Ariana couldn't stop herself, after listening to the tale she flung herself at Arias, wrapping him in a giant hug.

When she stepped back she asked, "when whatever his name was first attacked us he asked which one was me? Why?"

"Okay so we can just about trust this other 'self' but why are we allowing that vampire to listen to our conversations? Is no one else just a little worried?" Tera demanded, shaking visibly.

"I remember you," The vampire smirked.
"Uh.. think we can take her?" Kate asked, turning to Arias. The vampire scowled at the lack of attention we were paying her and then her frown deepened when Arias nodded.
"With my help you can defeat her."
"Our help brother," Arias reminded his other half and then nodded.
"Yes. Our help."

"Well then how do we defeat a vampire?" I asked, surprised that she had made no move, that she stood there surveying us, judging us.

Daklana wasn't sure is it was worth the kill yet. She tried not to laugh as they talked about killing her. It was just too cute. I guess I'd better tell them it's no use.

"You can't beat me fools. Especially in this dark." It was late at night and she was surging with power. "That was a cute trick you pulled A.k 5, but really, we need to get back home. Master is waiting." She said with a fanged grin. He took a step back.

"He betrayed me." A.k 5 hissed.

"Now Now. You have to accept that. It was a test my dear. I've nearly died because of him, but I've learned." She said 'him' with a sour note.

"Really?" A.k 5 asked.
"No!" Arias shouted pulling back.

"Who do we have here? Are you messing with A.k 5's mind dear? That just won't do."

"Like you're gonna stop me!" Arias spat.
"Maybe we should go with her brother. Master is very good to me. He'll be good to you too. Right?" A.k 5 turned to Daklana.

"Of course dear. He wouldn't let us play, so he must really care for you. He would hand me off to others when I was his pet." She said, her eyes showing a hint of pain.

"I won't leave my friends." Arias growled.

Ariana stepped between Arias and Daklana, "if your master is just trying to get a new worker, I'll go." They both started. She turned to Arias, and pulled a map out of her bag. "This shows you where to go, just get there."

"I'm not letting you do this," he said.

Arania ignored him and turned back to Daklana, "and besides I have a few questions for master."

"He wants A.K.5," she insisted.

"He'll have to settle for me," then recalling Ak5 asking which one was her she said, "my name is Ariana."

That seemed to work, Daklana silently agreed to replace the two. "I'm not going to sheild you if he's angry," she insisted.

"Understood."

The two of them walked off, Ariana flashed a quick glance behind her to see each of them looking like any moment they would insist that she stayed. But soon they were out of sight.

Daklana got to the entrance and told Ariana to turn around.

"Why?"

"Just do it!" She snapped.

"Fine, Jeez." She growled and turned around. Daklana covered the girls head and grabbed her arms behind her back. When she pulled the cover off they were facing a man. He was still wearing his cloak. Almost no one ever saw his face. Daklana remembered it and shuddered. She pushed the girl to her knees. Daklana knelt down and bowed her head.

"You may rise my dear." Daklana did as was told.

"Mas-Sir. I come back to you in shame, but also in pride."

"Where is A.k 5 my dear? And who is this?"

"A.k 5 and Arias' spirits seemed to have combined in a battle Sir. And this is Ariana." She said nudging the girl. He gave a big smile, though you could hardly tell.

"Well well. My dear Ariana. How have you been? I hope Daklana treated you with the most care."

"Do I look like she treated me with care?" She spat. Daklana kicked her in the ribs and she tumbled over.

"It looks like she's been more than generous my dear. Almost as if she liked you." Daklana laughed at this comment. "I guess it's just she likes her boy toys better then?"

"You could say that." She said with a fanged grin.

"You did fail me though. I can't help but think you need to be punished." She said gesturing her to come. She walked up and bowed her head to him.

"What is my punishment Sir?" She said, her voice shaking.

"I think a few days with out food and your toys with straiten you out."

"How...how long Sir. If I may ask?"

"Three days." Daklana seemed relieved.

"Thank you Sir. You are most kind. But I shall not fail you again."

"I hope not my dear. For now though. Take her to her room."

"Dungeons Sir?" He knocked her flat off her feet with one blow. She stayed there.

"Rise my dear." She got up shaking. "That was foolish to say dear. I'm changing it to a week. This girl belongs in her room. Not the dungeon."

