Granted, but having no Christmas makes everyone depressed and they kill themselves

I wish I figured out the secrets on Assassins Creed

Granted, but then the government tracks you down and kills you. (I actually have no idea what Assassins Creed is, but the government will often kill you if you discover "secrets".)

I wish Mac notebooks weren't so darn expensive.

Granted but you still don't have enough money to buy one

Granted, but then somebody burns it... or deletes the computer file, or destroys it in some way... all depends on what form you wrote it.
