwarts Express...

Adri

Our conversation was cut short when Hogsmeade rolled by us, and then we were there. At Hogwarts. At home.

"Come on guys!" I called, bounding out the door to join my fellows in the procession to the greatest school in the world, to my true home, to my destiny.

*Sorry, it's all I've got.

He pushed passed Matt just before he got out the door, catching up to Adri quickly. He was almost tempted to turn back and stick his tongue out at him, but he kept his childish urges to himself.

The carriages slowly rolled up, pulled along by the usual grotesque horse-like creatures. He offered his hand to Adri, helping her up in a rather overdramatic matter. Matt quickly caught up, and set himself on the other side of Adri. They were off instantly.

Now that wasn't very nice.

I almost crushed several first years on the way to carriages; as Karsh's immature manuever set me back a bit, I had to enter a brisk power-walk to catch up to Adri and him. Perfect gentleman that he was, he had already offered her a hand to help her into the carriage. He who hesitates is lost was a apparently a cornerstone saying in Karshinese.

I didn't mind having the back seat for the time being; it was inevidible because they were in the same House, anyway. So let her get sick of him. Blast away, my friend – just be careful not to misfire.

I slipped in next to Adri, favoring Karsh with a chilly smile.

"And I always tried to avoid giving you a concussion on the Quidditch pitch," I said lightly. "Mayhaps I should aim a little higher from now on?"

This was just too much fun. Oh, what I would be enjoying this year!

Just keep them guessing. I told myself as we rode along in the carriage, the thestrals pulling us along in silence.

I could feel both of their gazes on me, knew that they were both trying to imagine ways to win my love, but that's the point. I knew what they were up to.

I'll just make it even more interesting. Make them guess and fuss and struggle.

I giggled, pretending to be excited that I was back at Hogwarts.

Felicia

I watched Jared walk over to Hagrid, absolutely terrified, before climbing into a coach. I smiled, knowing that Hagrid would soon cure Jared of his fear. Korren was in another one with some of his friends, so I was on my own. Before we left, I saw Adri climb into a coach with Karsh and Matthew Corzein. I caught her eye and winked, familiar with her tricks. She grinned, a familiar mischievous twinkle in her eye.

Some other students joined me in the coach and we were off. I leaned over to see the towering castle I knew as my home away from home. The black lake stretched out beside it and I saw the famous Whomping Willow; I sighed.

The ride was short, seeing as I spent my time remembering good times and the strangers in the coach with me kept quiet.

I shuffled into the Great Hall with the other students, pushing and shoving to get a good seat close to the Sorting Hat. I hoped Jared was in Gryffindor.

I ended up on a seat next to Adri, which suited me just fine. She had a way of making things… interesting.

“So,” I grinned knowingly, “How was your trip?”
