I was feeling sick today and one of my co-workers noticed and volunteered to work my shift so I could go home without me even saying anything or asking him. Also, in general, everyone at my new job looks out for me and is really kind to me. :)

Today I received a leather-bound journal from my friend in India. I absolutely love leather journals, and I had just been looking at them in the bookstore. Makes me happy.

I used a consumer research project that I ran from start to finish (with hundreds of logistical complications) to make a recommendation to our team lead and it looks like it's going to land really well with stakeholders!
Tonight I saw some friends I hadn't seen in 3 whole years! It was crazy because I didn't know they were going to be there but it was a wholesome surprise nonetheless ^_^
