The Random Vampire Story [1]

Caiden clung to Colt's arm as the lepord slowly turned back to a human.

"What do you want with us?" Colt repeated.

Colt-

Colt glared at teh guy. What did he want? Could he be in with her boss. What was it that he was doing there and why them?


"You all have seemed to deal with any problem that has come your way pretty well." He said looking at all four of them.

"That doesn't answer my question." Colt replied.

"Which was what again?"

"What do you want with us?"

"To help I suppose, I'm not sure myself. I guess I'll have to figure it out won't I?"

Colt-

"You have to know why you are here, at least who sent you." Colt growled looking the guy over.

"Not really, I just know I"m here for a reason. That is enough for me." The witch replied looking him over in return.

"How can we trust you if you don't even know why you are here. THere has to be some reason." Colt snapped back.

Caiden walked out from behind Colt to inspect the wizard. She had always been very perceptive and would be able to tell if he was there for a good reason or a bad reason. She couldn't tell!

"Weird..." she muttered and returned to Colt's side.

"What?"

"He honestly doesn't know why he's here."

"Haven't I said that already?"

Colt-

"I still don't want you around my friends unless I know you are friendly or not. I wont lose any of them." He hissed at the witch.



***Sorry got nothing.***

Caiden put a hand on Colt's arm, "who sent you?"

"Why does that matter?"

"There are still a fair number of people trying to kill us."

"So who sent you?"

"WEll he said you used to work for him." The guy said shrugging. Colt put Caiden behind him.

"Your here to kill us then." He hissed,

"How is that?" The witch asked looking at them curiously

"my boss is trying to kill us," Caiden said stepping next to Colt. There was no way she was gonna use him as a sheild. She was going to face the danger same as him.

"He is since when?"

"Since he found out that I was a vampire."

"Well now I know why I'm here."

"Which is what?"

"To help you kill him."

They all stared in shock.

Colt-

"Why, if he sent you, why are we supposed to help you kill him?" Colt demanded,

The wizard shrugged, "I don't like him."

"I don't trust you," Slade blurted.

"Nor I," Colt said.

Caiden did though, "I do."

Colt-

Colt looked at Caiden surprised, "How do you trust him, you barely know him." He said looking at her then the witch.

"I trusted you didn't I?" She demadned,

"That is different, plus I could've been just as bad at Brent for all you knew." He replied. "And I don't mean Brenty."

"Note that I barely trusted Brent," Caiden said in return, "and you turned out to be fine didn't you?"

"You're-"

"Too trusting I know," she said getting slightly annoyed.

Colt-

"So why should we trust him. Your to trusting..." He started

"And you aren't trusting anymore, are you?" She asked,

"Not at the moement no, and especially if he was sent by your boss,. how can we trust him. he was sent here with an evil intent. That can't just change."

"He was sent before my boss knew I was a vampire apparently, he didn't know why he's here."

"I do now," the wizard said apparently trying to clam the situation down.

Caiden and Colt ignored him. "That doesn't change anything."

"So what just because he was sent by my boss he's here for a bad reason?"

"Your boss just tried to kill you!"

"Because I was a vampire, he didn't know, which means he wasn't sent here to kill us."

"I still don't trust him."

Caiden resisted the urge to stomp on his foot and walk away.