"Sorry Sir. One week is very generous." She bowed and grabbed Ariana's arm and pulled her up. "Follow me." She growled. She took her up a lot of stairs to a huge hall. She open a door to her right and opened it.

"This is where you stay." It was a grand room with a huge bed and a dresser and bathroom and a desk. I had no windows though, but lots of candles that were lit.

"You don't leave this room. It'll be locked from the outside. Don't try anything stupid. And it's got a barrier. So don't think you can teleport out like your dumb friend. Only I and Sir have a key." She walked out and locked the door behind her. She hoped this next week goes by fast.

"Great." Kate muttered. "Now they have Ariana."

"We'll find a way to get her back." Lilly said.

"A.k 5, what do you know of 'master'?" Kate asked.

"Now much." he confessed.

Tera looked around. "I think i feel the vampire's power slowly fading. Like she cant feed anymore."

"Good. That gives us a better chance of getting Ariana back." Alexynia said.

Kate turned back to Arias and A.k 5. "Tell us what you do know."

"He is the master. That's all there is to it," A.k.5 shrugged but then Arias took over.
"I've heard tales," He began, "I've heard that he is one of the most powerful hypnotists in the world and he uses others to do his bidding. I also know that he wants to sabotage our mission and that must not happen."

"Okay. So what do we do now?" Tera asked.
"We rescue Ariana of course," Alexynia declared.
"But how?" Mused Kate
"And what does the master want with Ariana?" I added.
"I don't know but it can't be good. I did think he was after information concerning the mission but he could have got that from me much more easily than from her," Arias sighed.

"Well, what do you propose we do now? How are we going to rescue her?" Kate asked.

"I...I don't know. But we have to think of something. And soon." Lilly said. Everyone agreed.


*Urg. Stupid writers block! *fends off writers block with a pen**

Ariana looked around the room, oh it looked so familiar. But deciding that there would be more time to figure it all out later, but for now she wanted to talk to the master.

Double checking her appearence in the mirror she walked to the door. At the wave of her hand the door unlocked and she walked into the hall.

When she reached the double doors that led to where she had first met him, she opened both at once, not being shy about her being there at all.

"Ah Ariana, Daklana told me that she had warned you about the door being locked, she forgot to magically fix it."

"Yes she did," Ariana walked foward, not stopping or bowing, her countenence very proud. It slightly angered him. "But a very slight magical unlock spell undid it."

"You are stronger than I thought."

"That is my only skill."

"You have forgotten it all then," he mused out loud, more to himself than to her.

Ariana walked closer, not hesitating, "why don't you remind me then?"

Daklana walked passed the room seeing it unlocked and cursed. She figured He had it taken care of. She felt like such an idiot. What was wrong with her? She never failed an order. She couldn't face Him. He might add more on. But then He might add more on for her not coming. She felt confused but she didn't know why. Was she going crazy. She glided down to them. She stayed in the shadows as they talked.

"You used to work with me."

"With? I thought anyone here worked for you."

He brushed the back of his hand against her cheek, "not everyone, most everyone, only you were the one that I didn't force to work with me." He cupped her head in his hand as he spoke. "Perhaps it was because how we felt for each other."

"I don't remember any of this, but there's not a black hole where all the memories should be."

"Ah, it worked. Come, love, sit and I will explain it all."

"Well now what brother?" asked Arias
"Well now we go and get her back. With that vampire. I want a word with her" replied A.k 5
"How do we do that?" asked Lilly
"I don't remember the way there, but i can teleport us all to the place." said A.k 5 then added "but that would make the master sense us."
"We will have to take the chances" said Tera
"Come on then hold my hands" said Arias.
In a instant they found themselves in another black room.
"Well where are we?" asked Tera
"In a room in this place, now we have to find Ariana" said Arias

Ariana sat there awed by him. What he said made absoloutly no sense, but she believed them.

"Why did you make me forget to begin with?"

"Because you looked so unhappy, I couldn't bear to see you unhappy." There was nothing but honesty in his eyes.

"Can you make me remember?"

"If you'd like."

"Yes I would."

He kissed her forehead and remembered her life from before. When he pulled away and looked at her she kissed him, remembering how much she loved him.
