I just had Cyrus find it--he'd be the one most likely to know where it's located.

Er...yeah, my post blew hard. The second we get out of the cave, I'm done working on plot.

So now that Seraph keeps getting taken over by evil runes, and Sirloaz has some schizophrenic barbarian rage running around him, can we trust anybody in this party? Seriously?? Since Henry is even more paranoid than me, he's going to be keeping a close hand on his crossbow at all times ...

For the benefit of the uninformed, these are the possibilites that arise from my last post.

1. Valin has a brother with good intentions.
2. Valin has a brother with bad intentions.
3. Valin doesn't have a brother, and some bad guy is pretending to be his brother.

It can be any of these options, you will find clearly that Halin's motives are not stated.

Let me be very very very clear. My characters aren't always honest, nor are the persons they meet.

Alden was quite willing to lie about his frown, it is quite easy for someone to lie to Alden.

When I deal with a character other than my own, I try to give the other author as many possibilities as possible. No matter which possibility it is, you can bet that elves are descending into the caves to find the group.

What they do with them if or when they find them is completely Sab's decision. Thus, I'm not stepping on anybodies toes.

Well, okay. I like the idea of the elves descending into the caves, have been hoping for it actually. So, I'm not opposed to that. I certainly hope something can be made of this in relation to Carmenia, whose character's presence still remains a bloody mystery in the sense that one has to wonder how an Elven princess got captured in the first place--certainly I think theres room for development.

I am. I had plans for Valin once out of the caves (with the Elves).

Guys, I don't want a conflict over this "Elves" thing.

Hopefully you two can sort it out and the storybook can continue okay.

No, I think that was something that I made up in order to make some drama between Valin (the true prince) and Carmenia (raised as a lie) but I admit it was doen and shouldn't have done it.
Am I still the only one who finds it weird that an entire party of Elves is just randomly found in the middle of nowhere in the Human Lands?

Also, when the group gets to the Elven Camp I want dibs on the first post as I have a totally AWESOME idea I want to do, but it might not work if people take the first post and change what happens.

...So we're putting Sedgeley on hold for now?

I am so, so confused... and Grif, seems you need to remember to watch your step. There are many toes to be tread on in this storybook.

I think the plan was to head to Sedgeley, the elves broke camp at the end of my post, so if the group goes to that location, they probably won't find anything.

Blast, ummm I kinda made them enter the caves. Whoops. I could change that though ... but I mean, they did say they were looking for goblins so it would be a logical place to start. Apart from injuries, I dont see anything hindering our progress to Sedgeley.

If you could edit, that would be great, Jig--Dan has something planned with the elves being located just outside the caves when we're on our way out. If there's some way you can work that into your post instead, that would be lovely.

Hey guys, I wasn't quite sure what was happening in my post, so if there is anything someone has a problem with, please tell me and I'll change it.

I think Dan may as well post next, with a short travelling round-up and then the post he wants to make involving the Elves.
