Sano visibly relaxed, "sorry if I upset you," he said, "Geomana just had a tendency to trust people too easily."

Geomana turned and glared at him, "well it hasn't all proved bad has it? The last two people I trusted, you and Reiko, didn't turn out to be too bad did you?"

"After I kidnapped you," Reiko spoke up.

"Well....in the end."

"We're just trying to make sure that doesn't happen again," Kresko added.

"Come on," I said, "we need to go home." I started walking down the street. I didn't trust this new person, but I was wrong about the last two people Geomana met. I turned around to see the others talking. "You coming?"

"Yes, big brother," Geomana said.

Sitting above them all, Alken almost fell out of the tree laughing. They had saw Karana, but apparently hadnt seen him.'I guess they cant smell the amount of dragons around them.' he thought, smiling.

Suddenly, they started to walk of. Getting bored, he threw a twig at Karana. He did not like being left alone. It wasnt that he was scared, but he would go out of his mind if he didnt have someone to talk to.

Karana apparently not able to feel the twig on her back, kept going. Annoyed, Alken slid down the tree quietly, picked up a pebble, and lobbed it at her head.

It missed.

A small stone hit Geomana in the arm and she spun around using her lupine senses to try to pick up whoever it was that thrown it.

"Hello?" she asked walking towards them. "Hello? Who are you?"

"Alken," he replied simply.

"I'm Geomana."

"I know, I was listening."
I just lost the game.

Karana

I fought to keep my hiss quiet. Of all means to get attention with!

"What do you want?" I snapped, annoyed that he had been throwing projectiles - even though they were small - at us.

Miscaculating his weight, Alken tried to lean up against a branch to look more natural, but fell out of the tree. Lets just say landing on the flat of your back on rock hard cement isnt one of the most comfertable feelings in the world.

"Whoops." he muttered with the little breath he had. He laid back on the cement trying to get more comfortable, but it didnt seem like that was going to happen.'Brilliant move there Alken. The smartest thing ive ever seen you do.' he thought sarcastically.

Geomana walked over and helpped him sit up, "that looked like it hurt," she said, "you didn't hear any pops did you?"

He shook his head.

"That means you didn't break anything. You're a dragon too?"

He nodded.

"What color?" Sano asked.

"Blue." he mumbled. He looked over at the group and could tell they were trying to hold off on laughing.

They were doing a horrible job of it, considering half of them were snorting. Alken just gazed at them, making it look as if he were in a lot of pain. Finally, they stopped, but it made Alken laugh.'Wow, you are such an idiot.' he thought.'Accidetally get hurt around wolves.' Karana looked over at him and started laughing again. She thought it was so hilarious when he messed up, just because he was a bit older than her.

Karana

I stepped forward, still snickering. "Forgive me, I...I realize that must have hurt."

I finally got control and stopped laughing. I looked at him calmly, trying to read his expression. I could see the exaggerated pain, but it was still only polite to check on him. Falling like that was never fun.

"Be still," I said as I stood behind him, putting my hand against his shoulder.

"What are you - "

"I'm checking to see if you're hurt! Be still!"

I continued to gently press at points across his upper back and shoulders, finally finding the center of his pain, where he'd hit the rock, where he'd fallen the hardest.

okay then... TIME LAPSE!

Geomana put two more plates on the table than usual, Sano and Kresko sat on either ends Geomana usually sat closer to Sano, then Rei on one side of her and then Reiko on the other. She put Reiko on the chair closest to Kresko and put the two dragons on the otherside.

She made steaks as she usually did, she had found a pattern of arranging them in the oven to make them to everybody's tastes. Hers and Kreskos' furthest away from the flame, Reiko's closest, and everybody elses every where in between.

When everybody was served they sat down and started chatting.

(Better?)
