Would you like to join our alliterative team ... the Feathered Friends!?

If so, please post below! Would love to have you. Each person will need to commit to participating in at least one event, choose their own bird mascot, and change their avatar to a bird for the duration of the YWS Olympics to join this team!

During the Olympics you're encouraged to cheer on your team mates in this thread too!

We also need a team banner I think!

And maybe a team slogan / cheer?

What a neat opportunity! Good luck everyone! Remember, it doesn't hurt or take away points to give an event a try even if it's a little out of your comfort zone - part of the fun of the Olympics is trying something new!

I feel morally obligated to join this team. Weirdly enough, I don’t think I’ve joined a team before, even though I participated in at least one event for the every Olympics since 2014.

Anyway, I pick owl as my mascot. Adjusting avatar will have to wait until this weekend as I’m traveling today.
